It was our first time there, everything was so great EXCEPT our server. To be honest, he put a damper on a good night. I was a server for 8 years and never have seen such a lazy unprofessional server in a casual upscale restaurant. He didn't smile once, he was slow to take any orders or refill our waters, he even dropped a shrimp tail in my purse when boxing up my leftovers and without asking he dug through my purse to get it. In addition, as soon as we signed our checks and put on our tips, he took the books and sat in the booth behind us and stared at us-which was odd because we only had been sitting for an hr and a half (it was only 8:15pm-not even close to closing), plus that's not good etiquette. I'm pretty sure he was taking on tables still at that time too. We were all uncomfortable. It made us question our over 20% tips we undeservingly gave him. Management was great- they checked on us twice when passing and so was the table side cheese girl! I remember the name of our server, so we will prob just request to not have that particular server next time. read more

Delicious! Great atmosphere! Recommend a reservation even though we did not have one.....they ask you when you get there and then sat us anyway. But it is not season right now and they were pretty busy but there were available seats and booths and bar seats. Split the chicken parm with my daughter. Big enough for two and each ordered a salad. Nice size portions, yummy bread on the table! Would like to try the cheese wheel next time, heard great things about it, even though they said it was very rich. Went with my grandparents for their soft opening tonight. Limited menu based on which section you were in, but we were able to try the ahi tuna appetizer which was nothing short of amazing. Next we each had an entree: chicken parm, lobster ravioli, and a pear salad. The chicken parm was the best I've ever had and comes with a large side of spaghetti. The lobster ravioli was quite delicious and my grandma enjoyed the pear salad - although I would've added some protein. We also tried the cosmopolitan and Italian martini. Both drinks were extremely strong and I probably wouldn't order those again, but would have enjoyed a glass of wine instead. We've been loyal customers for a few years but on Saturday it's the last time we will waste our money on mediocre food and pay inflated prices. The quality of the food has gone down hill. I honestly was so appalled by the service when I called that I didn't even bother to come in to try the food or give it a chance. When I called to make a reservation in the middle of the week I was well aware that it was Valentine's Day weekend and would be busy, but I was hopeful for anything I could get! (Already could hear his annoyance by his tone) And before I could even get the entire word Saturday out he began shouting, yes shouting, at me saying hold on, HOLD ON, talk to the hostess. (Why you didn't just transfer me at the beginning is beyond me). So I spoke to this hostess and she was nice, I gave her my day and time I was hoping to get a reservation and she said they didn't have anything but let her check with the manager... I literally heard him yell "NO! Absolutely not!" I felt so bad for her, and I was actually embarrassed for him. This was so disgusting and a poor excuse for customer service. We arrived without a reservation and told there would be a 20 minute wait...we were seated within 10 minutes. Christina our server greeted us with a huge smile and very professional style. That began an excellent evening all around. We sat outdoors on a pleasant patio with heaters if needed. Indoors was bustling. The menu is huge and hard to decide. Food is good. But not worth the wait. Even with a reservation I always have to wait for a table. They say they are short staffed every time I have been there. So I guess it's a management issue. Always multiple people complaining and waiting for their reservations. Management needs to do a better job of scheduling more servers/staff during high season. Took 20 mins to receive our Sangria, and it came out same time as the food so we couldn't really enjoy it. Tasted more like a mimosa. Dinner is good, servers are friendly, and nice atmosphere but the wait time for service ruins it. read more

The table side presentation of the fettuccine in the cheese wheel is the star of the show. So creamy and tasty in addition to the cool aesthetics of it all.
