I really hate giving less than adequate revues, but this was a place full of less than adequate. The coffee was bad. The server wasn't any better. We had to get our own creamer, to drown out the coffee. My wife had pancakes. They were very good, as was the bacon. My entire breakfast was inedible. Just look at oatmeal. Runny, slimey, 4 blueberries. The eggs were flat and overcooked. Did I mention service? She doted on the regulars, and there were a LOT of them, talking over each other like New Yorkers on a subway.

Always very friendly and helpful service!! They remember how I like my tea. I hope they add Apple Pay sometime in the near future.

We came for the Sunday brunch buffet, $15/person. The wait was about 10 minutes. The buffet selection was really good, especially the chicken fried steak with gravy, they also have an omelette station. You can get a free desert to-go pie or cake when you leave.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 10am. They were busy but we were immediately greeted and seated. They have lots of regulars as numerous guests and staff knew each other by name and that was great to see. Our waitress was very busy but attentive and clearly working hard. Menu has plenty of options to choose from. They have daily specials and a Sunday brunch buffet. I was starving and in the mood for comfort food so ordered the loaded hashbrowns with bacon and biscuit & gravy. It was delicious! A large portion of hashbrowns cooked well with pieces of bacon mixed with cheese then topped with two eggs. You get to choose you meat, how you wNt your eggs cooked, and toast or biscuit & gravy for the side. It was so filling and delicious! I had to try a bite of the biscuit but I brought it home to eat today. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a casual good meal.

Texas Benedict: tasty variation of a classic dish! Mexi-skillet: average flavors. Waffle: solid and soaks up syrup just great Staff are friendly if a bit, umm. Laid back.

Went for Sunday Brunch. For the price the food is very good. Service is , super friendly. It's a nostalgic diner style restaurant. Could use some new upgrades but it's clean. Will definitely be back.

Is there a menu on line? What days/hours do they serve breakfast?

I assume their listing on DFW Karokee for saturday night is wrong?

I would also assume so. I've never seen karaoke there.

Maybe Kroger is so dominant that it over shadows the other business. The order counter is at the front with drinks in a refrigerator and home made tea adjacent. We sat ourselves at a table and started a conversation with a couple that frequently dines here. The man stated the French fries are the best in the area. They are double fried with Lawry's seasoning. They were eating their favorite, a Philly cheesesteak and. Chicken sandwich. We ordered mushroom Swiss burger and Big Tex. French fries and sweet potato fries. When I tasted the fries, I confirmed the man's acclimation that the fries are the best around. Our burgers were equally good, very moist and cooked to perfection. The prices are reasonable. This is now one of our go-to burger restaurants.

The cook even brought my to-go order out to me at the table. They have a drive-thru on side of building that I totally missed seeing until I was leaving. You walk in a tiny hallway and bam traditional old school diner, we were seated right away! Everyone is so nice. Get the big giant menu but I already went to the "lighter side" section for healthy choice and ordered the poached eggs on English with a side of grits. We also ordered the basic omelette with the biscuit option. Served quick but enjoyed seeing some really delicious looking plates come out to other tables. My English mussin was literally perfect so thin too, poached eggs perfect, grits, OMG super yummy, omelette was perfect. Ok! Let's move on to the fresh made buttermilk biscuits and gravy. I must say for the record I hate gravy not even at thanksgiving but wanted to try this southern luxury. TO DIE FOR! And same with the biscuits, the very best I ever had and I ended up instead of tasting, I ate a whole biscuit! Yep I did and with the gravy! This is a must eat here place! If I could give 10 stars I would!

We love going out for breakfast, sitting at the table and enjoying each other's company and catching up with meaningful conversation. We dine at different restaurants each month. My wife has never met a cinnamon roll she didn't like. She immediately knew what she was going to order. I decided on the Combo #3. It consisted of two eggs, two patties of sausage, hashbrowns and a pancake. You can choose your breakfast meat of choice and have toast or a biscuit instead of a pancake.
