But the reason I didn't call their plumbing company is because I started out with this other plumbing company the first time which is MasterCraft Plumbers and this company did a great job for me. I don't like to jump around to another contractor I want to stay loyal with one plumbing company. EAVA Drains there is a slight difference in their prices on the Kitchen Sink Faucet Replacement Service. Abel told me he usually charges the $275.00 to replace this Kitchen Sink Faucet Replacement Service not the $250.00 that Brison from this original Plumbing Company I was doing business with the first time. It's the slight difference in Abel's pricing policy that also changed my opinion. My final decision was made on these factors. MasterCraft Plumbers prices are $25.00 less expensive than EAVA Drains Prices that was quoted to me by Abel the owner for $275.00. I am in a really tight budget with my income currently, if I hired EAVA Drains I will be charged more money for doing the same job at MasterCraft Plumbers. The second thing is I hired this plumbing company first and their plumbing technicians Dillon and Chandler did a great job for me on another project. So I want to stay loyal to them. Otherwise, if I didn't hire this other plumbing company first, I would hire EAVA Drains because their prices are not as high as other plumbing companies.

"Rude and Unhelpful, Dishonest..."…read more we bought a brand new $500 dryer that did not work properly, FROM DAY ONE; it took 4 hours to dry a load of wash, 3 hours for a light load. half the functions did not work at all called rafael, who sold us, and the guy was utterly rude and unhelpful, and obviously does not know anything about the appliances he sells. he said, "i cannot help you, you have to call the manufacturer..." he sells stuff with zero store warranty. in the end, after 3 hours on the phone, my time, it turns out the problem was that Harbor sold us the wrong kind of vent tube, the "flexible" and we needed the semi rigid or rigid...simple fix. you would think the salesman would have known. as it is, whats equally stupid is there were no instructions about this in the badly written specs that came with the machine. it took 1.4 house on the phone with a very kind and patient tech women in the phillipines to figure it out. should be basic...and the sales man should also know, and sell us the correct piece. if he had not been so rude and unhelpful, and had made any effort at all ...but i agree with Nikoo K, that Raphael is a crook, a used car salesman type.

He became VERY agitated. ISO has rescheduled at least 10 time now in the last month. Last appointment was for today between noon and 2 pm. Just got a call saying it had to be postponed again. Mark was fast, helpful, quick about the phone calls and he met me with parts I needed. I was about 90% through a fix and needed one silly little item, and no one would stay open late enough for me to get to them, or I couldn't fit my truck in their silly little parking lot. Mark, it turns out, keeps some long hours, keeps a good stock of parts, knew what I needed, had a generic alternative that didn't cost as much as the brand-name replacement, and he charged me a very reasonable price.
