He came to my house for the scheduled consultation and gave me the best price. After seeing my lawn, I asked if he could fix my sprinkler and lay out landscape fabric and mulch to prevent weeds and maintenance. He said he would measure what I need once he finishes the lawn cleanup, which I liked. The day came, and he cut my grass and cleaned up the weeds in my lawn. He also capped a broken irrigation line I had from the previous owner of the house without any issues and installed the new sprinkler I had mentioned. He measured my lawn and gave me the price for the mulch with a landscape barrier. I agreed, and he went to Home Depot to pick up the materials in his truck. When he came back, he laid down the barrier and mulch to perfection. He also went the extra mile by removing the sprinkler heads that aren't needed anymore, which I appreciate about him. All in all, Tony is the man for the job. He's easy to communicate with, and he works hard. I will recommend him to my neighbor, who is looking for a new gardener, and will hire him again for my next lawn project. Thanks, Tony!

Needless to say, they did an overall good job and would refer them to neighbors.

One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

Call center told me all I had to do was send a copy of the registration. I did that, and was told I then needed to send my drivers license. I did that, I was then told that the registered owner, our CEO, would need to fill out all the paperwork. I explained that the tiny home was owned by the corporation as noted on the registration. I further attempted to explain I had power of attorney and a letter from our legal department validating said authority. The manager said no. I will not name him since I feel this is a broad issue with the company. The manager was very rude he did not even ask to see the documentation I discussed. I was already heading to the yard and I was planning on arriving before LA traffic started to get bad. Had to reroute and find another yard that understood business 101. Luckily found one by end of day, but would not be able to store until documentation was reviewed. Rental was approved early the next morning. Unfortunately I had to drive an additional 60 miles from where I was and could not avoid traffic. Lost several hours and an additional day since I had to rebook. I do not recommend this business at all. Common sense, knowledge and respect our not available at this business.

They ate not only very nice and polite but they helped me load and unload my storage vehicle. They helped me back in and then even back out. The Private Car Storage operation is completely different than anywhere else I've ever stored my vehicles. The Irvine location is very unique because they have a very large client that has dozens of vehicles. Because of this it's almost like they have extra time on their hands and give the rest of their clients unbelievable, Neiman Marcus like service. The customer service here is similar to checking into a Ritz Carlton. Everyone and I mean everyone I have met is absolutely outstanding. I don't know if it's a coincidence that everyone is awesome or perhaps it's the management that really knows what they're doing when they hire and train people. Either way I'm a very happy customer and I hope to store my vehicles here for a long time.
