If you've lived in Vegas for any length of time, you know how impossible it is to find someone that knows what they're talking about. I had several estimates for different plumbing jobs I needed done (just bought this place). I wasn't planning on shopping at first. That is until another company sent this "plumber" out that couldn't answer any of my basic questions. He just kept trying to sell me a new water softener because mine could be contaminating my house. REALLY? The second guy wasn't much different. DMS sent Doug to my home... on time! Wow. Right? What a concept. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very nice guy. He wasn't the cheapest but i wanted it done right (I would've let my friend do it if I wanted it cheap). He was much cheaper than one company I called. He did show me some other problems I need to have fixed. I was surprised that he didn't try to pressure me to do them. He told me to save up my money, but to keep an eye on it until I can have it fixed. Nothing but praise for this company. The absolute WORST customer service ! I called for an estimate and they came out and spent 45 minutes looking at everything. They broke valves and refused to fix what they broke. When I called them to fix it, they said that they hadn't come out. At least I have 4 cameras that prove what they did. I will now be going to a lawyer and making a complaint at the BBB. read more

From our initial contact with Doug to the multiple phone conversations with Gabby, we are 100% satisfied with DMS Plumbing. They have proven to us they are a reputable company and stand behind their word, their work and the men they employ in the field. Within 2 hours after our late-in-the-day call, Doug had determined we had a line leak from the street's water connection to the house's water control valve. His crew was at our house early the following morning with the trench nearly completely dug out by noon. A new line was laid out & connected and the crew replaced the landscaping exactly the way they had found it. Two days later we discovered that while digging the trench, the irrigation system's electrical wiring from the controller to the panel had inadvertently been severed and DMS came out and repaired it with many apologies and Gabby (office manager) said if any other issues arose, we should notify them immediately and they would take care of it. You don't get that kind of commitment any longer from just anyone! DMS is high on our list of vendors we can trust to do the job they promise to do for a fair and reasonable price. We did have to spend $70 for a private plumber to inspect the control valve when we found it wasn't working and he determined the wiring must've been broken during the digging of the trench. I'm sure if I presented that expense to DMS they would reimburse us. read more
