While waiting for the DMV to call my number I decided to go out and see how this business can help someone. We all "love" waiting at the DMV. They are very informative about there business and explaining how they can make our DMV adventure even better. They do the waiting for us for a small fee. The customer must still come to the DMV and see the agent but they are the line holder. It is a great idea since even though a customer might use the Dash for an appointment it can still take two hours with that held appointment time too. There are no guarantees when it comes to the DMV. Next time I think that I might use their services but I am half way there and it is ridiculous to loose my spot now! read more

This is a really strange review for me. The smog test was great, they were fast and easy and the place was super clean, but I had some personal problems during COVID. Not only was the place packed, but there was so social distancing or mask wearing when I went (a few weeks ago). Masks at the time were not mandatory but 6 feet social distancing was. I had to ask two employees to back up away from me when they were trying to sell me the personalized knives. I just felt uncomfortable and not just because of all of the people inside, but I shouldn't have to ask the people working to respect my personal space. For sure Vegas is having a problem taking COVID seriously and this place is an example. I think if I came here during COVID I would have given it 4 starts, great service and easy smog but all of the other sales they tried to get me to make didn't make me happy. I recently moved to Vegas and needed to register my vehicle. Due to Covid-19 DMV had NO appointments available (only scheduling 90 days ahead) I was dreading going to DMV and stand in line for hours. I googled what the requirements are to register my vehicle. As I drove to DMV for vin inspection I drove by a gas station with flags and banners advertising DMV services. I decided to stop and inquire. When I entered I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Bryce. Very knowledgeable and even gave me a few good restaurants to check out. I left feeling great knowing I won't give cops a reason to pull me over. I received my new plates and registration within 1 week! Bryce was EXCELLENT! He even helped put plates on my car. Simple smog check, bright signage outside in neon. DMV services available. So why 3 stars? 1. Smog check is $23 (with free car wash except I didn't get a free one because it was raining). You can smog your car for less across the street. 2. If you fail the smog test, you still have to pay to retake it there. Many Smog places will let you redo the smog test if you fail- for free. 3. They do have services which is a plus, but it's not cheap. I failed my smog check and they charge $199 to handle the extension form (Vehicle registration extension). Not to mention I get a discount on my next smog check.... Considering how much they charge for DMV services, they should lower their smog check fees or at least throw in a free test if it fails. I went there specifically for the DMV services knowing I'd fail the Smog, but not realizing how much more costly that would be. Some AAA offices also offer DMV services but at more reasonable rates. The mechanic across the street told me he would do my smog check free after he does the repairs. Aside from that, they had good customer service. They sell carwash packages along with a Smog check (12 carwashes for $42 with a smog). read more

This is my second time coming to DMV made easy I came before for registration when the DMV's used to be completely packed they got it done for me with out the all day wait time! Since Covid the DMV has been backed up, you can't even get an appointment they are THREE months out before you can even get an appointment!! They really did make it easy!!! This place is the MOST CONVENIENT & BEST smog place I've been to! They give you a FREE CARWASH when you get your SMOG done and they can also handle your registration! You don't have to wait in the heat either because their waiting areas are inside the port of subs + gas station so you can get something to eat while waiting! The service is also PHENOMENAL! They're all so so so nice and helpful! Jona was the one that helped us out and he has such a positive, fun vibe! ATTENTION PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I went to DMV easy on May 1, 2017 to register my vehicle. I did a smog check for $47 including tips. Their service fee was $149.00 including tip and they told me they will call me when they have my things. On May 2, 2017, they called me and told me my card was declined at the DMV. I went over to the DMV easy 1 hour after they called me and I reimbursed them $145 because they paid for my registration on my behalf. No $39 or 5% charge as stated on their contract which was good. On May 4, 2017 I texted them and I told them that my $149.00 was not declined because my Wells Fargo Transaction states it was charged. The manager stated it's $149.00 for service fee and $145 for DMV fee. (Note this: If they choose not to pay on your behalf, but go an additional time it's $119 dollars extra) So basically your paying almost $300 plus the smog fee. My registration fee would only be $136. It's worth waiting just 1-2 minutes by the selfkisok and there's DMV self-kisok all around Vegas and some are located in grocery stores (no waiting) so don't bother doing business with them. It's better to just go get your smog check and just go to the DMV self-kisok and save money. Your paying $145 dollars so they can walk to the DMV self-kisok and only wait like 1-3 minutes to print it out and come back. Plus pay a little more for cards being declined. The manager of the company tried to bribe me by refunding my registration fee if I deleted my Yelp review. I wonder why? He was technically harassing me all day. I will post pictures. I KNOW MAIDS THAT CHARGE LESS THAN THEM. Walking to the DMV self-kisok is NOT HARD LABOUR. Here is a scenario if you walk to DMV NOW: You do your smog check get charged $$45 You decide to do your registration $$$145 service fee You have something pending on your records like child support or unpaid tickets They will charge you $$$119 for additional trips. That totals at $$$$$309!!!!!!!! But wait we didn't add your registration fee which could be like $$120-140 That like more than $$$$400 Is not walking to the self kisok or waiting in line worth $$$$$400.00???? My husband took both of our cars here for a smog check. Pro: our smog check was completed successfully. Cons: the employees were not wearing masks despite it being a current local mandate to wear masks indoors. It was a little pricey at $25 a car. It was also strange that they asked for a tip on their card reader at the end of the transaction? I've never experienced that before at a smog check. read more

My review is based solely on my experience with the guy that "greeted me" for the smog check. Precursor, I am doing this smog on my lunch break in a work uniform. He told me to leave my keys, and go wait inside. I was trying to ask how much for the smog check and told him I prefer to stay with my vehicle. He continued to tell me no, it's better for me to wait inside. I then let him know my dog was in the vehicle with me, and I wouldn't go inside and leave him alone. The guy was very rude and cut me off stating, "why can't your dog wait out here for a few minutes and you wait inside" I said I am absolutely not leaving my dog outside alone(nevermind the fact he's extremely protective and you wouldn't be able to enter my vehicle without altercation from him) This gentleman(wish I got his name) insisted I leave the vehicle. I told him I wouldn't and that I will just go somewhere else for my smog. I reached to put vehicle in reverse and he yelled, no!! - we will do it. You can't leave. (Excuse me, why not ?) Now I'm feeling agitated and uncomfortable as it's my choice where I do a smog. He starts to walk away to grab a laptop from inside and now a vehicle is behind me so I can not reverse and a vehicle in front of me so I'm stuck. He returned with iPad, and clearly doesn't know how to operate it. I tried to ask again how much is it and he said "I'm getting there, give me a break, I'm freezing" (it's 1pm on Thursday 1/3/19). I sit waiting for him to figure out the ipad(about 5 min) he finally gets the screen up to where it shows price (23.99, that's ridiculously high and this has been anything but "convenient" for me) His iPad stopped working so while he had my debit card in the machine said I'm going inside to finish this. I asked him if he was taking my card. "Obviously" was his reply and walked away. I get told to move my truck up to the end of the drive so they can proceed to do my smog. (The gentlemen that did my smog was super nice and apologetic for the wait) The guy with my card returns and hands me just my card, no receipt. I asked him for a receipt since he took my card inside and the screen for "tip" was open when he left. He said with a rude tone "you'll get your receipt alright. You'll get it. " then proceeds to walk away and helps 2 people behind me. My smog is now done and I have not been provided a receipt for the smog check. Only my pass sheet. I asked the guy doing my smog if he would mind looking into my receipt the other guy was supposed to get me because I needed to verify the total and tip I entered is what I was charged before leaving. he personally ran in the store and grabbed my receipt for me and asked me if it was correct and I stated it was and thanked him for getting my receipt since the other guy couldn't be bothered. I am not one to give reviews online but this encounter has deeply agitated me. Again, this is for the gentleman with a very strong accent that may have been Russian, wearing glasses and I'd say around 45-50 years old. He was extremely rude to me, cut me off while trying to ask questions and his refusal to let me leave was also ridiculous. I will NEVER return here for a smog ever again, for the initial service I received and for the price. And I never received this info regarding a car wash I was supposed to get that I'm reading about on other reviews. Sorry for the length, but the entire picture needed painted. read more

I previously came here on a Saturday morning trying to get my cars registration, renewal and out of state transfer. Everything went well understood I would be paying for the price of the tags that the dmv would charge me for 2 cars and there fee. I paid 1,700 understanding everything was taken care of however dmv pulled out funds from my account. I reached out to the company this Saturday and no one answered someone called me back and stated to wait till Monday to speak to Robert. Monday came around and was advised he was out of the office. He called me Tuesday morning and all he said sorry there was a miscommunication. They refused to give me a refund and speak to a manager. Now I am out 2,400 due to this "miscommunication". I am a new resident to the state and my registration was expiring in a couple days...it was going to be a month before I could get an appointment with the DMV, additionally I would have had to make multiple walk-in visits to the DMV for permits to continue to drive until my appointment. I walked into DMV Made Easy on a Friday, no appointment required, gave them my information and had my new, specialized plates ready for pickup at their location the following Tuesday. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my plates were available with 2 business days. You will pay extra for their services but you are paying for the convenience of saving time.
