The manager then wouldn't allow me to exchange it for another new unopened one, but told me I had to purchase a second online scope online and when the second one came in I could return the first one. I then retuned my original order at that time and the manager told me it would take 5-7 days for my account to be refunded. Terrible online ordering service.
