Worst salon and service I have ever experienced. I called on Thursday to make an appointment for Saturday at 10am. I would assume that once it's confirmed that the receptionist would book it properly as they stated they had. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told that it was wrong and that they never booked it and instead booked me for December 10. The problem is the stylist Gabriella reacted as if it was not her fault and nothing she could do and I essentially needed to get over it. She then told me that I was rude and then had the salon owner call and tell me again that it was my fault. If I could give them a zero I would. You really need to learn customer service and how to be a good person because you don't treat people this way when it was YOUR mistake to begin with!!!!!! read more

Never really got my hair professionally done so I was a little nervous. I also have really dark hair and wanted to go lighter. I wanted a light blonde balage and Lizzy totally delivered! I go there for many years and I love it! First of all the interior is really modern and cozy they have really nice and peaceful atmosphere there. I like that they're using nice product lines for hair and also if I liked it I can buy it from them at the salon. This was my first visit to a hair salon, since last year! I was so pleasantly surprised by this hair studio's availability and their safety measures. My stylist Maria went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and listen to what I was looking for. She was so easy to talk to you and we really hit it off. I left feeling very beautiful and I look forward to coming back to her for my color appointment. She gave me a very short bob with lots of volume and texture and curtain bangs, which she encouraged me would frame my face. I couldn't be happier! I walked into this shop late Saturday afternoon to make an appointment for a later date and Beatrice said that she would be happy to cut my hair right on the spot. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she cut my hair exactly like I wanted it to be cut! I haven't had a haircut this "great" in years. I absolutely love it! I was recently looking for a new hair salon when I looked up a few on yelp. DND was the first to respond and get me scheduled. Although they had great reviews, I was a little nervous for someone new to cut and dye my hair. I was scheduled with Beatrice who was nothing less than amazing. Upon arrival she offered me water or coffee. Throughout my appointment she made sure she understood what it was that I wanted and delivered just that. She took her time and I did not feel rushed or just another client of the day. She asked questions to make sure I was happy and she was very easy to talk to and feel comfortable enough to relax as she did her thing. She made sure to educate me about my hair and products I should use to keep my hair happy and healthy. She was upfront about pricing before she began her process, and I really liked that. Needless to say, Beatrice surpassed my expectations and I was thoroughly happy and impressed with her service. I love my hair and couldn't be more content with how it came out, thanks to her! I tried to do balayage here. Before I started, the stylist did a strand test and she believed it would work. However, my hair was falling off and so brassy . The haircut I received the first time was horrible. I asked for layers and curtains bang . There was no layer at all. I talked to Natalie and decided to come back to fix my hair. On Yelp, she said everything hair cut and color would be done again with no extra cost. However, at the end I still got charged for treatment which was supposed to fix my color. I finally found someone who could cut my hair perfectly! She was very pleasant and professional and seriously, I don't know how she did it BUT she did it!!! I have a simple, one-length bob hair style but somehow, every single stylist who used to cut/style my hair cannot solve this annoying problem where one side of my hair would turn outward instead of in...when I come home from a salon visit and try to style it myself, it gets even worse so I just put it in a ponytail and be done with it but not anymore! Her set up is beyond professional, everything you need for swanky lashes and more. Her variety selection on curls, lengths and sizes can not compare. She offers a wide range of times during the day for appointments, very convenient. You can chat up a conversation with her and laugh so much, before you know it you are done. Melissa was able to take my appointment 3 hours after I made the request. I came in for a hair cut after a string of damage to my poor hair. What was really great was that I felt no judgement or criticism regarding my hair. I openly told her that I had bleached my hair at a salon, but then had added neon colors and black dye by myself. She was very understanding and made sure to cut off all the dead hair I showed up with.
