Setting up the appointment was easy, as well as all of the pre surgical checks. They do actually test you for nicotine, so be sure to stop smoking when they tell you to. There is a little bit of a communication gap in person so make sure you clarify your questions when you have them. As for Dr. Sisto. Honestly he is a very nice surgeon. Seems rushed but he is nice and a smart guy and will answer your questions if you ask them, he's not a mind reader so just ask up front. The entirety of the staff is nice, although on the phone they can harass you a bit with the calling before surgery. I am happy with my results. And I am healing well. I will update this as I can but, I genuinely see no reason to not go here. If you can advocate for yourself and be vocal about your wants, you'll end up with good results. My scars are short maybe an inch and a half, and I have mostly been taking Tylenol for the pain. Overall 4.5/5

I have ADHD and impulsively booked and paid for surgery the same day without thoroughly researching the surgeon or facility. That was my biggest mistake. At my pre-op appointment, I met only with a medical assistant who reviewed medications, took photos, and discussed basic instructions. I never met Dr. Bronstien and later learned you have to pay extra to meet your surgeon beforehand. The front desk staff were on their phones, gossiping about patients and workplace drama, and the waiting room and exam areas were visibly dirty. As a Nurse Practitioner, I recognized these as major red flags but ignored them because I wanted the surgery. On surgery day, I waited about 1.5 hours before being taken back. The anesthesiologist was the most professional person I encountered he was calm, informative, and reassuring. When Dr. Bronstien came in, he seemed rushed and showed little interest in discussing my goals. I showed inspiration photos and explained I wanted large implants (450-650cc if my anatomy allowed). He immediately told me I'd be lucky to reach 300cc and acted as though he'd already decided my implant size. I specifically asked him to use implant sizers and place the largest implants my body could safely accommodate. He said he would try. I woke up with 295cc implants and no explanation. Given how quickly the surgery was completed, I don't believe sizers were used. I was devastated because it felt like my goals were never prioritized. I also discussed my pre-existing breast asymmetry before surgery, yet I received the same size implant on both sides. While I understand healing takes time and implants "drop and fluff," my breasts are currently noticeably uneven. At my five-day follow-up, I explained my concerns to the medical assistant, who agreed she could see the asymmetry. When Dr. Bronstien came in, he dismissed my concerns, told me everything looked great, and advised me not to worry. I asked about a possible revision, and he immediately corrected me by calling it an "implant exchange." When I asked about cost, he said it would be the same as another augmentation despite already paying over $6,200. Throughout the appointment, he repeatedly looked at his watch while I asked questions, making me feel rushed. As a Nurse Practitioner, I know how important it is to listen to patients and address their concerns, especially after a life-changing procedure. Before leaving, I asked the front desk about revision policies because many surgeons only charge implant and anesthesia fees for true revisions. I was told I had one year to determine if I needed one, and I requested that my concerns be documented in my chart. I understand my final results won't be known for several months, and I truly hope they improve with healing. However, my experience with communication, professionalism, and patient-centered care has been disappointing. I never felt like my goals were a priority. If you're considering surgery here, do your research, meet your surgeon before committing if possible, and make sure you feel heard before paying your deposit. At this point, I'm left disappointed, concerned about my results, and thousands of dollars out of pocket for an outcome that doesn't reflect the goals I clearly communicated.

They also permit "same day" and next day appointments, but make no effort to actually book them so you'll be left in the balance wondering if you have an appointment or not. As far as I can tell, they simply do not prioritize communication, which is unfortunate given that good medical care is built on good communication. I looked past all of that because of convenience, but today my 16 year old went today for a follow-up appointment and they demanded payment for an appointment she had 3 weeks ago before they would see her. I haven't received a bill or an EOB so over the phone I asked that they see her and send her home with an invoice. Again, this is not an overdue balance - the insurance claim probably just settled from a visit 21 days ago. I think it's pretty reasonable to ask to see what I'm being asked to pay, what insurance paid, etc. They refused to see her, so she once again wasted her time. My family is taking our business elsewhere.

When I followed up by phone to ask if that was their actual solution, I was met with a flat "yes"--again, no compassion, no real conversation. Ironically, this was handled by someone whose title includes "patient retention specialist." I sent a follow-up email expressing my frustration, and the response from their Director of Operations simply doubled down on the original message. Again, no apology, no responsibility taken, and no real acknowledgment of how poorly the situation was handled. It's disheartening to see a practice charging premium prices with such a dismissive approach to patient experience. There appears to be a strong internal culture of family and loyalty--which in many ways is admirable--but in this case, it seems to come at the cost of accountability and self awareness.
