First let me start off by saying I do not trust just anyone with my fur babies. I get anxiety anytime I have to leave them & even though I get sad when I have to drop them off at the groomers I know they are in great hands. I love that they are a small family business. It makes their service very personable. They actually care for my dogs. I love the way they groom my schnauzer! & my big shepsky always looks especially when I get him deshedded! Definitely recommended this groomer to all the doggy parents! Ps. I'm attaching a picture of before and after of my schnauzer. He had dreads in his beard due to being quarantined and she still managed to save his beard! read more

We have taken our Coton de Tulear to this place for two year's and he always comes out beautifully groomed. I like that they can accommodate easily to your needs. Since it's a small family owned place they seem to care more for their clients. Nos encanta llevar a nuestro perrito a este lugar. Best groomers in town. My long haired Dachshund comes out smelling of roses. They are wonderful people to do business with and it is worth the extra effort to make an appointment in advance as they are extremely busy. My boyfriend came into town with it American Eskimo that needed a bath and groom desperately so we called a bunch of places and Grooming by Caryn was the only place that could take out dog on such short notice. They did a fantastic job!! We've taken our dog to multiple groomers and they always mess up her butt (it's real important to have a well trimmed Butt when you have an all white dog, I'll spare you details), but this place did a fantastic job!! THANK YOU BLANCA! I was terrified to bring Rocky in because he likes to bite when they groom him near his face. The last 2 groomers I've had issues with because he always comes out with cuts and always the same "YOUR DOG BITES". So I explained this to Blanca, who was so sweet and understanding. Blanca had so much patience with him and HE DOES NOT BITE. Sure, he was nervous and didn't want to get groomed near his face but Blanca took great care of him. $60 for a full grooming service, medium sized dog (24 pounds). I WILL BE BACK, Blanca ps. I took my Havanese dog named Cricket to "Dog Grooming by Caryn" for 14 years. She passed away this week, which is prompting me to write this review! Thank you, DGbyC for all the care you gave sweet Cricket over the years. In fact, you guys are the first that noticed Cricket was blind (even before I did!) and alerted me to get her to the vet. I appreciated that so much. As she got older, you finished her quickly, and I was often able to pick her up by noon so that she didn't feel stressed all day. We will no longer be taking our pups to this groomer after having been loyal customers for over 10 years. Unfortunately, we had not been informed that the previous owners had retired and left the company under the same name in the hands of others. When we asked about the whereabouts of the previous owners when we had called, we were conveniently told that "they were taking some time off". Not the full story. After waiting over two months for our grooming appointment, this morning one of our little guys received a rather deep stab wound in his neck during his grooming. We were not told what vet he had been taking to until quite a bit later. We were able to retrieve him and get him to his home-vet's office. He's now on pain killers and will have at least a week's worth of recovery time from this deep wound. We will absolutely NOT be taking our pups back to this business. Please check them out thoroughly before you leave your family members in their care. read more
