We come here often because they are dog friendly and their food is pretty good. We usually get their Big Belly Burgers and breakfast burritos. Our absolute favorite is the Swole Chick burrito. It was supposed to be a limited time item but it seems to have been extended. We've also had their hot dogs which are really good especially with the Hawaiian buns! Parking on this side of the plaza isn't too bad as it's on the outskirts of the shopping center. The service is always amazing and everyone is always so cheerful and energetic.

Fries & onion rings. Both good!

Hubby & I had dinner here tonight. It was confusing how things worked when we first got there. You seat yourself. There are menus we didn't see, or you can scan the QR codes at the table. When you scan it, it lets them know your table. One of the employees brought us waters & I asked about the cocktails. I asked if they had Tito's & cranberry juice. He was very friendly & brought us menus. He said they have a full bar & he would put the drinks on our bill. Hubby got his favorite beer on draft, Dosexis. I got what I asked for. Hubby ordered the Das Brat. Which is a bratwurst, caramelized onions, sauerkraut & spicy brown mustard & fries. I ordered the cheeseburger.A burger with white American cheese, pickles, lettuce, onion & no secret sauce without tomato with onion rings. Hubby's beer was good. My Tito's & cranberry juice had a good pour & was good. Our food came out pretty quickly. Everything was great. Hubby loved his sausage. I normally don't like battered fries, but they were good & crispy. They didn't have a lot of batter on them. My burger was really good. I could only eat half of the four. The onion rings were crispy & good. We brought the leftovers home & our son devoured my burger, the rest of the fries & onion rings. He liked everything. What a perfect place! Great food & alcohol! I definitely see us coming back!

Dog Haus is incredible, with ample seating, brewery ambiance, and friendly staff. The Food: There are times when you go to a restaurant, get an item that sounds good, and that becomes your main...your primary...the only thing you get cause it's that damn good. For Dog Haus, that item is the little mule. Burger patty, cheese, avocado, pickled jalapeños, egg, and some other magical stuff all on a sweet Hawaiian bun. Pair that with some onion rings and Dog Haus is spelled H.E.A.V.E.N. I've only had good experiences there and will happily go back. The only downside is the price. Be prepared to spend around ~$25-$30 per person depending on what you order (alcohol not included in that price).

Family dinner at the Dog Haus was delish! We all tried different things and shared. Yum, yum! Everything's was so good! Great weather meant seating was available both inside and outside, so not crowded. I loved the open air feel/view from our inside seats. Service was great! Food ordered and delivered to our table in a timely fashion. On to the food...While I enjoyed what I ordered - The Fonz - I LOVED the Reuben Tots and plan to order them again the next time we visit. I also really liked the Old Town hotdog (not pictured, don't know how that happened ‍). The burger was also good! Again, everything I tried was good! Maybe it's the toasted Hawaiian bread????

One of my favorite comfort spots to eat!! Im a bit biased as i love hot dogs, corn dogs, brats, various sausages, and they have them all. The root beer batter corndogs are great, I absolutely live the Muthaclucka chicken sandwich too; in general the flavors here are always on point! The staff are always friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is pleasant. It can feel noisy inside sometimes but the outdoor seating in nice weather is perfect.

Soooo good! They make the best food especially breakfast burritos!!!! There huge!! This place is 5 stars for sure!!!

Absolutely hard rock burger after waiting 50 minutes for it.

We should have drove to Phoenix location and we would have received our food earlier. When we arrived at the location in San Tan it was dead. Placed our order of one Nashville bowl (salad), two simple cheese burgers and sliders. A few more customers arrived and magically received their order ahead of ours. Another 30 minutes goes by and people are starting to get annoyed. We mentioned it to the host and he stated chicken and sliders are faster than the burgers. Ummm....your burger is litterly four sliders. When we received the order 50 minutes later the burgers were like hockey pucks. My husband choked his down, my younger son didn't finish his and I took my other sons back due to being able to hit them on the table without breaking apart. It's been over 25 minutes when we finally received the cheeseburger. The only thing positive was the host that kept apologizing for the poor service. $90 meal for four with horrible service, we will not recommend or return.

Dog Haus?!? THE ABSOLUTE WÜRST! Dog Haus is California invented and loved by us Arizonans! They are known for their signature all beef Haus Dogs and handcrafted proprietary Haus Sausages, as well as its 100% genetically tested, humanely raised, hormone- and antibiotic-free Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms. This location is the location that sealed the deal for me five years ago when Yelp Phoenix hosted their 2019 Yelpies in San Tan Village. What's not to love? They use sweet Hawaiian rolls for their buns. *chef's kiss* I quite enjoy the Sooo Cali (wild arugula, avocado, tomato, crispy onions, spicy basil aioli) myself. Come early in the day, before 1PM, and you can order from the burrito menu. I'll discuss that in their other listing, Bad-Ass Breakfast Burritos.

This place really surprised me. I really enjoyed my burger, the only con is that I would suggest spreading everything evenly. I opted out the cheese as I'm lactose but it was very tasty still. The wings were an absolute spotlight stealer, not only were they crispy but super juicy. The food came out quick and we enjoyed the vibe here.

We got there 15 minutes after they opened but there was no one at the cash register for a long time. After waiting for the lethargic service, my crony and I decided to try the limited Big Hac item which is basically their version of McDonald's Big Mac. The inside was a little cold for my tastes so we hung out in the outdoor area. The burger itself was okay. I was not please to find a very small spider in my wrapper... Other than that, there's probably better places to go where you can eat without spiders being near your food.

Dog Haus is awesome! Such a fun spot to grab a drink, watch the game, or come for dinner! It's got something for everyone here. Absolutely love the food here! Their specialty is hot dogs but they also have other options like chicken, burgers, and salads. But their hot dogs are fantastic! This is not your typical hot dog. The selection and toppings will blow your mind. Plus, they are absolutely delicious! We tried the Sooo Cali and the Cowboy. Highly recommend! Honestly, there are so many that look delicious IMO! Plus, their side of tots are great. They also have a bar with huge selection of cocktails, draft beers/ciders, and more. A lot of local brews as well which is cool! The service here is excellent - if you're undecided or have questions, ask! Our server came up with a drink for us that was delicious and we never would have thought of. It was awesome! There is a small patio with access to the bar. Inside doesn't look large but plenty of seating and TVs. They have a big selection of games to play at your table, too. A great idea for bringing kids. Dog Haus is a really fun spot and definitely one to try out!

HAPPY HOUR! We showed up at 4:30 pm on a weekday and Dog Haus was pretty quiet. I don't understand why it wasn't busier because we will be back, SOON, to enjoy some more drinks and grub at this place! There were 3 of us and we were excited to split, and share, some of the foods so we could sample more without getting too stuffed. You order at the counter and then they bring your drinks and food to your table. We started by sharing the Reuben Tots. Sounded strange to me but YUMMMM! Next, we shared the 6 Pack Chopped Cheese Sliders with fries. I think of myself as somewhat of a fries connoisseur and these fries were on point. They were seasoned perfectly, hot and a nice crisp. Again, DELISH! Will order and share again! Since the joint is called DOG HAUS, we determined we should try a couple of their dogs. We shared The Fonz and Chili The Kid. I've never ordered a hot dog in a restaurant, believing there's nothing special about a hot dog, but they've now convinced me otherwise. We WILL return!

Such a good place to go for a good burger or hot dog. The Holy Aioli in a bowl is amazing. The southwestern tater tots are my favorite, and I love that they have blue moon and mango cart on tap. The workers are always friendly and I love the option to sit inside or outside and still be able to watch the TVs

I kicked off our 90-minute experience with the Blackberry Yuzu Margarita, and it was the perfect balance of crisp, sweet, and tart. In between cocktails, we shared a couple of snacks that were such a welcome addition -- something you sadly don't always find at local speakeasies! The service was top-notch thanks to our bartender Rocco, whose knowledge and attention to detail made the experience even more fun. Of course, this place is known for its cocktails, so naturally they should be great--but trust me, I've been to several cocktail-only establishments that were lackluster. Absolutely NOT the case here. You could literally put all the pages of the menu on a wall, throw a dart, and whatever you hit would be delicious and interesting in its own right. The place is a little small, but honestly, that's what I love about it. It feels cozy in all the right ways. It's also very relaxing, floating along the sea with some delightful surprises here and there. We ordered several drinks, but one that's not on the menu (and they do make it) is the Pearl Diver, which is magnificent here. The mixologists and servers are all amazing and should be proud of themselves for bringing such an experience to Gilbert.

She loves Alice in Wonderland. She was mistaken and thought it said Java not Kava. The bartender was very, very informative and he let us know that they will give you your first dose of Kava for free to try it. I could not choke all of it down. My friend was a trooper goddess, and she choked the whole thing. I was so impressed by her I am very sensitive to things. I am a big baby sometimes so I did not drink the rest of mine because immediately I had a gag reflex going on lol So I did not drink the initial dose, but I ordered the Horchata beverage that had cover in it. And they have different doses, strengths and different styles of, so this is just what I ordered. It was the last light, on the menu he suggested for us. But I was proven wrong very quickly. Dre who was the bouncer and I'd much rather call Drayden, is young but friendly. The hall leading down to the entrance was well decorated. This time was checking…read moreout a speakeasy located in the heart of downtown Gilbert on a Friday evening at 9 p.m. I parked for free on the street before making my way to The White Rabbit. There are some things I really love about The White Rabbit and some that I didn't. Ambiance (3/5): When I think of a speakeasy, I think intimate. The White Rabbit is not that. It's pretty large for a speakeasy with a large bar and a good number of tables/booths. They weren't at capacity while I was there, but there were a good number of people there. Which made it pretty loud. To the point where you have to yell at your bartender when ordering your drink so they can hear you. Perhaps a much different experience on a week day. Getting in the speakeasy was both a hit and a miss. If you're subscribed to their email list, as I am, you get a different password every month. I was excited about this. Upon approaching The White Rabbit, I saw a sign naming the establishment and pointing me in the right direction. This takes away from the spirit of speakeasies which are supposed to be truly hidden without any signage identifying the restaurant. You'll see a velvet rope blocking a stairwell where you tell one of the bouncers the password. I had a reservation. If you don't know the password, as another party there didn't, they ask you to access a QR code to find out or ask others who are waiting. I appreciated the dedication to the cause. Once you get in, you walk down the stairwell, and then enter a cool hallway decked out with Prohibition-style decor. That leads you into the main room. The main room is also Prohibition-style though a bit unremarkable. The bathrooms are clean and also feature some cool paintings (and they also hide that they are actual bathrooms). With that being said, when I liked the hallway and the bathrooms better than the bar itself, that's a bit of an issue. Seats at the bar are bar stools without back support. Never fun for my old man back. I did, on the other hand, appreciate that they have free WiFi. Service (3.5/5): The service was generally pretty good, though a bit slow. They start you off with some water without asking you which is always a nice touch. It was just one of those situations where you have to put some effort into getting a bartender's attention on several occasions. Food (N/A): I had dinner prior so no food for me. I did check out the menu. They have a small selection of appetizers, flatbreads, and desserts. Drinks (3/5): When I'm at a speakeasy, I'm looking for creativity and an interesting blend of ingredients and flavors. While The White Rabbit has a good number of cocktails, many of them didn't attract me. Part of it is a matter of personal preference. There were only two drinks out of about 20 that I was interested in. Overall, I wanted a little more, but with that being said, the drinks were reasonably priced for a speakeasy. Not a bad speakeasy by any means, I have super high standards when it comes to these watering holes. Just not in my top five when it comes to speakeasies in Phoenix and surrounding areas.

We had our heart set, so we braved the parking lot and the quoted 1-1.5hr wait (actual wait time: 53 minutes). Greatly appreciate the staff member who took drink orders while we waited as a martini eases the time waiting! Plus, they had a hydration station with water that is much needed in our Arizona heat - thank you! Our server Alex was phenomenal and provided great insights with recommendations. We greatly appreciate it as it was both of ours first time visiting this establishment to try the Arizona Restaurant Week specials. For my 1800th review on Yelp, I couldn't think of a more fitting review - Arizona Restaurant Week helping me venture out to try somewhere new (the Yelp way)! Lastly regarding the experience, it was quite loud due to it being busy, so appreciate Alex repeating somethings over. Thanks for the great service to make this a great night out! What We Ordered: ~ Onward and Upward (Non-alcoholic): my boyfriend enjoyed the flavor, but wild to think a NA drink is $15! He said likely not a do over. ~ Dirty Vodka Martini + Blue Cheese-stuffed Olives: the first outside was not as good as the one at the table. I'd definitely buy another when returning, especially dining in as the olives were delicious. ~ Fresh Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls: very delicious, and we enjoyed! Definitely a splurge as the price point was $12 for 5 rolls. I did find myself wishing they were served with a nice French butter or even a honey cinnamon butter, which would elevate these and help me justify the price point. ~ Arizona Restaurant Week which included a starter, entree, and the selected dessert (boyfriend: Oysters + Sushi selection and me: Caesar Salad + blackened Texas Redfish): Both my boyfriend and I throughly enjoyed and thought it was well worth the $55 per guest price point. Standouts for him were the oysters and sushi, stating they were very fresh. My standout was the delicious redfish, and the sushi as I tried some of his. Everything was fresh and flavorful! We left talking about when we can return for their actual menu versus restaurant week. Love finding great local places via Arizona Restaurant Week. If in the area, stop by this location!

It had been quite some time since I had last been, and my most recent visit didn't disappoint. Every time I've ever been here, it's always been busy during the dinner rush, but service has always remained quick and attentive. It certainly isn't what I would call a "fine dining" experience, but it's upscale enough and has good enough food to feel like a meaningful night out with family, friends, or your partner. For an appetizer, we enjoyed their bread and butter, which was fantastic. The bread also came with olive oil and seasonings to dip it in, which was also very tasty. For dinner, I enjoyed their grilled cod with French and sweet potato fries, as well as coleslaw. While the fish was slightly overcooked, the meal overall was still delicious, filling , and well worth the trip back to High Tide. Definitely swing in if you've never been!

I had ice tea and wife ordered the blood orange jenny drink; both were great and refreshing! I also ordered a loaf of their warmed sourdough and butter to share with the table. Almost like being in San Francisco! For dinner we decided to share a couple of things; the crab cakes, which comes with fried avocado and some of the best aioli for dipping. The cakes themselves are big and full of crab with just the right amount of filling to create a decadent and moist cake! We also shared the seared jumbo scallops...High Tides knows how to cook scallops to the best! So yummy and tender and perfectly cooked with that crispy outer and the soft, creamy inside. We also shared a Caesar salad and one of the things we love about this place...ask and you can get some fresh anchovy on the side to add to the salad. Wife always asks for more lemon as well to drizzle over the salad. Overall a fantastic dinner for us and everyone with us!
