Our waitress was very kind- attentive but not overbearing and made sure that we were comfortable. We were given two menus (breakfast and lunch) and the choices seemed endless. They even had specials on a white board. I ended up ordering a tea and the crabby man special. This special had a crab cake, bacon, eggs, toast, and homefries! All for $11.50. You can't beat that price. The crab cake was made with imitation crab but it was still delicious. I liked the breading they used and the portion was large. My eggs were cooked perfectly over easy. Bacon was nice and crisp. Home fries could have used more seasoning but were cooked well. Toast needed a little more time in the toaster. But overall, for the price this was a great meal! My friend and significant other enjoyed their meals as well. Jake's may not be my go to spot in Fairhaven but I'm happy with the service and food I had today!
