She hung up. Then she texted me to read my contract and invited me to reach out to the Nevada advocacy. I needed no invite.. I will be filing a complaint with all gov entities and will be filing a chargeback for the nearly $3,000.00 they took from me. This issue was easily identifiable if the puppy had been seen by a reputable vet. If they had disclosed the matter up front, that also would have been avoidable. During one of my visits, I witnessed an upset customer berating these young men over a situation she clearly did not fully understand. Throughout the entire interaction, they remained calm, professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to educate and assist her. Unfortunately, she seemed unwilling to listen or learn about the realities of reptile care and feeder insect husbandry. What impressed me most was how gracefully they handled a difficult situation without losing their composure or professionalism. That experience only reinforced my confidence in this business. No one calls for a couple hours so I call back and they say he didn't bring it back, to call DoorDash as petco is the 3rd party company even though I ordered through the petco app. Long story short, I messaged the help chat on petco and the rep gave me a refund. Instead of directing me to the correct solution in the first place, they just want to divert all blame to door dash. I won't be shopping with petco anymore.
