My 70 pound Belgian malinois Bellini has now been going there for almost 2 years and she loves it. She comes home and she is very content. She gets much exercise and that is what she needs. And she loves everyone there. As for the grooming department, my Yorky, Shih Tzu Binky goes there to be groomed not once has she come home with any issues whatsoever. It is enjoyable for her they make her very comfortable and she is extremely skittish and has no problems there. Always the perfect haircut. He ended up having to have 2nd surgery, tail amputation, because a clipper chewed his tail. Vet said they had seen this before when groomer leaves pet unattended with live clipper on table. Groomer claimed to run through insurance (required in AZ) at my request but then went radio silent so I was stuck paying over $3000 in vet bills. Very shady.

The owner was so upset about it that she used several profanities towards me (c*nt, b*tch, just to name a couple). While I witnessed two dogs escape from her business and run around the parking lot. All I offered was a smile and a wave. I am appalled that a business owner would conduct themselves that way instead of just telling me that I can't park there in a calm manner. In my opinion she seemed under the influence and it was 2:00 pm. Especially because there were at least 10 other empty parking spots closer to her business at this time. I would be terrified to have my pet staying with this lady all day. Just beware.

I have loved other groomers, always rated 5 stars in Colorado/other areas - I am really sad to rate poorly - but this truly was extraordinary!! I use Petco for all food/treats/etc.. and they lost me/my family on all counts.
