This store acts like customers have no other options for pet stores. Corporate needs to evaluate this store and its management before there are no customers left to service.

When I arrived, the phone number on the curbside side was so faded from the sun that was almost impossible to read, so I couldn't call to let the store know I was there. Instead, I had to go inside, stand in line, and then wait while an employee was paged. When my order was finally brought out, I was given it in a shopping cart, and I was singly told to "have a nice day." no one offered to load the heavy bags into my car. That completely defeats the purpose of curbside pick up, special for customers who choose it because they need assistance. Thankfully, I have someone at home who could help me unload the bags, but I still need help getting them into my vehicle. I hope the store replaces the faded curbside signage and better trains employees and what curbside service is supposed to include. Make a big difference for customers with injuries, disabilities or anyone purchasing heavy items.

I literally told them it was for some newly hatched roadrunners that came in and they just looked at me and said we don't care you're not getting crickets tonight. Petsmart on Nellis…read more We had a good experience at this Petsmart. We were looking for a Syrian hamster and unfortunately, we didn't find one for us. The whole setup for the animals was incredible. The store was clean, the cages were clean, the animals were healthy. A woman helped us and let us interact with all of the Syrian hamsters. They all seemed happy and ready for homes, we just didn't find the one right for us. It was a good experience though and I definitely recommend the store.

Well the groomer immediately tried to shove their collar over my hands and my dogs head, then he suddenly ripped my dog out of my hands telling my its against the NEW policy to set pets on counter. My mistake I did not see the new sticker. However after ripping my dog out of my hands he continued to yell at me while holding my dog in the air in one hand. I immediately asked for my dog back, I told him I'm not putting up with how he was abusing my dog nor his total attitude towards me. Then he tells me "Well, its your own damn fault!" There were two other customers waiting in line behind me. One woman asked him why hes being a total jerk. "That's it, I'm not grooming your dog either for calling me a jerk!" So two of us walked out because of him having a bad morning and screaming at people, abusing our dogs. I called the store from the parking lot and got a female store manager. I explained everything to her and even went as far as making sure she knows I am a letter writer and will be writing to the corporate office "customerrelations@petco.com because she barely spoke. She hinted she would have a talk with the groomer and she was very sorry I walked out before talking to her. I won't hold my breath thinking she will actually follow up on the complaint. So I am writing here and also sending to corporate offices.

A line of customers was forming while the manager on duty sat at the front counter texting on her phone. She didn't greet anyone, didn't acknowledge the line, and didn't make any effort to help people who were clearly waiting. For reference, the manager was a blonde overweight woman in her mid 50's working the front counter during my visit. I asked for her name so I could follow up with corporate about the experience and she refused to give it, which tells you a lot about the accountability at this location. Customers were standing there waiting while she stayed focused on her phone like the store was closed or something. No urgency, no customer service, nothing. A manager sets the tone for the entire store, and if this is the example being set, it explains why the experience felt so chaotic and unprofessional. Petco corporate seriously needs to look at what's happening at the Henderson location. Customers should not be ignored while staff sit at the front texting.

We've taken our dogs to Lulu's for several years. They've been ok & always seems like a lot of…read moredogs. Average time was a minimum of 4 hours with the most 6 that our dogs have been there. Today though was the best experience we've had with Lulu's. We took both our girls in a veteran to Lulu's and a 9 month old pup (her first time at a groomer). The staff was extremely nice & talked us through what they were wanting to do with the puppy (to get her used to the environment). They both were done after 1 1/2 hours! The look amazing. I believe our groomer's name was Mary. I tried getting a good picture of them but it's near impossible. lol

My dog was groomed at LuLu a week ago. When she got home she didn't want to be touched and stood in…read moreone place for 10 or 15 minutes just looking at the wall. She wouldn't sleep on the bed at night either. She would flinch when I touched her or tried to get her to sit with me. I took my dog to the vet and was told she was suffering from razor burn on her stomach and prescribed a spray to cool the affected area. The spray worked and she is almost back to normal. I will never take a pet of mine to be groomed at LuLu ever.

No one will take accountability but either they gave the door dash guy the wrong amount of bags, or the door dash guy forgot to deliver one of the bags. Either way, only one bag was delivered. I called petco, they said they don't have it. They said to call door dash. I called the driver, he said he doesn't have the bag. So I call petco again to see about a replacement or refund. They said the DoorDash driver took the wrong order and will bring it back. I left my number to call me so I can pick it up. No one calls for a couple hours so I call back and they say he didn't bring it back, to call DoorDash as petco is the 3rd party company even though I ordered through the petco app. Long story short, I messaged the help chat on petco and the rep gave me a refund. Instead of directing me to the correct solution in the first place, they just want to divert all blame to door dash. I won't be shopping with petco anymore. I most definitely will not use DoorDash again.
