Today I had the pleasure of eating the "Steak Sandwich", the bread is soft but stands up to all the yummy ingredients. It comes with sliced steak, super tender, fried slices of potatoes, herbs and mayo. It usually comes with tomato but they always remember that I don't have tomatoes on my sandwiches. I ordered from Doka Pizza for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, more than an hour passed with no delivery. When I called the restaurant, I was told that due to traffic the driver had returned to the restaurant and was now picking up my pizza again to deliver it. They apologized and I told them it was okay but asked them to please prepare the order fresh and make sure it arrived hot. About 30 minutes later a very friendly driver arrived and delivered the order. I thanked him and even paid double the tip because I believe delivery drivers are often underpaid and I appreciated his kindness. Unfortunately when I opened the boxes the pizza was cold and the fries were soggy. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Abel who simply said he was sorry. There was no attempt to fix the situation, no replacement, no credit, and no customer courtesy. For the prices they charge, the food quality and service simply do not match. Low food quality, poor service, and no accountability. If you expect good service and quality food for your money, I would recommend staying away. The owner Arshak should definitely be more aware of how his staff is operating because this experience was far from acceptable. read more

And I'm so glad I did. I couldn't decide between the shawarma, the Doka sandwich (which I saw many people ordering), and the kebab. In the end, I went with the Lule Kebab, and it was so delicious. I also had a yogurt drink with cucumber and dill. I used to have these kinds of things all the time when I lived in Lebanon. The items at Doka made me reminisce! Finally the best shawarma in town. It is the best I've had here in the US, fresh and juicy, in a very tasty bread. More meat options would've been nice, but given that the business is new more variations hopefully will be considered in the future.
