I wished to return it after doing an ingredient analysis and seeing it's filled with toxins and unnecessary additives. She took it to the extent to call the police because I was "disrupting business" for asking to refund me the $40 she never did, and to return the product I didn't want. I honestly just waited while she awkwardly stared me down, but they couldn't do anything for her to refund me unless I wanted to go to claims court which would be even more waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere if you want a professional facial experience where you will not be scammed.

I walked into beauty connection today wondering if maybe I can fix it myself. The lovely woman that I came across not only helped me find the right color, but then proceeded to apply another coat of my color to all of my nails and also went the extra mile and applied a top coat as well. 14-February-2011: I love this spa for the following reasons:…read more 1) Appointment Only: I called the owner, Jacqueline Emery, and informed her that I am creating a Valentine Gift from my girlfriend, which includes a spa, wine tasting, and dinner on Sunday, 13-February-2011. Jacqueline set a specific date and time for my girlfriend and me; and, we had the whole spa to ourselves. 2) Excellent Service: Jacqueline prepared champaigne, Japanese tea, croissants, and grapes for us upon our arrival to her spa. She believes in strict quality control in the massages and facials; hence, she personally provides the facial and massages. She has no staff. 3) Facials and Massages: The massages and facials she gave my girlfriend and me were amazing and so relaxing. She is a certified massage therapist and is knowledgeable in all disciplines of massages; and, she provides one unique type of massage called, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. She is also a certified licensed esthetician -- her facials are full service, so expect to spend a little over an hour in her care. 4) Products: Jacqueline will not sell any products unless she knows the products provide results that meet her high standard of care. 5) Price and Quality: A lot of times, price and quality do not go hand in hand. Not so, with Kokeshi Spa. I get a good price without losing the quaility of the experience and product. I live in San Francisco; and, I will make the trek up to Santa Rosa to visit Kokeshi Spa. My girlfriend and I make a Winery Day out of it...we hit the Kokeshi at 0900 hours; then we spend the afternoon wine tasting and having dinner in Healdsburg or other neighboring cities in the area.
