My boyfriend decided to book us a much needed couples massage after EDCLV weekend and we were able…read moreto get a same day appointment. From start to finish, the staff were really communicative with the entire process and asking questions to get a better understanding of each client's needs. Prior to our massage, my boyfriend has been experiencing back pain as a result of frequently driving long distances. Our massauses really knew how to respond to our bodies, providing the perfect pressure and addressing the tensions in our targeted areas. The staff truly have perfected creating a relaxing environment by being thoughtful and intentional with every word and action in their treatment. As a promo, they offer new clients a complimentary voucher for future use(1hr) in the salt room (with future appointments). For the reasonable pricepoint, there is so much care gone into each treatment, you truly feel a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I've had massages from budget friendly to luxury, but the comparative pricing + thoughtful experience definately has their competitors beat. I would definately come back the next time I am in Vegas.

I had gone to this spa before with my mother. As soon as we walked in, I requested women-only…read moreservice because we do not feel comfortable having a male do our pedicure. Anyway, then a woman came who knows us because we are old customers -- my whole family has been coming here for years. But this time, one woman disappointed us a lot. She asked what nail shape I wanted, and I told her I wanted a round or square shape for my toenails, which meant I did not want my nails cut completely short. Later, when I looked, she had cut all my toenails very short. When I told her that I had already explained what I wanted, she told me to "shut up" and said, "Let me do my job." I stayed quiet and thought there was no point arguing anymore. Then my mother also got upset and asked why she had cut them all short when I had clearly explained beforehand what I wanted. After that, I got upset too and told her, "You spoke to me very rudely when I was calmly explaining the shape I wanted." She again replied rudely and said, "Do you want the service done or not?" She showed so much attitude toward me in front of everyone, and then she left me there without finishing the service. I really do not understand why she behaved with so much attitude. Doesn't a customer have the right to say what they want and do not want? This was the first time something like this happened. Another worker who was sitting nearby apologized. My mother asked her where that woman had gone and who would complete my service because I was still waiting. She said nobody else could do it because they were busy, and I would have to get it done somewhere else. She also apologized and said, "I don't know why she behaved like that with you." I told her it was not her fault, but that woman treated me very disrespectfully and rudely, even though I had politely explained that if she did not understand, she could have asked me again. I had somewhere to go, and in the end I did not even get the service the way I wanted.

I may be confused but they charge extra to keep them long but it's cheaper for them to cut them short, doesn't make sense.

What can I say--this review is LONG overdue! I have been seeing Jennifer at Blue Point Medical Spa…read morefor the past several years, and I truly can't say enough good things about my experience. From my very first visit, Jennifer took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and helped me create a personalized plan for how I wanted to care for it. Over the years, I've had a variety of treatments with her--including Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Diamond Glow, and Glo2--and every single time I leave, my skin looks and feels better than before. When I first started with Jen, she recommended an amazing skincare routine that I've been following for the last 3-4 years, and the results have been incredible. Most recently, I've added IPL treatments, and I'm so happy I did! My goal has always been to age gracefully, and everything Jennifer has done for me has supported that journey 100%. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in her clients' results. Beyond Jennifer, the entire team at Blue Point Medical Spa is warm, welcoming, and always great to talk to--they make you feel comfortable and cared for every time you walk in. If you're looking for an expert in skincare and aging, you absolutely need to check out Blue Point Medical Spa. Investing in yourself is always worth it--and this is one investment I'm so glad I made!

My opinion about this operation is be very careful. I'm not a disgruntled patient that got a bad…read moreresult or no result in his complaining. I'm a physician that is familiar with the laser and laser technologies as I have used them in my own office and also have experienced them first hand In regards to my own personal experience. There is machine that I'm quite familiar with and have had multiple procedures with over the years and the machine that was used was either fake and or not the machine that was advertised and or it was a defective or malfunctioning machine period of course I can't say for sure but what I can say is that this procedure is agonizingly painful. I've had six of them and every time was horrible but the results can be pretty good depending on the patient. Each time the skin gets zapped though it's like somebody pulling a rubber band back as far as they can and snapping a paper clip on your face only 700 to 800 times it feels like that. This machine that they used on me I literally felt nothing it was as if somebody had a feather on my face or a comb and each ZAP of the machine nothing happened 0 no feeling whatsoever anyway I get ripped off of close to $2000 on this thing and and going to file a complaint with the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners. I'm not going to look for any response from this provider as you imagine they'll always respond back with some antagonistic or false claims so I'm just giving a heads up to the community as a physician. Based on my experience I would not have any laser procedures done here or at least the one that I personally had on my face and neck. The machine is called Ulthera in case anyone is interested. By the way most patients that have this put a very large dose of topical lidocaine which is anesthetic to try to blunt the pain but even with that it is excruciating and I didn't even use the topical anesthesia by the way and felt absolutely nothing still. Anyway be careful. I want to highlight the next point because this is more relevant than even my own personal experience. As a physician I'm familiar with the Nevada Board of Medical Examiner's legal protocols. I will put this in bold print because this is how the law reads NEVADA STRICTLY REQUIRES A PRIOR MEDICAL EVALUATION AND CLEARANCE BEFORE AN ADVANCED ESTHETICIAN CAN PERFORM ULTHERAPY OR ANY ENERGY BASED NON-ABLATIVE DEVICE TREATMENT BECAUSE THE STATE OF NEVADACLASSIFIES THE USE OF MEDICAL GRADE LASERS AS MEDICAL PROCEDURES AND AN ADVANCED ESTHETICIANCAN NOT SIMPLY ACT ON THEIR OWN AMD MUST RECEIVE A "GOOD FAITH EXAM" BY A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO CLEAR THE PATIENT AND DIRECT THE ESTHETICIAN TO EXECUTE THE PROTOCOL. This is the law. You can all look it up. Be careful of any response back from the merchant on this one. It is true that a medical provider does not have to be at the facility at the time the procedure is performed they have to be within 60 miles of the facility so that is a work around that they may try to re use as a rebuttal but be careful because wording is important. The critical thing to be made aware is that I was NOT given a good faith exam nor a telemed nor an exam nor a clearance from any licenced medical provider. A licensed advanced esthetician is not a medical provider by law And by designation. They simply did the procedure and that's illegal. You'll have to use your own judgment as to whether or not you feel that this transgression is of any significance to you in regards to making your choices. NOTE FOR MGMT In response to your request for me to get in touch, I remain open to a constructive resolution regarding the events detailed above. If management has a formal proposal or a specific solution in mind to address this situation, reach out to me directly through Yelp messaging or use the contact information on file to discuss it.
