Local, small town grocery store…read more Offering everyday needs and a few extra goodies. The store prides themselves for having fresh homemade Boudin (which is a French type of sausage, Cajun to be specific) and are known for their own meat department. They offer fresh produce and a variety of everyday household needs and supplies - from doggy food to Velveeta - no Velveeta shortage here. They also offer useful tasks to the public. If you need to copy some paperwork, they have a copier and for a bit of your pocket change you can make copies. If you need to send money to loved ones that are far away, they offer a Western Union corner. If you need a money order, they are able to do it. They also have a ATM inside. Outside they offer two soda machines and a 'Glacier Water' machine. Now, granted, all these luxuries do have a price. Since this is located in a small town the price may seem a bit higher than it would in a bigger town with supermarkets but that's the price of convenience.

The supervisor tried to help, but it was to no avail. She told me that someone would give me a call. I had to give her my information. Why could she have not done a void after. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.

By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!

As I was pumping, it changed to Super Unleaded at $3.869. I stopped and went inside. The attendant just smiled, and shrugged. The store had a heavy intense smell.

This location seems to be the heart and soul of Mont Belvieu. The layout is wonderful. Everything is easy to find, and the selection is top-notch with an emphasis on Texas centric products. My only gripes are the prices of fresh meat and seafood. They seem to be a bit high, considering the inflation is coming down everywhere. I also wanted to try the Mi Tienda tamales and found them overpriced, and the masa overpowered with cumin almost inedible. I love the Boars Head selection in the deli, and the bakery does a great job with baked goods. The gas station in the parking lot is very convenient, and I find the car wash very efficient and decent priced. Overall, HEB is a pretty good place to shop!
