This is a nice shopping mall, to an extent. I'm not sure who came up with the idea of an outdoor…read moremall in Arizona, but it can be nice from October to March, then it becomes unbearable. Decent selection of stores, but not too many good restaurants, mainly overpriced chains. There's also an underlying snotty vibe at this mall. It's got Scottsdale vibes but none of the actual glam of Scottsdale. I prefer Chandler mall but will go here when needed. It can be pretty at night time, but it's usually decently hard to find parking.

Kind of miss the old store before the renovations to make it feel more modern. We used to stop in and scour the endcaps for great clearance items. We still like stopping in and looking around, but in the old days we couldn't walk out of a Target without buying something. Any more we can easily walk out. At least we have a cool place to get our steps in and every once in a while, we find some deals like they used to carry all the time. Just a different vibe, I guess. That's more of a mark on the entirety of Target stores than this particular location though. We have stuck by this one more than any other location. We missed it when they needed to shut it down for months after a shoplifter was caught starting fires in the store as distractions. Turns out that setting off the sprinklers not only ruins merchandise but it can be a hazard and shut a store down indefinitely. This store is in a great spot and has a Starbucks inside. The Target employees are quick to help and very friendly.

The clothes fashion is questionable but at least it's organized. I love their health, beauty and make up sections. Prices are decent but the days off amazing clearance savings is gone. I went on looking for a binder so it was a quick visit. I brought the binder that was on sale and it rang up at over $4 but the cashier was great at adjusting the price on tag.

Nordstrom Rack is located inside the Tempe marketplace. The rack has a good selection of items…read moresuch as purses, blouses, pants, dresses, shoes, and fragrances. The store carries clothing and supplies for women, men and children. The suit shoe section had some good deals with 70% off selected items. My friend found a pair of Ryka sandals. Great deal. Shared parking lot and Wi-Fi in the store.

I purchased six pieces of furniture from this store, and three of them came with problems -- a…read morecracked panel, a misaligned joint, and a torn couch seam within just days of delivery. When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.

I tried to tell the management office office lead what happened and they did not want to hear my story. I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

While the…read moreparking situation can sometimes be a bit frustrating and crowded, the mall itself is generally well maintained and family friendly. One feature I particularly appreciate is the children's play area. It is usually kept very clean, and unlike many mall play spaces, the equipment does not appear overly worn out or neglected. It creates a comfortable environment for families and gives kids a nice place to enjoy themselves during a shopping trip. The food court used to offer a stronger variety of dining options in the past, which I do miss, but the mall still has a solid selection of stores and remains one of the better places in the area for shopping and spending an afternoon with family.

Selection 5/5 My first shop here so we went different directions. I set sail in a "three hour tour". I cruised the isles and found my rack, the flavored drinks syrups. Just a splash to liven up my water bottle. Value 5/5 Sandy did well on her shop, I was happy to score some drink flavors and all at a reasonable price. I've wanted to try this place forever. Why did I wait so long?…read more It's definitely controlled chaos in the basement of an old mall facade (?) but deals are to be had! From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares.
