Hired Jason, owner, to drain my pool after 4 years and clean the tile. He did a good job and his repair tech, Chris, also did a good job with a couple of repairs. His weekly pool guy, Drew, is horrible and after 6 weeks, did not clean the salt cell or balance the chemicals. I went to another company that provides great all around service. read more

I requested pOol repair quotes through the Yelp platform and was approached by this company. They were willing to come on site free of charge. They assessed my problem and found nothing wrong with it. In fact, the fix was very simple and was an error on our part. I was talked through how to manage it and was also given the option to call them if I can't figure it out. All of this done without charge!! I think what impressed me most is he could have very well said I needed something fixed and I truly would not have known whether it was truth or not. Horrible interaction with the Owner Jason, what a clown, through the Yelp app. Seemed like he didn't read my quote request and he came across like I was bothering him, like he doesn't need the business. He rattled off a quote then ghosted me when I asked him to clarify what's included in the service. Read some other reviews of his and looks like this is what he does. Ripped us off too. Installed a pool pump for 1700$, found out it is a 600$ job from other companies with a warranty. Jason starts off like a champ but 6 months later, forgets you.
