This place is good for a quick cheap lunch. The quality is not the best but if you are hungry and aren't picky go here. Don't ask for delivery because it will be HOURS before you get your food. Call in order and pick up is the best choice. This spot is close to home so we come here frequently, and when we're feeling lazy they also deliver. Parking can be difficult sometimes, the staff is friendly and always efficient. The food is pretty good here, I think different Italian places have their own uniqueness when it comes to sauces, pizzas, and pasta, so I try not to compare in that sense. My hubby swears by the spaghetti and mushrooms that is all he ever orders. I enjoy ordering pizzas-to-go for a quick easy meal. It's inexpensive and pretty tasty. Unfortunately, just last week, I felt uncomfortable when kids from the high school came in and tried to start a fight with another customer. The other customer happen to be my neighbor and is also a police officer, off duty at the time. He conducted himself with such self composure and never tried to use his badge to influence the situation. I can't say the same for the folks behind the counter. They just backed away and turned their heads. Come on people, don't let these little punks become the reason why I stop coming. I'll give 3 stars because they delivered to my house for free. I'll admit, I'm really not a fan. We tried this tonight and got a good variety of their menu (and what other Yelpers said were good). We ordered one of their family meals (pizza, wings, spaghetti, which I actually ordered the lasagna, they just brought spaghetti, garlic bread and salad) then we ordered their meatball and sausage sandwich. The pizza was ok, nothing special. The sweetness of the sauce didn't ruin or make the pizza. Actually, I wouldn't have noticed the sauce was a little sweet if I hadn't read the other responses on here. The spaghetti wasn't spectacular, but I would never order spaghetti in a restaurant either. The wings were good, and the sandwich was disappointing. Serrano's in San Pedro is much better for sandwiches (although a little far from my house). I wouldn't say it was bad, it just wasn't my thing. read more
