Purchased 2 pies for dinner one night and my son's pie had a clear sharp jagged piece of plastic inside the pizza. Had he ate that slice it could have seriously did harm to himself. Lucky I bite into it and found it after chipping a tooth. Store owner wanted to give us a new pizza after that. Beware of this location. Staff claimed we were "out of range" for a delivery - we are a 10 minute drive away. What is the point of a chain pizza restaurant in a town full of pizza spots if they won't deliver late night? There is none! Was excited to have a place in town for late night food but it's clear that this establishment is not the answer - will opt for reliable local spots that deserve the business from now on. read more

I work here and still do as of 11/28/2022 and let me tell you . Don't eat from here . The food alone will kill you , but what will boil your blood would be you knowing the things we get away with . If you only knew the times people didnt wash their hands , or when someone drops part of your order and just blows the dust off of it . The laziness and unprofessionalism thats been passed down the ranks from supervisor to management, and most importantly if u only knew that there's a roach infestation . I put a smile on everyday to such loving and hungry families even though I have to lie to them about our products not being fresh . I smile at even the kids that want The extra cheeses and toppings that's been rolling around in roach poop. It Would kill you to know that they leave food out overnight on the makeline with no lids . Guessed yet where the roaches can be found ? You guessed it , on the makeline . Right underneath they hide but if u move the makeline fast enough and give it a few taps you will see the roaches all shaking and falling to the floor . There's entryways in and out of the makeline for such critters . We have a freezer and boxes on boxes of container lids that doesn't get utilized . Management are unprofessional and immature . Drivers assaulting other drivers & customers , here at this dominos we do not care about your well being - neither about your health - most importantly your safety and satisfaction isn't our priority . Whether you like stale pizza or not from a few hours earlier - we will force it out the door for you to consume . You been waiting 45 mins for your delivery ? Well wait a couple hours and stick it in your oven if it's not warm enough for you ! I've been trained to think and speak this way to my fellow teammates and even you as a customer . It's what we do at dominos , we do not care for eachother or you as a customer ! And please check the tips you leave . We drivers can change the tip amount you place at any given time from our phones . And by the way - we carry more than 20$ . Dominos actually has us carrying all the money from our shift in our pockets but we gotta lie to our valued customer's about not having enough change . ZERO STARS I'm am utterly disgusted and upset with this place I called them and placed an order at 2:00 and told them to have it delivered for 5:45-6:00 the driver showed it was gonna be here at 6:20 and kept getting pushed back but I read the order and my kids pizza said that they added onions on it when I asked for black olives and I was in hold for an hour and a half with my husband calling and my kid calling and no answer just there voicemail then when someone did pick up she was speaking Spanish and I asked if she spoke English and she hung up I still sat on hold and waited because I at this point wanted to just cancel the order and I waited another 45 minutes for someone to answer and when they did they were giving me attitude she tried to get me to not cancel it so I had to explain that I didn't want it because it's been sitting in the drivers car for 35 min and it would be cold not even to mention they would have to go back to get the right pizza. We placed an order within the delivery zone and 30 minutes later the driver called and said we were out of range. He was not helpful at all and pretty pushy about cancelling the order. Based on the reviews here we probably lucked out not eating this trash. read more

In addition to the food quality being terrible, there have been two different occasions in which I have had to wait two plus hours for my food to be delivered (not an exaggeration) - the only reason I called them both times was because it was after other pizza options had already closed. It's snowing, we understand. But what we don't understand it putting that the order was delivered when in fact it wasn't. I'm outside looking for the "delivered" order. Then I had to call myself only to find out they didn't want to drive here. They said "oh we were just about to call you" were you? No one believes that, It isn't hard to call me and tell me you don't want to drive here. I am understanding. But to make me wait hours for the order, put delivered on the app and then I need to call. That's poor management. I don't want anyone driving when they are not comfortable. But when the order came through, you knew where it was going, you could easily call tell me you do not want to drive to me and we would cancel the order, not a big deal. The order eventually showed. Only after we called 3 times. Again! Not about the driving in the snow. The proper thing to do was to call and tell us. Just not charge my card and be a no show. read more

I loved the thin crust with salami and the regular crust was good too. The bacon topping is excellent as is the pepperoni. The $5.99 medium two topping deal is a steal. Absolutely terrible service! Every time I come in here, I wish I didn't. Some advice: Don't tell the customer 20 mins and it becomes 40 plus mins. Don't ignore customers at the door. Don't give the customer an attitude when your credit machine doesn't work. Total confusion by the staff at every visit.
