This would be a 0 star rating if that was an option! Quite possibly the WORST customer service in the area. I called to place an order for pick up and the owner was rude off the bat. I had a full order I was trying to place. I started by asking for a cheese slice, and before I could continue my order and list everything else, he cut me off saying "you have to come in to order a slice" and hung up on me as I was saying "ok can I ------" . With those profit margins .....There's not a single reason why they don't have Apple Pay point of sale system. A brand new Apple Pay card reader from the Apple Store is less than 60 bucks. There's no excuse as to why they don't have one. " you can just tell me your credit card information and I can manually type it in." ????? How about no??? I was very excited to try this pizza. I walked in, and there was nobody at the counter. I was not greeted with a hello or hi or anything friendly. It was a guy/son with a nasty attitude. It looked like the father was working with him. I ordered an eggplant Parmesan roll, and a grandma slice to go. When the stuff was hot and ready in the box, the son yelled out,"ready". I turned around, and wasn't sure he was talking to me or the delivery boy next to me. I asked , mine?" He said yeah. Before walking out I asked, "does sauce come with a pizza roll?" He muttered," it's in there. "In an annoyed manner. There was no thank, you have a nice day. Nothing nice at all. Just really bad attitude. No smile no nothing. .Pizza is typical, nothing to write home about. My husband went in and ordered stuff separately. He was treated the same way. He asked if they had meat and cheese calzones. The son's response was I can put meatballs on a calzone for you. That's not a meat and cheese calzone! Anyone in the business knows this. That's a meatball calzone. Maybe the proper answer should've been no, we don't have those but what I can do is this. Or I can make you one if you come back in half an hour. In a time where restaurants are closing, and struggling, you need to be a little bit nicer to your clients. People remember how they're treated at restaurants. Word spreads quickly. We ordered a meat lover's pizza from Peppino's pizza and it was delicious! The bottom was not charred like a lot of pizza places, it was perfect! Delivered in record time! We used to place a take out order at least once a week here. On several occasions our orders were messed up. We didn't even say anything the first two times because the food was pretty good and the pizzeria was slammed with customers. The third time we decided to call and tell them about it because our pizza was plain when we had paid extra for several toppings and the dipping sauce was absent for the zucchini sticks. We spoke to the girl whom we placed the order with and she apologized and asked us to hold on for a moment. She returned to the call and informed us that the next time we ordered a pizza it would be no charge and just to tell whomever we spoke to if not her this. She apologized again and we heard a man's voice in the background basically saying what she had just told us. We thanked her and hung up. The next week when we called to place our order another young lady answered the phone and we placed our order and reiterated what we had been told that there would be no charge. The girl said OK. Five minutes later she called back to say that we would need to pay. We were dumbfounded and felt slighted. We asked why, when we were told it would be free. A man grabbed the phone out of her hand and abrasively told us we would be charged, while an older man's voice in the background was angrily disagreeing with us. I then told the man on the phone to just cancel the order entirely and he informed me that what I ordered was already made and that I'd have to pay for it. On a good night it would take 20-25 minutes minimum for a pie with toppings to be made. I informed him once again to cancel the order and that he just lost a long time customer. We've never returned since. This is no way to treat people who support your business. LYING, MISTREATMENT, and then trying to SHAKE DOWN customers is DISGUSTING! Oh and the younger SUPER HYPER man who works the counter rubs his nose quite a bit. Might want to keep him away from the flour. read more

First time there and the flavor blew me away I got the grandma slice and omg one of the best also got the regular cheese slice and the crust was perfectly charred with great flavor then came back before closing time the same day and got the spinach and artichoke wow blew me away. Peppinos is the best pizza in the area and a convenient location off Rte 6. I call in my order and am literally in and out of the restaurant in a minute! Very fresh, great toppings, crust is cooked perfectly, generous amount of cheese and their sauce is great! (two other pizzerias in the area burn their crust till it's inedible and another pizzeria in the area adds an entire box of salt to their pizza). Peppinos pizza night is my favorite night of the week! Be sure to try their chicken bacon ranch pizza. I never liked it before I ordered it from Peppinos. I love Peppinos. It is easily my favorite pizza place around. Their pepperoni is the best. I don't know where they get it from or why it's so much better than anywhere else but it is. Their Penne Ala Vodka is also the best around. I've had penne from every local place, even the upscale italian restaurants, but they have the best. I moved to this area 12 years ago from Queens and tried a lot of local pizzerias closer to my home than this one, they were horrible. This place makes real pizza, genuinely good pizza. Not just "good for this area", good-period. I see a lot of the bad pizza I've eaten here getting better reviews-people up here don't know what good pizza is supposed to taste like.
