We have been SEARCHING ‍ for GOOD local Pizza that tastes DELICIOUS , but dosent drain our bank account to buy it, and an ad online had us try Dominos. (Weve tried all the other local Pizza places already ). We have been back 2 times since that first special! Its REALLY GOOD PIZZA! We do like "extra sauce" and we do add dried hot peppers, maybe some fresh onions, extra pepperoni at home too. There app works good, with the ability to select "NATIONAL or Local" "deals" that can save you a bunch of money also! We just ordered their $21.99, 2 - 1 toping medium pizzas, and 2 - 16 peace dough bites - all of it was fantastic! (1 Italian sausage with extra red sauce, 1 Extra garlic parmesan cheese white sauce, + chicken). Its NOT like the old Dominos we remembered, give them a new try! Went to pick up order that I made online and the person said it's gonna be 10-15 minutes longer so I asked if they can run it out when it's done cuz there like 10 ppl on the line let me add well the manager pictured jumps in and goes no we can't do that just come and check in so I waited with the crying baby and she goes " do u want me to just cancel the order and u won't get the order " I'm like sure and asked for her name cuz I told her how rude she was being and she refused to give me her name and I seen her everytime I picked up in the past and she is rude to everyone and always looks like she hates her job and it shows through her customer service. The manager, Michael is probably one of the most rudest person I've ever encountered in the food industry, I ordered a dessert and then changed my mind and asked for a refund. The workers were on top of it and we're planning to give me the refund and then he came out and refused to give it to me. It was super ridiculous since I had just placed the order minutes Before and then he said he would not give me a refund. I was standing next to another customer and we were both shocked at how Rudy was I told the guy that handed me my pizzas. I've been to dominos a million times, and Idk I think this location hired someone new that knows how to actually fully cook a pizza!! The pepperoni is crispy, the crust is nice and crunchy, also it's beautiful and golden. Top dominos pizza I've ever had thank you for that experience. read more

We Ordered pizza at 7:14 pm. We went to pick up at 7:45, and it still was in line to BE MADE, we were told 15 more minutes. We waited 45 minutes . In total, it took almost an hour and a half for our take out pizza. Then, our order was wrong. This place is terrible . I want to say they are understaffed , but after counting the employees , I counted 9! 3 were delivery drivers . The rest were pizza makers and an order taker. I placed an order at 12:13pm for two pizzas. The confirmation email said that it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. It also said that someone would call me if they needed to tell me anything about my order. The app said that my order came out of the oven and was being "quality checked" starting at 12:34pm. At 12:55pm I called to check on the order because it was - according to the app - still being quality checked. Charlie told me that someone was coming in at 1pm that would be bringing it then. He said they were "very busy." At 1:23pm I got a notification that Jordan was on his way with my order. Our food finally arrived at 1:46pm. It was cold and dried out like it had just been sitting around for over an hour. Disgusting! The responsible thing to do is not accept delivery orders if you can't deliver pizzas, and definitely don't prepare and cook orders that you can't deliver. We ordered pizza for delivery while visiting pismo beach because we got in pretty late on a Monday night and most restaurants were either closed or getting ready to close. The delivery came pretty quick and faster than on time. We were good with that as we were hungry. The pizza was put together fine, the way it was expected and no issues with a dominoes pizza quality at all. And the price was cheap as we used a coupon online through their website. The Dominoes in the several cities we've lived in have been our favorite pizza places for an affordable pizza to feed a family of 6. We moved to AG and have been repeatedly disappointed with the quality at this particular Dominoes. The crust is not as fluffy and moist its more like cardboard. They also seem to be much more skimpy on the toppings and the crust garnish than we've seen at any other Dominoes. We've now ordered from this one probably 5x. I waited to write a review giving the benefit of the doubt. The staff has always been helpful and courteous but hoping management can take some time to try a slice at another location. Maybe they'll be able to diagnose the issues with their process. This last time we had a couple slices that didn't even have cheese or topping them... almost completely just dough. read more

The manager called to harass me! I ordered from Domino's AG tonite and apparently they left my order on someone else's doorstep because I didn't get it. I live about a mile from them. I called to let them know and was asked three times if I was sure it wasn't at my front door. The guy said I could get a refund or save it to use another time (whatever that means). Didn't even offer to remake the order. I asked for a full refund and then proceeded to leave feedback using the link they provided. Stated "I didn't even get my order. Morons". Received a deal for a large 3 topping pizza by text. Decided to order it yesterday. Pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect. The sauce is amazing and the cheese is very light. Just perfect. We ordered a chicken, jalapeno, and mushroom pizza. There was barely any chicken or mushroom but lots of jalapenos. There was full slices that had ZERO pieces of chicken. Ordered food at 11:00 p.m. on website "Steve"was quality checking order from 11:30 to 12:45 a.m.- I asked where my food was I received a text that said-"sorry no one was there I even tried calling" ??!! There was no missed calls there was no text no one knocked or rang the doorbell- when going outside to take out the trash I found my food thrown on the floor on infested bug area-Steven failed to mention that he even left the food there- would not answer my messages when I asked why he left my food there in the dirt with all the stuff on it grossness-I was not able to write Steven on the website because it claimed that he had still not delivered the food at 1:08 a.m. in the morning and that food was still"being quality checked" this was brought to the manager Michael in the morning Michael offered a gift certificate and did not want to give me a refund I had to go to corporate and post a claim against him from my bank to receive a full refund as food was outside and disgusting we didn't even know it was outside because Steve never told us an hour and 45 minutes after we made the order- we weren't ever told that the order was ready not by text phone internet door knock or ring bell-Michael said that Steven was "new" . Never had a problem until last night. Online order gone bad. Felt like a blind date and I was ghosted.... Delivery driver handed my order to some random person in my condos. Called and the driver Anthony answered, acted like it wasn't a big deal. I asked if he could give me a discount, then for the huge mistake, like why would you just hand the pizza to someone. He told me he was going to talk to his manager about that and have another order made to be delivered. We got a 14 inch thin crust pizza with white sauce, mushrooms, olives, spinach, and sausage. When we opened the box we were surprised that it was cool, extremely thin (no "heft" whatsoever), and the toppings were VERY SPARSE and not evenly distributed.
