That being said Dominos has moved miles in the right direction to course correct from the race to the bottom era of $5 pizzas. We had a good experience at this Dominos while we were on vacation. We had a long day of sightseeing and shopping so at the end of the day we just didn't want to cook or be put on a waitlist to eat. My sister ordered 4 Black Box Pizzas. We stopped by and everything was ready on time. These were good quality pizzas that were all prepared and cooked evenly with fresh toppings. The price was right for six of us to eat. It saved us from having to try the lastest gluten free, vegan, tofu stuffed crust with cage free anchovies pizzaria that come go in the area. read more

The AI could not add chicken wings to our order. It said it was not available at this store. The only reason I wasn't picking up at usual was because of a crisis at home. So we didn't get the wings. No problem. After about 40 minutes I opened the front door expecting the delivery in the next few minutes but there is the pizza no knock on door, it's cold. The delivery time was 40 minutes so that's when I expected it. I'd say it say outside at least 15 minutes for as cold as it was. We have been SEARCHING ‍ for GOOD local Pizza that tastes DELICIOUS , but dosent drain our bank account to buy it, and an ad online had us try Dominos. (Weve tried all the other local Pizza places already ). We have been back 2 times since that first special! Its REALLY GOOD PIZZA! We do like "extra sauce" and we do add dried hot peppers, maybe some fresh onions, extra pepperoni at home too. There app works good, with the ability to select "NATIONAL or Local" "deals" that can save you a bunch of money also! We just ordered their $21.99, 2 - 1 toping medium pizzas, and 2 - 16 peace dough bites - all of it was fantastic! The manager, Michael is probably one of the most rudest person I've ever encountered in the food industry, I ordered a dessert and then changed my mind and asked for a refund. The workers were on top of it and we're planning to give me the refund and then he came out and refused to give it to me. I placed an order at 12:13pm for two pizzas. The confirmation email said that it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. It also said that someone would call me if they needed to tell me anything about my order. The app said that my order came out of the oven and was being "quality checked" starting at 12:34pm. At 12:55pm I called to check on the order because it was - according to the app - still being quality checked. Charlie told me that someone was coming in at 1pm that would be bringing it then. He said they were "very busy." At 1:23pm I got a notification that Jordan was on his way with my order. Our food finally arrived at 1:46pm. It was cold and dried out like it had just been sitting around for over an hour. Disgusting! The responsible thing to do is not accept delivery orders if you can't deliver pizzas, and definitely don't prepare and cook orders that you can't deliver. The delivery came pretty quick and faster than on time. We were good with that as we were hungry. The Dominoes in the several cities we've lived in have been our favorite pizza places for an affordable pizza to feed a family of 6. We moved to AG and have been repeatedly disappointed with the quality at this particular Dominoes. The crust is not as fluffy and moist its more like cardboard. They also seem to be much more skimpy on the toppings and the crust garnish than we've seen at any other Dominoes. We've now ordered from this one probably 5x. I waited to write a review giving the benefit of the doubt. The staff has always been helpful and courteous but hoping management can take some time to try a slice at another location. Received a deal for a large 3 topping pizza by text. Decided to order it yesterday. Pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect. The sauce is amazing and the cheese is very light. Just perfect. We ordered a chicken, jalapeno, and mushroom pizza. There was barely any chicken or mushroom but lots of jalapenos. There was full slices that had ZERO pieces of chicken.
