Went inside to order a pepperoni and sausage cheese crust pizza, BUT, there was NO pricing anywhere to be found,.....Not on the menu above the register and not on hand out menus either. I have no idea if this is a corporate policy or one from the local franchisee, but it is NO way to operate any business. Customers want full disclosure of all prices up front and easy to see. Things went bad to good by ordering a pizza over the phone. I asked for delivery but they told me it was going to be 45 minutes. ask the young lady how much would it be if I picked it up? She said 15 minutes so I told her I will pick it up then .when it will be ready. Over my lifetime since college, I've always thought of Domino's Pizza as pretty much just okay to Fair and sometimes even good. This time the thing that made it exceptionally good was the delivery person. She was a great gal, very attentive very kind and she brought everything she was supposed to. This made the pizza much better and much tastier knowing that it was delivered with love. In addition to that, it got to me within 20 minutes and that is about half the time that it said it would take on the internet. I ordered the extravaganza on thin crust. The crust was burnt and the veggies, including jalapeños, were hard: way overcooked. I hated it. My mom hated it. I would like to review the food unfortunately I never got it. Was delivered to the wrong address when I know for a FACT I entered the correct one. I know I did because I looked at it twice. I immediately called the store and although the girl who answered was nice the manager DILLION was in the background talking crap. So, I don't know why this place has such low ratings but almost every time I order, like a good 80% of the time - my order is 100% correct. Sometimes they don't give me the right sauce for my wings but that's fine, I'll survive. And the consistency for the pizzas can vary, sometimes the pizza will be FIRE and other times I'm like "eh". I always order online cause it's just so quick and easy! Plus you get points each time you order and if you order enough, you can get a free pizza. Like a virtual punch card! Came in just to pick up the cookie brownie cake. It was ready for pick up when we arrived. The inside is small there's two markers for standing. I asked the employee for a cup of water and he wasn't sure about getting me one. Seems as if he hasn't been asked for a cup of water before. It actually took him several minutes and help from other staff to get the cup of water. I moved to Banning two years ago and haven't ordered at this location before. I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past with other locations but decided to give them a shot. I ordered and paid online which was very easy to do. By the time I got there to pick up my large pizza it was ready. My pizza was hand tossed with pepperoni, jalapeño's, and pineapple. The pizza was hot and ready when I picked it up. It was lacking cheese and I could actually see the crust. The ingredients were flavorful but they could of added more. Worst customer service ever by the Manager Ryan! My husband and I placed a large order and asked for it to be delivered, 15-20 minutes after placing the order we were called back by Ryan and told they dont deliver to our local address for the last 6 months and we advised him we just had delivery a couple months ago, they he proceeded to tell me hes had 500 fake orders in the last month (which we already paid for the order with our credit card), Ryan was rude, disrespectful and blamed his new employee for the mistake and when I told him he was rude he hung up on me. Upon calling back he said he hung up because we cursed at him so I told him he needed to learn the english language and learn what cursing was! Guess what, he hung up on us again!
