This location is in a death spiral. The app got stuck on "Quality Check". An hour later, I finally called the store and an employee lied and told me it was "out for delivery." I waited 20 more minutes. Finally, realizing the pizza would be old, I tried to call again, and had to listen to their horrible ads for 20 minutes before I finally gave up. This was one of the worst pizza experiences I have ever had because I didn't get my pizza. I ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery to my dorm and gave the number in the order obviously. Pizza said it was delivered on the app but we checked outside and nothing. So, we call the establishment. The manager says the pizzas will get remade. Same thing happens, delivered on the app but no pizza in person. I called again and then the manager says that they called my phone number when the driver was close and no one picked up. I was on my phone the entire time and no call. Also, the app said delivered and it wouldn't say that unless the delivery driver marked it as delivered. To try to solve the problem, I gave him my buddy's phone number. He said that the driver will call once he arrives again but no call. This is 2025 and calls don't fail like this. It is obvious after the experience that the driver wasn't calling us. The manager was unprofessional and I spent 25 dollars on pizza with no pizza. Wasted my entire night and money. This place will not ever read a full order ticket. They make my food the way they want to make it. Never is it correct. I order light sauce on a cheese pizza for kids I swear they put extra I ask from no garlic butter on same pizza because it's for kids still every time it has it. For some reason this time everything pizza and sandwich was so undercooked I had to finish cooking it in my oven. I mean it was still wet dough. I ordered off of Uber eats but it gets delivered by a Dominos employee. The order never came at my door when it said it was "completed". I knew it didn't because I checked my whole apt building and the ones next to me as well right when it said "completed". When I called dominos to see what had happened, I was on hold for about 12 minutes. When they finally picked up, they were trying to gaslight me trying to make me think I had put the wrong address and that I didn't know my address but I very much do?...like I don't know my own address they also proved me right when I had asked if there was a trash bag outside my apt when it was delivered, when he said, "no", I knew he didn't deliver it at the right door because THERE WAS and continued to gaslight me. I have been in this dominos more times than I can count , which isn't saying much because I only have so many fingers, and it has never disappointed. This restaurant seems very equipped to handle students coming in stumbling drunk, although i would never do such a thing, cause I ain't a student. So I come in normal stumblin drunk, and This restaurant doesn't judge, which I like. I would give five stars, but my food was cold the day after I got it delivered, which never used to happen when they had that 300 minute guarantee. read more

Delivery: I've ordered from this location for a lot of club events, and they seemed to have no issues delivering to campus locations, which was convenient. Price: consistent with other Dominos, so as long as you use the "$6 for 2+ medium 2-topping pizzas" deal, the price works out better than most other pizza places nearby. Carry Out / Dine-In: They recently remodeled the store, and it now has an actual dine-in area. The interior is clean, and features a display showing upcoming order times (a feature I'd like to see at other restaurants!) Flavor: Personally, I prefer Domino's over most other pizza delivery chains (Papa Johns and Pizza Hut come to mind), so I love this place's pizzas! I had been overseas for a few months recently and the ONE thing I craved while I was gone was Domino's Pizza. I'm a sucker for crispy, garlic buttery crusts and flavorful marinara pizza sauce. I finally fulfilled my pizza craving from here last night and it was dreamy. You can smell all the good ingredients the moment you step into the parking lot and it's even greater inside the restaurant. They have a cute interior with waiting benches but my order also came out pretty quick because I ordered online before picking it up. We used their $5.99 for any two items or more deal and ordered two medium pizzas and a carbonara pasta. It only came out to like $20 for three entire meals and it was delicious! Everything was just as we ordered. And I haven't tried any other pizza place that has a crust like Domino's so far--it's seasoned so well and has so much flavor in every bite. I've gotten deliveries from this location several times now, and I've nothing negative to say. My phone number was wrong on my account for the first one, and because the delivery guy couldn't come into the dorm building b/c of our electric locks, I missed the delivery. I called them and he immediately headed right back out with my food, letting me know where to meet him. When i got the food, he explained that he thought my number might be wrong. I then forgot to change it, like an idiot, and the next time i ordered, almost a week later, he remembered that my number was wrong and called me at the right one. Absolute legend. Sign on the door says 3am. They decided to close at Midnight, why is it so dang hard for places to update -or at least put up a sign - when they change their hours, would that really be so hard. How about a warning if your stores will be on reduced hours around holidays? I have ordered before with OK results, but I'm pretty f****ing irritated tonight. Website claimed our local restaurant to be open until 3am, but froze up when I tried to order online multiple times. I gave the store a call at our local number, only to sit on the line and listen to Domino's advertisements and "Happy holidays! We'll be right with you to take your order!" for upwards of 15 minutes. I get that it is the night before Thanksgiving, but put some heads up on your website or a recording on the phone line. I understand why you are closed, but please make that clear. Wasted time. I waited 2 hours for 6 pizzas that was said to be here in an hour. When I called after an hour to check the status of my order, I was placed on hold for 15 MINUTES and then told that my pizza was not even in the oven yet. I was not able to talk to a manager because all of the managers were busy at the time, therefore making the guy on the other end of the line incapable of helping me to figure out the best way to correct their MISTAKE. All I was given was a manager's name and told to call back the next day because they would be slow enough to handle my complaint then. They repeatedly gave me an excuse for their slow service by saying that one of their ovens wasn't working, as if that magically made their service excusable. I have never been more disappointed in Dominos in the years that I have ordered from them. Maybe I should order from Pizza Hut from now on.
