My large order was supposed to get there by 5:45pm, it finally got to our game night as people were leaving (around 8:30pm). Mind you I called 3 times, the 3rd being to cancel it. No real answers. We ordered 16 boneless wings and garlic bites. They charged two 8 piece wings instead of 16 piece so it was more expensive. When we opened it there was no sauce on any of the wings even after having to repeat our sauce order twice. The garlic bites were hard with little to no sauce. This review is for the Star Dominoes. I didn't see it on Yelp. I hadn't gone to a Dominoes pizza in about 30 years. One opened near me so I thought I would try it. SKIMPY on the toppings. I ordered sausage and mushrooms. I think I only saw 3 small pieces of mushrooms and a hand full of sausage on a medium pizza. They lost any future business from me. We have 7 pizza places in Star so they either have to up their game or they will end up out of business. read more

Let's start by saying our order was delivered very quickly. Pizza was hot, fresh and tasty. Next, did not receive the sauces we ordered and paid for (I thought they would be in the box). We called, the manager said he would turn the driver around. Fast forward 30 minutes, still nothing. We call, get hung up on. We call again, get hung up on again. We call a third time, when someone actually answers the phone I ask for a manager...yep you guessed it, hung up on a third time! Next I drive to the store and get a whole bunch of blank stares and lame excuses. I was promised a refund on my credit card. This is a prime example of very poor customer service and the franchisee should look into some retraining. read more

This location was a regular go to for many many years, but as of 2019 the store staffing seems to have a cimplete lack of training and management. The service is prompt here but I'm disappointed in the amount of toppings placed on the pies. Maybe that is done to try and maximize profit when the specials run, I don't know. But the mizerly amounts provided make me want to try other competitors, which are plenty. And I really like Domino's crust and sauce. The proportions were so strangely bread-focused, the bread comprising around 90% of the total mass of the pizza. Sauce and cheese was conspicuously lacking. An effort to save money on ingredients? To start off there was way too much pepperoni on the pizza. And the cashier did not know how to give your change back. I gave her a 20$ and she pulled out a 10 and a 5. Put the 10 back and grabbed a 1. I also ordered cinnamon sticks with my pizza and they gave me bread sticks that were over salted and you could not eat without dipping in the marinara sauce. I am so tired if dominos forgetting my Parmesan bites with my order everytime we order. I called and they told me I never ordered them and then took several minutes to figure out I sure did order them. They asked if I wanted a credit or to have them delivered, I asked for them to be delivered and here we are 2 hours later and no one has shower up with them.
