BLUF: Used to love this location, but now this location and the other South Point location charge for sauces other than the tomato sauce. It's like $2 more, which is pretty pricey just to have a sauce you like. I understand upcharges for premium meats, but sauces aren't costly to make, especially in volume. This is the South Riding, Va location. Ordered the 'New' New York style. Almost choked it was so dry and not appealing to look at. Order 1 with mushroom/onion and the other plain cheese. Both were plain cheese. Not even worth my time to take it back and they're both in the trash; that's how bad they were. Thank goodness they were 50% off. They cancel orders for no good reason even with minimum tip for an order less than 3 miles away. To be fair also not entirely their fault because they have a shortage of drivers but they are selective with routes so stay away if you can not worth placing an online order and thinking your food is on the way and then seeing it was cancelled an hour and a half before closing.... read more

Ordered online and our pizza and wings were ready in no time. I love the Domino's tracker, so you can see the stats of your pizza preparation. No, this isn't the best pizza out there or super authentic. They have a $8 large pizza w/ 3 toppings carryout deal going on which caught our attention. Our pizza came out nice and hot. There was a generous amount of toppings. The crust was buttery and garlicky, which is always a good thing. This Domino's is A-OK. read more

Worst Dominos in the country, hands down. Took us 10 minutes to order two pizzas over the phone because the woman taking our order didn't speak English, then we were immediately called back to be told our order had been canceled because their driver had already left. When we offered to drive to the store to pick our pizzas up, they refused and then hung up on me. I called back 3 times, to which the manager, whose name I learned was Manesh, would answer and immediately hang up. This store should be shut down. I don't know what the deal is with Domino's Pizza lately, but they have stepped up their game and in a big way. I acknowledge this is chain pizza and there is definitely other great local places in the area, but this review is based on a pizza chain. We had pizza from this location again last Saturday night and it was delivered fast and piping hot. Cheap prices, delivered fast and hot; what more could you ask for? It tasted fantastic too. I've been here a few times for quick pizza. We ordered a three topping large. The pizza tasted great, but the toppings for a three topping pie were really kind of a joke. I don't expect mounds of toppings, but there are probably more bites with only 1 or no toppings than bites that have a combination of toppings. Very cheap and disappointing. See the pic. My family and I have lived in south riding for years and this is still the only place we get pizza. It may be because my mom is a teacher and she gets discounts here as an educator, but we have never been disappointed with their food. We order via phone and it's always ready within 15 minutes. We've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for our order to be ready, unless we had a larger order. Their pizzas are always hot and fresh from the oven. Our favorites are the bbq chicken, spinach & feta, and Philly cheesesteak; and of course the regular pepperoni be supreme flavors. We used to also get their thin crust pizzas, but I don't believe they offer them anymore. I wish they still offered a garlic sauce with every pizza ordered. I believe they charge a small fee for it now. When were hungry we order the cinnastix, which is so good! read more

*EDIT* Based on their customer service I am bumping up the review; I sent an email to the general customer service email and within a couple hours I had a case number and an email from the regional manager. Within the a couple hours of that I had the manager of the location I ordered from on the phone; he was very nice and very apologetic and genuine. He put 2 pizzas on my account that I can cash in anytime; I have had nothing but great customer service from Dominos over the years but I am especially please with this location now. read more

This location can never do anything right..order a pizza at 3:30 on a Wednesday. Show up at 3:54 pm and it's not in the oven yet. Phones aren't ringing, they aren't busy and they are all standing around. Ask for extra sauce..they don't know what that is! Decent pizza, pretty much what you'd expect from a dominos, but probably the best chain experience in the area minus Paisanos which is not national. Great crust, fast delivery time for lunch, and ina good location for a lot of the commercial office portions of Chantilly. read more

We have been loyal customers with this specific location for over a year. Me and my family have "Pizza Friday" and usually order the same thing. Tonight I switched it up, crust only, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. It arrived cold, the thin crust was decent but barely any toppings. Sauce was bare minimum and the overall flavor was not there. I wish the app let us rate the individual orders and not location as a whole, but I want the Manager on shift tonight (1/29) to know how a loyal customer wasn't impressed. There customer service is horrible. When you ask to speak to a manager they will put you on hold and then hang up on you. There estimated times are inaccurate to at least an hour. Do yourself a favor and support a different local business. They are not worthy of your $$. There are other domino locations nearby that you can buy chain pizza from. read more
