Ummm its Dominos, its cheap and gets the job done.

Never thought I would write a review for Domino's Pizza, but these guys in South Riding consistently get it right and deserve kudos! Pizza is delivered quickly (usually less than stated time). It's delivered piping hot, the ingredients are fresh and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Orders are taken online or right from your IPhone, you can track progress of your order real time and there are always online coupons to use to save money. The sauce and crust are so much improved over about a year or two ago. I would have to say this Domino's beats any pizza delivery chain. The specialty pizza's are yummy too - try the Cali Chicken Bacon with mushrooms, onions, spinach, roasted red peppers and diced tomato. read more

Awful. The last two times I ordered from here were my last. Pizza quality is not what it used to be and not worth the money. I called to complain and they claimed to have given me a credit, but I never saw it. I'll keep the freezer stocked with frozen pizza from now on. This stuff is trash. read more

Prompt, courteous delivery. Pizza is exactly what you'd expect. I order from them every 3 months or so... Not because there's a problem- it's just that pizza probably isn't the healthiest thing to feed my family. However, if you want consistency and a good product- these are your local guys. Dominos and it's competitors have always been a cheaper line of pizza. When you want to feed a family or kids birthday party this has been the choice for me. It's super affordable and always hot. I've never had any issues with this location, it's been great. read more

Despite the few low end reviews for this South Riding joint I have to say these guys deliver some outstanding pizza. We moved here two years ago and have not ordered from anywhere since. Now of course, the consistent hot, gooey freshness of their pizza on delivery can be only explained by the distance in which we are from the store...bout a half block. They are here quick! The pizza is always rock solid awesome! Hot right out of the oven. THE ONLY complaint we have is the consistent forgetfulness of either the store or driver to deliver sauces, but that's about it. I'd honestly consider taking off a star as they charge .75 per container and they owe us probably around 5, but it's not hard to address with store to have issue resolved. Accept fast food pizza for what it is and acknowledge that this Domino's specifically earns their 5 stars. I've lived in the area for 4 years and bounced around this establishment, Papa John's, and on rare occasion Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. If you're ordering delivery, your expectations should be immediately dropped for so many factors. I always take the 5-10 minutes to drive and pick up my pizza. You can't expect kitchen-to-table quality and service when there's multiple customers/deliveries involved and 30+ minutes between you and your food. By going carry-out, it ensures quality control by the fact that you can confirm your pizzas were made properly and that you receive them about as piping hot as they can be. Combined with their online app, you practically get up to the minute confirmation for when it goes into the oven so you can time when to depart your residence to pick it up (always order digitally so there's no discrepancy over what you ordered). In my 4 years of ordering pizzas from this specific establishment, I've only had two discrepancies: the first was a single topping pepperoni pizza instead of a double (they offered my money back on the spot, but I simply asked for them to remake it the right way and they did), the second was a delivery (see my veteran comments above about carry-out vs delivery) of a medium instead of a large cheese pizza where the owner offered me a credit the next time I ordered in the store. We enjoy the Domino's variety over the contenders in the same bracket. Thin crust with extra marinara sauce is key. Hand-tossed is a classic. Deep dish is a nice additional to switch it up from the normal. Between the personnel and the pizza, this establishment earned their 5 stars for the market they're in. read more

Love this place, it's my go to pizza place whenever I crave it and I usually order a good amount of stuff but lately their timing for delivery has been awful. 50 minutes since placing my order till my pizza finally arrives is crazy. My pizza(?) just got delivered from Domino's in South Riding but I had to deliver it in to my trash can, I can not believe they actually took my money for this trash, I do not even want to call it a "pizza" its "NASTY!" Their pizza was made with one tea spoonful of sauce, tasted uncooked and Im guessing driver ate most of the toppings on the way to my house or something cuz when I got my pizza it looked like they accidently just dropped 4-5 pieces of toppings I will never order it from this guys ever again!!!!!! My review is specifically on the South Riding, Virginia location. Our order is always 100% correct, delivered quickly and piping hot! I've been in to their store to pick up orders and it appears to be very neat and clean. Even on a Friday night with at least 12 people working in the kitchen/at the counter, it appeared to be running as smoothly as a well-oiled machine. Their staff and drivers are always friendly and professional. The food is great - we usually get a combination of pizza/sandwiches/parmesan bites - and the best I've ever had from Domino's. They obviously take pride in what they do. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dominos location has successfully racially profiled me on multiple accusations. Whenever I walk into this dominos I get viciously looked up and down. The employees make it clear to me that they are treating all the other customers better than me. I tried to ignore, but enough is enough. I ordered two pizzas for carry out, and arrived at the location a few minutes before closing. As advertised on their website, dominos claims to open the doors to any carry out customer after 11pm. However when I arrived i knocked on the door for 10 minutes in the cold weather. Both employees in the dominos looked at me, and IGNORED ME!! One of them even pointed, and laughed. After they finally opening the door, both employees were being extremely rude. I grabbed a few packets of crushed peppers, and the man said "wow do you really need all those cheese packets," as he looked me up, and down. I calmly said yes, and proceeded to go to my car. On my way out he said "Jesus Christ" and the other employee mumbled "fatass". I'm extremely disappointed in this dominos, but not surprised as they have never treated me or my family right. If your craving pizza late at night save your money, and go to subway or 7/11. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! Not to mention the pizza never tastes the same, sometimes you get salty play doh or burnt charcoal. read more

Dominoes is one of my favorite chains, but the South Riding location is trash due to the staff working there. I called in for delivery, the phone was answered by a young man named Tyler who's phone etiquette can only be explained by him being brand new to the job, or high as a kite. I had to repeat my address about 7 times, my credit card number about 4 times, which he then read out loud for everyone in the store at the time to hear, then had to repeat my order (one medium cheese pizza) about 3 times, he then mumbled something, said "OK THANK YOU!" and hung up the phone?! Once the delivery guy showed up, we exchanged pizza and the tip, and he was on his way. I opened up the box and was disappointed to see a pizza that I don't think was even cooked the same day. It looked like it had been sitting out on the counter overnight and was just over room temperature. I didn't feel like trying to call back in to speak with a manager for fear of getting stuck on the phone with the same staff member, so I just dealt with it. This location is not worth wasting your money on. Didn't know ordering pizza could be stressful. read more

We've ordered from this place about 10 times in the last 2 years and the quality has really gone down hill recently. This time the delivery person dropped our lava cakes on the ground when delivering, didn't bring the icing that I payed for, and then hung up when I called for a credit. We won't be ordering from here again. read more

I agree with Tuan. It's cheap and it's dominos. You simply can't compare this with a 5 star pizzeria. I don't care if its one of 3 pizza places in the suburbs. I'm tired of seeing 4.5 star reviews for mediocre food out here in the burbs. We need to demand higher standards. Don't settle!! read more

I always get pizza delivered from here and the delivery time is always on time. They usually take less than 30 minutes except once and the pizza is always hot. The pizza is also delicious and everything has been good so far. Other than that it is the same as every other Domino's, which is decent pizza at a good price. read more

Second time waiting 30 minutes for a small pizza and boneless chicken. The order says it's ready on the board and then it's just not. Pizza sat on the "hot rack" for 15 minutes while the chicken was in the oven because they forgot to put it in. So frustrating and not acceptable when there is 10 people just standing around in the kitchen. read more

Great Place to grab pizza. My favorite is Italin sausage and pineapple on thin gluten free crust. They always make my order well. Have order half a dozen times from this location. One time my pizza was warm not hot, but all other times, it has been perfect. Always order form this location (near my work). Would recommend! read more

I go here probably every other week and because of the time I am generally ordering it is the Assistant Manager who processes my phone order, makes the pizza(s) and completes the transaction. The way he interacts is so good you would not think he were in charge of the store - very personable guy. Orders have always been accurate and taste great. Everybody there is nice.
