They used diced raw jalapenos, so I asked for just a few since this variety is hotter than pickled. The chips are a bit stronger than typical nacho chips, which really works well in this dish. Without being tough, they're just a tad more robust so they don't get soggy over time. It's a perfect match. The sides are a bit small, but adequate and the flavors were good. The black beans are labeled as Cajun, but I found them typically Latin flavored. Seating is modern with concrete floors and glass frontage, while the table tops are rustic wood. It wasn't until I did the math in the car that I realized just how off it really was -- that's almost 29.5%, not 20%. This left me with a really yucky feeling. As for the food, average. They charge a surcharge for using a credit card and also the prices charged did not match the published prices on the menu, to their benefit of course. That's dishonest.
