They don't deliver 4.4 miles from their store... interesting. Must not be happy about the 'hot spots' being offered. Last time I ordered for our son's birthday I ordered, prepaid & pizzas weren't ready on time, when given to us, not cooked or cut properly. Ordered a carry out. Pizza was fine and all but was annoyed by the lack of any pricing on their menu above the counter. For this reason I may not be using Domino's again in the future. It comes off as dishonest and deceptive to not offer prices for the customer to make a solid decision on their order. read more

Love dominoes - honestly, truly love dominoes. But an hour and a half wait on a Wednesday, I called at 2:40, it's 3:50 now. That's beyond ridiculous. I was concerned with my recent order and just cancelled because of the attitude and treatment from the employee I just spoke to. He was very rude and dismissive with me when he over heard my friend and I discussing our order. He stated that he should talk to my friend instead because he had better things to do than listen to two different people at the same time . We inquired about the special and he was again rude about us asking about this. He gave us the price and was told it would be and hour and half delivery time. After doing the math the special we had asked for did not add up correctly so we decided to call back and speak with the manager. Turns out that the rude employee was the night manager. He again was rude and hung up while we were explaining why we cancelled our order. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

Great service . Ordered a pizza online to be delivered to my house, got it within 20 minutes. Way faster than expected! The delivery driver was so sweet and helpful to me. I am disabled and can barely carry things because of my constant back pains and seizures. But this young gentlemen , Anders, I believe was his name , was so polite to me and even offered me help carrying the pizza. May god bless this store. read more

Love dominos, was in the area and have never been to this store in particular. Walked in while the front desk person was on the phone and informed me the other patron in the store was next in line, which is fine and understandable. I had not realized she was placing an order, I thought she was picking up but how the front desk person informed me of this was kinda rude and snarkey. So I decided to order on the app, I do all the time and have no issues and get great deals but for some reason it just wasent working right. So when I decided to go ahead and place my order through the cashier, very rudely and with smart, sarcastic remarks had to inform me that she's a computer herself and if I had just ordered from her in the first place my pizzas would already be done. I just feel that's kinda rude , belittling and not very welcoming. If it hadn't been for me trying to get food due to me and my loved ones at home starving, I would of walked out. One star...and that's praise for this place. This local Domino's is Aspiring to be up to the of level of Lil' Ceaser's. Tsk, they're not even close. We ordered a gluten free and a hawaiian pizza. "Where's the MEAT!!?" Where's the CHEEZE!!?" Where's the PINEAPPLE!!? -would've driven the old Wendy's granny crazy. We ordered the pizza allowing enough time for me to get home after work, so we can both settle-in, watch a dvd and enjoy the pizza. Well, all three parts of the plan sort of worked-out. * Did you ever be so hungry that you scarf down whatever's in front of you until it's half gone... and Then your system tells you, (or rather asks you) "what the hell IS this??" That's just what happened here to us. The movie ended, we turned on the lights and actually saw our pizzas. I'm sure mine had maybe a tablespoon of pineapple on it, [the other tablespoonful was already gone]. So that's about 2 tablespoonfuls of canned pineapple on an entire medium pizza?? The gluten free one must've been g.f. because we could barely see any cheeze or salami on it at all. So, they charge extra $ just for g.f. and get chintzy of the cheeze? The top of the pizzas were so dark we couldn't really see cheese even in bright light. My evening was an all night gastrointestinal roller coaster endurance. 10 years +!!! it's more than 10 years since i have ordered any food to be delivered to my door. no chinese guys on bikes bringing MOO SHOO, no sandwiches to go..and no pizza. nada, nothing, zip.. tonight, i'm watching TV. the commercial got me, i admit it. how can they so confidently put a food review right on the box? it must be good! we logged on and reviewed the many offerings. we decided on the basics. Hawaiian pie, and the ubiquitous pepper and sausage. what this?? chicken wings?? why not? a few mouse clicks, and our dinner was ordered. do we want to pick it up? no way, summon the pizza guy. speedy delivery was not an issue. it was here in less than 30 minutes. on a side note, we learned that our new dog HATES the doorbell. pizza man took one step back. with the dog still growling, we dug in. it was horrible. the thin crust hawaiian was marginally better than the cardboard box it came in. the hand tossed...was better, but not by much. the wings, glazed with some mango juice..thank goodness there were only eight of them. we ate them, because they were wings..wings deserve respect. i wasted money, and calorie intake. i'll use my DVR to fast forward through the next commercial. read more

This place used to be great when they were on Salvio Blvd. After they moved overto Clayton Rd. They went down hill fast. You cannot get a pizza that is not burned from them any longer. I tried complaining about this problem to them and the management response is that there is no way to make pizza without burning the crust. They refuse to make ther poor pizza right. Funny they are the only pizza place in town that burns there crust. To bad because Dominos was a ok pizza at one time. I won't do business with them anymore. read more

We started ordering Dominos when we moved up here from So Cal in 03-04 because up here they didn't have our local chain favorite "Shakeys Pizza". At first it was hard to adapt to the difference but after knowing what to get and what not to get based on our preference gradually it got more enjoyable. For the past maybe 5 years we order Dominos a few times a month. Heck my roommates order for lunch at times...And when I get home late night or on a lil buzz I order again for myself. Keep in mind always delivery.I can only imagine what the driver thinks going to the same house twice on the same day lol. Anyway.. The real reason why I'm writing this review was because of class .. respect and customer service. Yea the pizzas are good .... I love me a Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch no tomatoes deep dish ( oh wait .. Pan now ..excuse me. Deep Dish was better FYI) or a Philly cheese no mushrooms deep dish .. I mean pan as well.. But since they have this sweet deal going on right now .. The large 2 topping carryout for 5.99 I had to order and pick up to take advantage. After years of ordering from then manager and gentleman Danny who used to and still does on occasion deliver to us to Gary now the new manager for a few years now .. Gary and I finally meet during this very rare pick up for carryout. I can tell u exactly what Gary says when he picks up the phone for an order by phone ..it's like embedded in my brain cuz he says it the same everytime.. "Thank you for choosing Dominos pizza my name is Gary how can I help you?" " Cash or Charge?" Anyway , again.. I walk in for pickup and I'm paying and he stops what he's doing and says to me ? "my name? " I say " yea" he goes " it's great to finally meet you and he shakes my hand.The 5.99 deal brought u in huh?" I didn't deny it and I said "yea". .. Sweet ass deal! 5.99!! In closing just wanted to say that we're a fan of dominos .. and appreciate you knowing and acknowledging your customers that have stuck with you for years. I really didn't expect to be greeted by management and get a hand shake.. I was just in to get my pizza and be out..but from the man I've only spoken to by phone for years to him saying hello was exceptional.Keep them amazing pies coming .. I ordered a x-large pepperoni pizza and when it got here were hanging out and enjoying the fact that the Giants won the world series, so we didn't bother to check the actual size of the pizza. It was gone in no time and we wondered why this extra large pizza just disappeared so quickly. We finally went to call the store about it and state that we actually got a large instead of a extra large and a cashier named Gary told us to check the box, and we did, only tPo find out it was in fact a large. Once I told him he insisted to sending a driver out to see our box and then would give us a credit for the pizza we actually paid for. I told him that it was ridiculous 5th send a driver that far over one pizza, considering they do not pay for their gas, and told him to have a good day. I just think that is very inconsiderate to his employee to make him drive that far and waste his gas over one pizza when the store messed up and I could give them the box when they delivered the new pizza. read more

I'm a little embarrassed to say that we order Dominos quite often. But every time I place an order to be delivered, the wait time is ridiculous. Especially being a very short distance from the shop. I use the Dominos app on my phone and even when it says out for delivery, they never arrive until at least 45 minutes later. It's Domino's- it's not gourmet, it's not going to change your life, but HEY- it's pretty dang good for what it is. For a fast food pizza place, this is one of the best in town. If you can I recommend pick your pizza up for a hotter pizza. I would also recommend extra cheese- it's worth the small extra fee for a full-cheese covered pizza. The food was bleh which is expected of Domino's. The thing that really upset me was I called in and asked, "Do you have any specials on you large pizzas." To which the lady replied, "No not right now we don't" I thought to myself okay that stinks and ordered two large pizzas. I go to pick them up and right on the front window there is a HUGE add stating, "Any three topping pizza $7.99" The total for our two pizzas was $27.00 and the kicker is the pizzas I ordered were three toppings so the total cost should have been $17.00. That's a big difference. Inconsistent. When we were moving a few weeks ago, my man ordered pizza for us...jalapeño and tomatoes. It was surprisingly great! So, I decided to order again this week. Service was fast and friendly. Pizza was just not good. I ordered extra cheese...because it was that kind of day with 1/2 jalapeño and tomato and 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom.
