Manager (Zack) they wouldn't tell me his last name but he said they aren't able to make 5 cheese pasta with no pasta ( I wanted it as cheese dip) even though I would pay full price, I've had this done at multiple locations in multiple states since they stopped selling actual cheese dip. Horrible service, the garlic butter that's supposed to be on the crust of the pizza they poured it in the middle of my pizza. I asked for the managers name who they originally said was making the decisions but when I did they switched and said it was the GMs policy, the other dominos in Etown is 10x better in service, attitude and all around experience!! read more

I just ordered a Philly cheesesteak from here and it came with no meat at all.... no problem mistakes happen.... but I called and told them and they said they would send me another. The second one got here and it also had almost zero meat whatsoever (picture included). If this is the amount of meat they give I would never order here again. Generally I don't rate chain restaurants 5 stars but the delivery man went above and beyond! We live in a "new build" though it's been around for about a year most company's independent GPSs have our house on a completely different street miles away. The driver recognized this and made sure he drove the ten minutes to our actual address and made sure we got our order. 5-star service! read more

Ordered my pizza online, Fridays are busy for Dominos since they are the only one in Elizabethtown. The staff is friendly but also some quirks. My pizza had 5 mins left so, I walked in to pay and wait for my carry out. I paid cash and let the staff member keep the change as a tip. When my pizza was ready and I asked for it. The same member made it seem like he was going charge me again. But the pizza was delicious & made correctly that those little things aren't a big deal. I had not eaten Domino's Pizza since college. I got tired of poor service at other restaurants. I searched online and decided to give Domino's a try. I downloaded their app and ordered from a weekly special that was advertised. The App gave me an approximate time to pick up. It turned out to be a half hour wait beyond. Granted it happened on a high school football night, but it should have been honest since I used the app for convenience. Having said that, the 2024 was so much better than in my college days. I really liked it. I have ordered more pizzas from them since and am pleased. read more

I've never gotten anything bad here. Their food is always good. Their service is quick and friendly. They do have call ahead seating which comes in very handy during peak times. I just wish they were open for lunch on Mondays through Thursdays. read more

Ordered food at 1:04. Update arrived saying food came out of oven and someone named Celine was checking it for quality at 1:20. At 2 pm I called to find out where my order was. Guy on phone says it just came out of oven and waiting for driver. I asked why the update said 1:20. Guy says tracker just puts in "average times" and is not accurate. Ok, so much for the tracker. When do I get my food? Guy says "soon". Food arrives an hour later. Contactless delivery is open door and driver wants me to pay for food. Paid for it when I ordered it. Oh! Ok here's your food. So take food out of boxes and heat the cold meat and remake sandwiches. So much for "hot and fresh", huh! One thing wrong I can get over but this was like the three stooges do pizza. We will never go to this place again! We waited almost two hours for our pizza. After going to the parking lot we followed their online procedure of getting the pizza brought out to the car. Then when an employee was walking by our car we told him our last name and ask him if he could check on our order;we never heard back from anyone. We called them over and over but no one answered the phone. So I went to the door and knocked and inquired about our order a male employee said he would check on it but never came back. Then the pizza delivery guy drove up and told me to get away from the door because he said I was making the girls nervous.!I said I just want my pizza and I'm not trying to make anyone nervous. He told me to go to the other side of the building. Then a girl came out and handed me our order and never apologized. I just wonder where the manager was! Poor customer service, poor organization. My first question, all you people who said you talked to them on the phone: how did you get them to answer the phone. The last 4 times I have tried to call in an order no one answered. The computer came on and left me on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. I have ordered 1 Papa Johns, 2 Little Ceasars and 1 Pizza hut since they can't answer the phone. My wife stopped in to order some Pizza, Pasta, Desert Item, apron arrival she placed her order and start her wait time, she watched in store monitor count down and when it said ready went to counter and was told not ready. 15 more minutes go by finally ready shewas handed item the 3 items and headed home. Once Home opened all items to find Pizza that taste like Cardboard, Desert Pull apart that turned into Garlic Knots, Pasta that was not a hit with anyone. Lastly only one small marinara sauce after a large was ordered. So my first recommendation is if you must go there don't walk out of store until you check all items. My last thought there a way too many other places in Elizabethtown to get a quality Pizza. read more

I can't speak for all locations, but stay away from Shepherdsville! They did get our order fast--no complaints. The pizza was as dry, almost no sauce on it at all, very little toppings, hardly any cheese. No, I don't expect a ton of stuff, but even Little Caesars has this one beat--by a mile! read more

I ordered a pizza at 1:08am Pizza was taken out of the oven at 1:18am Out of the store at 1:37am which seemed off but whatever. Called around 2:01am wondering where the pizza was at assuming since I live 2.7 miles away and it's late so hardly any cars should take at most 5 minutes. So my husband talked to a guy named jimmy and he said that our driver Bill got a flat and someone else would be intercepting the order and bringing it to us. Which we then voiced our concern about it could be cold. But he reassured us and we were like okay as long as it comes soon and he said they were on the way. Reminder we are 2.7 miles away so if the person who intercepted was already on their way. They should have been at my apartment around 2:06am. But yet we waited til 2:40am to call again. This time all we hear is about how they are closed and there is nothing they can do about the Pizza except replace it tomorrow. At 2:53am we get a knock on our door with the pizza finally arriving which the pizza was out of the oven at 1:18am. The guy said he cannot give us the pizza for free (which we didn't ask for). So we opt we will just go up there tomorrow because not only was our order almost in for 2 hours before we got it we only got updated when we called to find out what was going on. read more

After waiting an hour, being charged for the pizza with tip, I received a call from the e town store wanting to know where I was. I told her. She then said she could bring it to me in 30 more minutes, after waiting an hour I said ok(I was hungry). Then she informed me they do not deliver to my address. Sorry. I have ordered domino's on line since I have moved here with no issues. My profile is correct, but somehow dominos tried to deliver to an address that I have not been at for months. Have had 2 address since then with delivery on line to both with no issues. Now I am at home, still hungry 1hr and 30 min later, and out $35 with no food coming and no money. They are amazing--The food is great--The delivery is spot on--The delivery personnel are friendly--The food is hot when I get it--Ordering is easy and my order is always met correctly I can not say enough wonderful things about this Dominoes Location!!!
