I order online and its hit or miss. It was just a Wednesday afternoon, I posted the sandwhich which I got because they have the Buy 2 or more and get it $5.99 each. The tomatoes tasted like stewed out of a can. The spinach was sparse. I ate part of the bread and chucked it. The pizza was alright just lacking in flavor. I should really know better but it was a rainy day and figured what the hell. Maybe its just depending on the crew in the kitchen afternoon vs. night shift who cares about how they present the food. This location got me together today on a beautifully hot and cheesy pizza. This was my first food delivery since i been in Texas i wanted to try other places but everybody dont deliver to apartment buildings which is crazy because Dallas is full of them. Dominos dont care, if you want pizza then will bring it to you no problem! Nghe my delivery person was very friendly and had a smile on his face the pizza came to my door super hot so hot i burned my mouth with the first bite but still it was hmmm hmmm good! The pizza, wings, and stuffed bread have never tasted more amazing. Decided to try Dominos for the first time in this neighborhood. We placed an order online and tracked the status. We were updated the food was being made and that the food was ready for pick up. Husband arrived to pick up our order and they said it will be a minute - only for my husband to realize they hadn't even started making the food. Terrible customer service. He was waiting at Dominos for over 30 minutes after online said it was ready to be picked up. It was not even close to being ready after 30 minutes so he demanded a refund and left without any food. I wish I could give this location a half star. I imagined the girl taking my order with half closed eyelids and staring into space, because it took three tries for her to understand my order. Forty-five minutes after my call (and no delivery), I called back and the same girl was like, "uuhhhh." And I heard some ghetto dude in the background say, "It's only been forty-five minutes!" Then, after another fifteen minutes, the driver called and said he tried to deliver, but a lady answered the door and sent him away. Duuhhhhhhhooyoyyyyyooooeeeee. Wrong apartment! So from my first review there was a hair on my pizza, then they tried to resolve the issue by giving me $20 credit, and in my second order one of 2 pizzas I'd ordered was missing but I was charged anyway. I didn't really mind since I had a minimal balance after the credit but I'll no longer be calling this location. Two strikes too much. read more

I received a thin crust chicken spinach pizza with chicken not spread properly so some pieces didn't have chicken on them. They offered to make another one but it would take 8 minutes but I had ordered another pizza. They told me they can put it under the heat lamp which is stupid. To put more there would be an extra charge. How about next time just make sure there's chicken on all the pieces or at least majority! read more

Do not order delivery or dine here unless you don't mind a 2hr wait, delivery drivers forgetting items, and food poisoning. My girlfriend and I placed our order around 7 and they didn't arrive until 9 (at the earliest). Not only were they extremely late with the delivery (based on the 30min estimate they gave us after ordering), but while we were waiting for what seemed like forever the meal was in the "perfection check" phase of the delivery process monitor on their app. AKA they left it sitting in their low heat ovens to continually cook and turn our meal to mush. It was on that step for over an hour of the wait. The only food that could still be edible after waiting that long in a temporary heating oven would be raw food because by that time it might be cooked. The cheese was covered in oil and had already hardened by the time it arrived rendering it inedible. We ordered a bread bowl as well that, for some reason, we decided to try (horrible mistake). I'm writing this review from my bathroom the morning after this incident if that is any indication as to where this dominos will put you after consuming their food. I do not have a problem with dominos to be honest. At the locations I went to in my hometown, they are fast, quality, and have real solutions to mistakes if they occur. Unlike this location. After receiving our food late, not only did the driver not apologize for the wait but he forgot half of our order. While he was "running back to the store to go get it" my gf called the location and spoke with the on duty manager. The manager was not helpful and said that if they were to replace the food it'd be at least another hour wait. Not waiting for wait for another serving of crap, we asked if they could do anything else and they said "sure, I'll make sure to apply a $10 off coupon to this phone number" all too quickly and then hung up. I haven't checked to see if I have a coupon because I doubt that I do. In summation, if you live around this area go to an area with more competent people/workers to ensure you'll get edible pizza. read more

PIZZA was AMAZING! EXTREMELY fast 25 minute delivery. I ordered 6 large pies for a family party. All were packed high with toppings. The Philly Steak and Cheese was the crowd favorite followed by the Pacific Veggie....thin crust. It is the BEST veggie pizza I have ever eaten. So I have been ordering from this Domino's Pizza for over a year now. I order from them once or even twice a week sometimes. Well let me tell you about the last time I ordered. I placed an order for the same thing I always get, an nd when it came time to checkout, I used my "wallet!" (Can't remember if it was my Google wallet or domino's wallet) But the card I paid with had got confiscated, and I got issued a temporary card. I called this location to make sure it wouldn't be a problem that my temporary card and my actual card didn't have the same number on them but the could copy down my temporary if they needed to. The lady I spoke with (think her name was Brenda) said it wouldn't be a problem because all I had to do, is show them my phone with my wallet and show them the temporary and it would be fine. I asked her three times was she sure and she said yes it'll be fine. When the driver came, I explained to her what I was told to do, and she asked me who told me that! I said Becky (cause I thought her name was Becky) but she said Brenda, and she said if Brenda said it's okay then it's fine. She asked me to sign for it and That's what I did. I even tipped cause I always tip them. (All of this was 02/09.) Well today (02/21) I am trying to place an order for me and my two year old son on the app,and it keeps telling me an error has occurred, so I decided to give them a call. When I called, the girl on the phone took my order and then asked me how I was going to pay! I said card, and I read her my card number. She told me, the system won't let her enter my card, and I would have to pay them cash, cause I owe them twenty six dollars from my previous order. She said the card bounced and now the general manager has to pay for that order, so I can no longer pay with my card. (I have a bank statement showing a completed transaction for twenty five dollars and some change) I let the lady on the phone know and she said I would have to contact the business office and there is nothing she can do about it. Well,I cursed her out after that. They charged my card, but say the transaction bounced and now I have to pay with cash when i don't carry cash. Smh. Seeing how much I order from them, you would think they would try to take better care of their customers. Now I have a two year sitting here, (who LOVES their wings) who can't get anything to eat because of what the DOMINO'S EMPLOYEE TOLD ME. SAD. But I will be going to the BBB and posting this review EVERYWHERE! There is no reason I shouldn't be able to pay how I want, when I paid for my food and got charged for my food, ON MY DEBIT CARD! SMH. IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE/COMPANY A 0 RATING, I WOULD. I WORK FOR SPRINT PCS,SO I KNOW A LOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered online, which I have done before with no issues. They called to verify my address, and then told me they won't deliver to my apartment. I was told I would have to come pick it up. They then spammed my phone asking if I still wanted to cancel the order or could I come pick it up. If I wanted to go outside again after just getting home, I would get something better than pizza. read more
