Was craving some pizza and wings. Usually support the mom and pop small pizza joint. But this dominos wasn't too bad. We got the bbq chicken pizza garlic knots and hot wings. I order from this particular Domino's at least once a week. They forget items that I've ordered about 75% of the time. Usually, marinara sauce or soda. Tonight, it took the driver 37 minutes to deliver my food even though the store is only 9 minutes away from my house. The driver forgot my soda and asked if I wanted him to bring it back or give me a credit. If I didn't want it with my food, I wouldn't have ordered it! I'm getting so fed up with this place that I'm seriously considering not ordering from them anymore. Pizza Hut has better crust anyway. SMH! read more

Location is clean and order was on time. A large complaint is that they don't deliver to my parents house which is 6 miles or approximately 10 minutes away - all streets, no highway. So we often stick with poppa johns which is ironically further and delivers with no problem. Did you order breadsticks? Want dipping sauce? That's extra. Want fake cheese with your pizza? Horrible! Placed an order and one hour later it did not arrive. Called and was told it wasn't even made yet. I was told everything they could NOT do for me and given excuse after excuse. Was then asked if I still wanted it but would be at minimal another hour. Ridiculous! Looks like no pizza tonight for dinner. read more

If I could zero stars, I would. They do not rotate their products. They sell expired soda and have open sodas just sitting in their cooler. The pizza pans are not kept clean, resulting in flies being attracted to them. A few pans fell down, and literally 20 flies flew out. They will touch cash and coins, not wash their hands and start making pizza, without gloves. They have terrible customer service. They have hairs in their cornmeal that is used to make the pizza crust. If they mess up on the pizza, they will use cheese to cover up the part they messed up on. Do yourself a good favor, and go to Barro's or Papa Johns! read more

Just ordered the special! 2 large pizzas one topping with howie bread for 20 bucks! I added one topping extra for 99 cents more to make a ham and pineapple! I love how you can get different flavored crusts! The ranch crust is delicious!! But the garlic is my favorite! It's delicious and does have a real garlic flavor not mild, real garlic taste!!! Dominos store 7669 in Goodyear, Az just made me never order from dominos again. I ordered a Brooklyn pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. Order 783132. When pizza get delivered it check it and completely wrong pizza. I let girl know and she said she had to take pizza back. We call store. They tell us to remake and send out will be at least 1 hour. After already waiting an hour for the wrong pizza. So I say to just credit my card and I would order somewhere else. They tell me they can only give me store credit. This is the worst expierence I have ever had. Especially after they messed up. So now. No pizza. A credit I will never use now. And two hungry kids that look forward to pizza night. We ordered two pizzas to be delivered to our room. The customer service received when ordering was not up to par. Michael answered the phone rudely and was not very helpful. He hung up improperly and was not very willing to answer questions. We are not very familiar with Domino's Pizza and were visiting from out of town. Beware of this Dominos when using credit cards. Recently, I made a relatively in expensive purchase ($22.00). For a tip, I would only EVER add in $3.00. I just checked my checking account and found the driver ADDED $3.00 more, changing a 3 to a 6 and changing a $25 to $28. Only use CASH for this place and BE WARE OF DRIVERS! read more

The quality of the pizza was extremely low, I don't know if it was made this was due to it being on sale for $5.99 or if Dominos has just lowered their standards in general. The toppings were extremely sparse, on a half cheese and mushroom pizza there was less then 10 mushrooms on that half, cheese was lacking in quality and amount, the other half was pepperoni and sausage although by the way it looked it appeared as if there was a slight amount of cheese sprinkled and someone threw a child sized hand amount of pepperoni and sausage onto the pizza with their eyes closed. So low quality, extremely small amount of toppings, the amount of cheese on the pizza would have made me think that since the government is shut down cheese has been rationed or something. If I would have ordered a cheese pizza then added double cheese X2 then possibly I might get the normal amount of cheese on a regular pizza from Dominos. I would say the worst thing is that by the time I picked up the pizza and drove it the short 7 minutes to my house with a hungry stomach only be disappointed by flavor, quality, and quantity of toppings I saw upon opening the box, when I went to take the first bite I immediately noticed that the pizza was not hot at all, now in an effort to leave a fair review I wouldn't lie and say it was cold but it certainly wasn't "fresh out of the oven" hot or even warm. The temperature would have been the equivalent of packing a sandwich for lunch and leaving it in a paper sack while on a field trip without an ice pack for a couple hours on a hot summer day. Perhaps the most frustrating experience of it all was when I was told that it was a $1.50 for some Parmesan cheese, something that even the most stingiest and expensive pizza shops freely handout quicker then Obamaphones to welfare recipients. If you can't even put a reasonable amount of cheese on my pizza can you at least hook it up with some packs of Parmesan so I don't have to stop by my neighborhood QT to grab some they give out freely even though they don't need it because even their "convience store" pizza tastes better then whatever it was that was placed into a box with a Dominos logo and sold to me. Added onto that y'all charge for individual cups of garlic butter, even on the first one and lord knows your pizza needs it so you could at least be like your Papa John and give one out with the pizza, I mean theirs doesn't even need it but they still hook it up. Please please please work on this because in the past Dominos was always my favorite of the big chain pizza competitors, I haven't ordered big chain pizza in a long time but when the craving hit I ordered from what I thought was Old Faithful, only to be let down feeling like it was April fools day and someone put a Totinos pizza in a Dominos box but if my memory from 20 years ago serves me right that was probably actually better then what I got. Stay Clear of the boneless chicken wings....ummmm more like popcorn chicken. The "8" pieces were no bigger than a nickel to a quarter for $5.99 + taxes. It was an insult. The pizza its self did the trick but will not be a returning customer. When I called the manager all she could do was agree with my view on the small amount of food. Needs to learn customer management skills and handled the complaint better read more

I usually don't write reviews cuz I know they can hold a lot of weight so I just usually steer clear... anyways I called in clearly frustrated from another dominos store after ordering online and them not answering the phone because I needed to cancel that order and I believe she said her name was Jaleshia (sorry my phone was kind of breaking up!) she was the GM I think, but she was super nice and went as far as to call that other store and fix that up. It isn't even the money it's the fact that I called that other store for 30 mins straight with no answer but good to know dominos has people who know how to do their stuff. She even called me to follow up... like whoa it's 11pm and she cared enough to follow up with me. Totally impressed with this store and I am not easily impressed. I love Domino's in general but this location will never have our business again because the manager doesn't know how to treat customers. I placed an order today for lunch and received a confirmation. I waited 40 minutes before calling to ask where the food was and was told someone had called and cancelled my order. Huh? When I told the guy that this obviously this was a mistake on their end, he said he'd have to speak to his manager. When the manager got on the phone, he barks, "What's the problem" and I told him my problem was that they somehow cancelled my order without notifying me (even though I get a confirmation that the order was placed) and now it's nearly an hour later with no food so a discount, like a free brownie ($3) would be nice. He tells me he can't do that. I told him he's going to lose the order and me as a customer if he doesn't. He didn't budge so I hope it was worth it. $3 brownies versus a $30 order...SERIOUSLY??
