I wanted to leave this review because I noticed that almost every other review here is negative, and from years ago. Maybe they got their act together because my experience was amazing tonight! I forgot to take pictures of the food before eating but my family and I got a large pizza, bread and cheese dip, and wings. Everything was delicious and made quickly and accurately. The customer service was polite and welcoming, and the kitchen seemed clean and organized when we went into the store to grab the order! I'll be using this location from here on out :) read more

I've ordered here a couple times. Today wasn't there best day pizza tasted old like it's been sitting and the reheated it.

Dominos at 14175 W. Indian School Rd in Goodyear is not good. Somehow all 4 of my pizzas were messed up. The gal behind the counter with the excessively long fake blue fingernails has a bad attitude. So incredibly bad. Do not order for delivery, it's a trap. We ordered from this store 4-6 times, usually have to do take out because they won't accept online orders. Even the take it is a gamble. Tonight, placed an order for delivery at 8:00pm. Just one pizza, that's all. Decided to give it one last shot. It is now 9:25pm and they haven't even began making the dang thing. We give up. Dominos - the worst experience ever! 14175 W. Indian School Road Goodyear, AZ NEVER order from this store if you want to eat in less than 2 hours - and want to eat what you actually ordered. We ordered last night. They took 2 hours to deliver. They brought the wrong food. Wrong size pizza. Wrong # of pizzas. Wrong toppings. They refused to answer their telephone to resolve the issue. I then went to the store to discuss withe the manager the next morning.He went into the back office and stayed there for 30 minutes, and let his hourly worker listen to my complaints. Despite my polite requests to have him return to the front counter, these were ignored. It was like filling out mortgage paperwork to get a refund, and the store has no a/c. It's like they hope you will be unwilling to wait for an incompetent manager and unbearable conditions to get your money back. Tinelock safe added more delay. At no time did the manager apologize for anything. I will be calling their headquarters on Monday. These franchise rights should be removed. No customer should have to experience this. Next time, I will have a bowl of cereal for dinner. Ban Domino's! Try AZ Pizza Kitchen or even Circle-K. You'll be better off! I have now spent 5 hours to get my $48 back! read more

According to the mobile app, this location opens at 10:00am. I tried to place my order online and received a message this location wasn't accepting online orders. I started calling around 10:15am. There was a message that all customer service representative were busy and someone would be available to take my order shortly. After about 5 minutes, I just hung up. Called again every 15 minutes until around 11:00am. I decided to go and place my order in person. Arrived around 11:15am and a worker was arriving just as I pulled up. This place is quick in making their pizza. I love using the domino's app because they have a bunch of coupons available daily, and you can get a medium size pizza for only $12. The only downside is that I felt like their pizzas have become too thin, so it doesn't satisfy me as much. I literally held it up in the air and I can see the light through it (and I didn't even order the thin crust pizza!) But anywaysssss, great tasting pizza and great deals with the coupon. read more

I usually get my dominos in near Disneyland (home turf). While visiting friends we tried this local Dominos and they make a real pizza. Now expectations have not been real high for the 3 topping carryout Deal $7.99 Large Brooklyn pizza, because in SoCal there are barely any toppings on it. Not big on reviewing chains but my local Domino's deserved a good review. The pizza was very good and really has improved in taste over the years. We ordered large and medium pepperoni and both were full of toppings and good flavor. The staff was efficient, friendly, and hard working. Lastly, the price was on point. We had a coupon and got both pies for $16 out the door. Who can argue with that. Overall, good pie, service, and price. Deserving of a review. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1-star. I placed an order for delivery on their app at 8:10pm on Saturday, May 28th with a quoted delivery time of 63-73 minutes. Over an hour and a half later I tried to call the store three times and no one answers. Finally, I am literally asleep and I get a call from the store (the phones are working again!) at 10:30pm to let me know that the store is closed and they can't send me my delivery order. Absolutely breathtaking incompetence. You guys just lost a great customer for life, I had ordered from your location at least 30 times in the past. Never again! read more

Got transferred to a real person to re order about 3 times and give our card information twice to have technical difficulty and be put on hold. We started this process at 8pm, was put on hold at about 8:15 and it is 8:49 and we are still on the phone! Just saw an act of kindness at this store that gives me hope in humanity. Rather than let food go to waste, they shared it with somebody who was down on his luck and couldn't afford it... The good: very easy to order online, quick delivery and the parmesan bread bites are awesome. The bad: Regular pizzas tend to be a bit on the greasy side and the crust can be a bit too mushy for my taste. The ok: The new Artisan pizzas have a nice crunchy crust (which I like), but they seem kind of skimpy on toppings. All in all, if you are mainly looking for a convenient way to get dinner to the table Dominos will work for you. As a general rule, I don't like writing reviews for chain restaurants. I mean, they're a chain, so it doesn't really matter...you know what you're getting. However, I was floored with the service and quality of food I got from this Domino's. Truthfully, my expectations are always tempered when I order anything from a chain, so it may simply be that this establishment provided "adequate" levels of service and food quality when compared to non-chain restaurants, but I was floored. The driver, who was a nice young gentleman, made it to my house in a ludicrously quick time. I mean, it was absurd how quickly he got here. He was polite and I could tell he cares about his job. +2 stars. The food was extremely hot. When I say extremely hot, I do mean extremely hot. The pizza was steaming as if it came right out of the oven and I had to let it cool down a bit before I ate it. +1 star. The quality of the food was really good! I guess I haven't had Domino's in quite some time, but they've really stepped up their game. The pizza was exactly as I ordered it, and the cheese was plentiful and gooey. The crust is very garlic-y, which was a pleasant surprise. The sauce was perfect. I also ordered a side of their new "Specialty Chicken", the jalapeno pineapple flavor. That was quite a surprise. It was very, very good! +1 star. The price pushed it over the top. They had a coupon for $13.99 for a medium two-topping pizza with the chicken. They up sold her on spending 3x on another deal. When I called the GM (Tyler Tucci) his position was "we don't have time to tell people all the deals that we are offering" and insisted that was the best deal. I have always been pleased by the service I get from this location but I have been recently shown how amazing they really are! I had terrible service from a location down the street that involved the employees not wearing masks. This location has always been strong on wearing them and always doing what they can to stay safe. The manager Jonathan apologized for the others location and took care of everything to make it better. He went above and beyond for me and it wasn't even his doing.
