However; I ordered at 6:24pm and it said 35-50- minutes delivery. 7:09 rolls around, I call, the AI system says 9 minutes until delivery. I wait about 10mins, not here, so I call again.. it says now it be ANOTHER 10minutes until delivery. I called up there the nice girl told me the order was lost. Ordered off Uber Eats so not sure if that made a difference but the pizza arrived about 20 minutes later than the latest arrival estimate. Ordered their stuffed crust pizza and chicken BBQ. Both were pretty tasty although colder than they should have been. I'd give them 3.5 stars. Maybe I'll try again and pick it up in person next time to see if that makes a difference. read more

Their food is great... but customer service... eh. My food is always sitting in Quality check for more than 45 min. It seems like they never have a driver or enough drivers to deliver.. I understand the food industry, but if you see that you have a delivery order, and your driver is out, why not wait to make the pizza until the driver is close to being back to the store, and notify the customer of the information... there has to be a better way. My biggest problem is I ordered this pizza at 9:05 PM, it showed up at my door at 11:03 PM, The pizza was cold, no flavor. I even called up there after it had been an hour to check on it, they let me know that their delivery driver was coming back to the store and would come back out and it might be another 30 minutes, so I waited another 30 minutes and called back, that's when they apologized and said the driver was on his way. I own multiple Airbnb's in Granbury, I will put a special note in all of my guestbook that reads, "do not order Domino's Pizza", you would be better off driving to town and picking up a pizza from a restaurant. In general if you want chain fast food Granbury will deliver with the worst experience you have had at that particular chain. There just isn't enough people who want to work at those type of locations. Tonight they were probably short handed but don't order here if you want hot pizza delivered in under an hour and a half. Delivered our order without either dipping sauce, I called And was given the option of a credit towards a future order or having the sauce delivered, so I requested that the sauce be delivered. No one ever showed up. I emailed corporate, who emailed back saying they would pass along my complaint to the franchise owner. Never heard anything from them. I had issues in the past with this restaurant. Back at the end of March I placed an order requesting it be delivered at a specific time, and it was 45 minutes late. The time after that my order took 40 minutes from the time it was in "quality check" to delivery at my house and it arrived lukewarm. Concerned for my safety, this late, I said through the door "we did not order a pizza" The driver started arguing with me and demanded I pay for the pizza. I opened the door and I explained I did not order a pizza. He then asked how he could get to Apt 102. I said this was 102. And he argued more saying the pizza was for 1200 Apt 102. WORST PIZZA DELIVERY EVER!!! You order, follow the tracker and told it's out for delivery. Nothing comes for 45 min so you call for an update and are told it's just now leaving the store but no worries it's been under a heat lamp. Which is great when you have a lunch period that is 35 min and it won't arrive before you are due back to work. This is the second time I've attempted to order with them. Last time the pizza was delivered 1:20min later than promised and it was cold and nasty. When I called to check about the promise delivery; was told they are a franchise and don't have to follow advertisements nor did they care. Seriously??? So I gave them a pass, and decided to give them another go- can't comment on the pizza yet as I haven't got it and my lunch is over in 5 min. But I can comment on their customer service: it is NOT present at all. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Be transparent Dominos. Don't tell us it is on its way then let it sit under a heat lamp for 45 min before it leaves the store. But you don't the biggest thing you lack is pizza quality if you can't afford drivers or don't have enough drivers for dinner shut delivery down after a certain time. Absolutely, everything was terrible. We waited an hour to get our pizza tonight. The Dominos app said it was on the "Quality Check," part of the online riding system. It sat on that part, for over an hour. Also, my boyfriend tried calling them, and he sat on the phone for about 20 minutes, and they never picked up their phone. So, him and I finally had enough of it, and got in the car to go pick it up ourselves. Only then, did he receive a notification saying that our food has been pickup and on the way. We were so elated that our food had finally came, but that was short lived. Once we opened the boxes, you could tell they've been sitting out for awhile. This Domino's used to be good, but the last couple times the experience has been bad. We ordered pizza a couple weeks ago and it took over 35 minutes to deliver it once it left the store (via the tracking online). I called the store and was told it should have been there. When it arrived, the pizza was lukewarm. The driver was making all kinds of excuses. We called the store a second time and they told us they would give us a free order of the same thing next time rather than credit our credit card. So tonight we called to do that and was told that it would take 2 1/2 hours for them to deliver it. We declined. What a way to make a customer upset. Now they don't make it easy to reorder it since you have to call the store to do it and can't do it online. No matter how busy you are, it should never take that long. Either you don't have enough staff or you aren't doing something right. This is definitely not good customer service. Very disappointed! read more

Called to place an order for delivery & was on hold for 20 minutes, no biggie, I understand places get busy. They finally answered & I asked if they delivered to Tolar, he said no, so I said okay can we meet at TSC, & he said no we can only meet In city limits, I told him it was in city limits & he said we can only deliver to your residence or physical address & I said okay so you won't deliver to my work place & he said I need the address, so I gave it to him, & he responded "that's not pulling up on our system, thank you have a nice night", and went to hang up on me. So I said woah wait a second I'm not done talking. So I gave him the physical address to TSC just hoping anything would work at this point. It worked & he told me they'd be there in 40-60 minutes. Got there & waited an hour so I called back & asked if I misunderstood that it would only be an hour to get the delivery & she said the guy already went up there & asked for my name inside & then left. I watched every person that went in, & there was never a dominos employee that went in, but no phone call to me or anything that he supposedly never found me. I ended up just driving down to the store front and picking it up myself Super Irritating night, & very rude employees, but lesson learned. I won't be ordering from them again. read more
