Ordered pizza drove 30 minutes to pick it up and when we got there they wouldn't give us the pizza because we didn't have the physical card with us (we paid online) we had all of the info, the order number, name it was under, and email confirmation. They were rude and dismissive and offered no help at all. We left without out pizza and had to go elsewhere. Seriously bad people there was not reason to be that rude. read more

I just tried this place yesterday, and it knocked my socks clean off. I called up STARVING to place an order for delivery -- that's when the magic started. For the very first time IN MY ADULT LIFE, the person manning the pizza phone was nice and energetic. It threw me for a loop at first. I asked if there was a minimum order amount to get something delivered (there isn't). Then I asked the different sizes and costs (a medium @ Domino's is 12" in diameter, in case I'm not the only one in America who doesn't know that answer). Then I asked for "a Hawaiian" ... and the girl on the phone chats me up about the "Honolulu Hawaiian" for a good minute! She was really stoked about the difference -- and sold it, too. YOU WANT TO GET THE HONOLULU HAWAIIAN. This place is THE BEST for several reasons: 1. The girl taking orders on the phone should be a radio talk show host: she's that good. 2. The pizza was at my door in 20 minutes! 3. The pizza delivery guy could totally have topped Ol' Girl On The Phone in niceness and professionalism. 4. The pizza was MUY DELICIOSO! 2 star is mainly for delivery issues - When I called to order I said I wanted the pizza anytime from like 6:45pm ish to by 7pm. I know that some companies are always super early, so I asked if I want it the latest 7pm, should I say 6:45pm or 7pm. The lady on the phone said if you say 7pm it will get to you before 7pm. At 7:05pm, I called to learn that the pizza still had not left the store as they were backed up. At 7:35pm when I called I mentioned that my family remembered a policy of if half an hour late, you get a free pizza. The person on the phone said that was a promotion from along time ago and does not exist anymore. The pizza ended up coming at 7:40pm. I don't care that I did not get the pizza for free, but I am incredible frustrated with the inaccurate information I got about timing of delivery. I have a two year old who is incredible sensitive when put to bed later than his normal bedtime which ended up happening. read more

I don't normally write a review for a fast food chain but I had to give props for this fine establishment. When I'm on the mainland I typically do not order out for pizza as there's plenty of options for me to make on my own. While I'm on island I love this Dominos. Not just is the food fresh and tasty but the managers and the people working here are genuine and kind. It feels like family when I simply pick up a pizza or 5 :) . The ingredients are fresh and as far as chain is concerned, this is the best Domino's I've had. The pizza is always hot and it is fast. I order on my phone app and it's ready in 10-15 minutes. Delivery takes a little longer but not a lot. read more

I ordered a philly cheese steak. The flavor is good, but when I opened the sandwich (because I couldn't tell if it was mine- couldn't see the meat) it had 2-3 tiny thin pieces of meat. Kind of a rip off for a $7 sandwich. read more

I love that I can order from their iPhone app and you can watch the status throughout the process. Even though Dominos is a huge franchise, I can still appreciate a decent yummy fresh pizza. Reasonably priced when they have specials. The only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes I can end up with overcooked, kind of burnt pizzas. They're usually good but it's happened a few times. I have just recently moved into the area where I can order pizza for delivery again! Yay! It has been several years now and I was excited to order delivery or be able to drive close by to pickup an order. The person answering the phone was very helpful and helped me make my decision by telling me the specials. I ordered a med pizza and opted to pick it up. When I arrived I was greeted and my pizza was quickly fetched. The pizza was delicious and had a lot more taste than I remember dominoes ever having. The crust was great and it was cooked to perfection. I have since used them several times and the delivery was quick even in a fri.. If I have any problems it would be that the dominoes website is slightly hard to use due to having to sign in first every time and prices not being listed until final payment is made. I used to be a die hard papa john's fan (I worked for them and another pizza place in Ohio so I'm kinda picky about my pizza) but I'm not on board with Dominoes and glad they have made the changes they needed to in order to stay competitive! read more

This place makes me violently ill. I thought and was hoping it was an isolated incident, but it wasn't. I had severe food poisoning one time , and I stupidly tried it again several months later and again and had the same thing happen (severe projectile vomiting!). I have consistently disliked Dominos and would choose Pizza Hut anytime, but being here in Hawaii on Super Bowl Sunday I had no choice because the closest Pizza Hut was closed! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?! So we ordered Dominos 2 pan pizzas with pepperoni and sausage extra cheese at no charge. The driver was fast, really nice, and was on his job! As a New Yorker, I loved that about him, took the money and was already off to his next delivery. The Pizza itself was good, much better than I remember. Crust was perfect much better tasting. I would still choose the Primo meatlovers from Pizza Hut, but Dominos really had my back when it came to the Super Bowl. Thanks guys, keep it up! read more

We wanted a quick bite and since it's Sunday(everything in Laie closes) we opted for Dominos. We went in and asked for a menu. An employee advised us they did not have any. She asked what food we were interested in and advised us what they had. We opted for two sandwiches and boneless wings. She said it would be 10 mins so we opted to sit outside and wait. While waiting I noticed the girl straightening up a prep station. It's late so I assume prepping to close. In doing so, she licked her fingers and continued handling the ingredients. Not going to wash her hands for a good five more minutes. Only reason we got our food was because a guy prepared our order. However still hesitant to eat it! Yum! We got the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, and a 2 liter soda deal for $28.33. Not a bad deal as we had 4 people so we had more than enough for less than $10 a person. WAY better than the Pizza Hut in Laie. It may cost a little more, but at least Dominos honors its coupons and specials. You can order online which is fantastic, but you can also just go in or call. Delivery has always been faster than we expect, even on a Friday night. The pizza is always still hot too! The employees always seem ready to have a good laugh with you, and theyll answer all of your questions politely and correctly, even when youre crazy with hunger. The nice thing is that theyll also email you a tracker so you can see where your pizza is in the cooking process. Ive never had an order from them be messed up, even when its a big order. Plus, theyre open on Sundays, so thats super nice too. Great pizza, service, and fast delivery. You seriously cant go wrong. read more

I was there Saturday after completing the Spartan Race. I was sooo hungry. I ordered my pizza along with dropping an extra 5.00 for a tip. I was promised to have my pizza ready in 15 minutes. I reported back after 20min and was told that it wasn't ready yet. I reported back 5 min later and i was told that it would be ready in 10 min. I reported back in 10 and i was told that it would be ready in 3-4 minutes. I reported back 10 min later and i was told that it was in the oven.. mind you, I was inside of the restaurant the entire time..after 10 more minutes.. i requested a refund. They cashier told me that the DRIVER took my order..... once i received my refund i reached in their TIP CUP and took my 5 dollar tip back as well.. Domino's on Hawaii, just like McDonald's on Hawaii, incorporates new recipes that are not included on the mainland's menu. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and this pizzeria is well-managed. Despite it being New Year's Eve, these workers were ready to stick around until 1 AM. That is dedication. You can eat inside or outside of the restaurant. The view is nice and the breeze is tropical and perfect. There are no restrooms, but at Longs Drugs next door, you can use the public bathrooms. We ordered a large thin crust pizza, vegetarian, sans bell peppers and black olives. Added in were mild peppers and pineapple. The pizza was delicious. I cannot recommend the cheesy bread, only because the cheese to dough ratio was a little bit off, as was the geometry of the bread. I am more a fan of the Hungry Howie's cheesy bread combo, which includes parmesan cheese, too. We ordered lava cakes (yes, we are asking to put on the pounds), but I didn't eat the lava cake, although it did smell pretty good. read more

Every employee was working hard and were friendly and courteous. The real problem lies in an over-priced, corporate dictated pizza with a veneer coating of cheese, sauce and toppings. At least, better prepared. I've had a number of problems with this Dominoes to the point that I have basically given up. Their prices are too high, and if you ask to swap, say, olives for pineapple ... they charge you for an extra topping. No other pizza place does that. And, as already stated, their pizzas are not that well prepared. I've gotten pizzas with holes in it, pizza with fewer toppings than ordered ... like ordering an extravaganza and getting something that looks more like a cheese pizza. Sometimes I've even gotten a slightly warm pizza, and I live less than ten minutes from the place. Oh ... hate their chocolate lava cakes ... the lava tastes water-downed. On the other hand, they have great chicken pieces, though you seldom get the amount you paid for. Anyhoots ... maybe you'll have a better experience with them ... they do have a great sauce! read more
