Couldn't get the app to work so stopped by as it was near the Courtyard. Young lady at the counter gave me their special. Pizza came a few minutes quicker than she said it would, and the pizza was upper tier for Dominos. Well played. read more

Pizzas we ordered tasted great. However, this was probably our third delivery order where something went wrong (order delayed followed by unforeseen cancellation, wrong order delivered, missing items). This time one of our three pizzas was forgotten at the store. Upon arrival, it seemed another employee had been calling the delivery driver to notify him. We appreciate that the delivery driver returned with our pizza, but the third pizza arrived as pictured. As this wasn't the first time something wrong happened to our order, it was becoming more upsetting this time around. Hopefully this doesn't occur as often for others who order from here as it has for us. Mahalo. read more

This is the worst one I've ever visited. Large sausage pizza came with 6 pieces of sausage. Another time ordered green peppers on cheese pizza, same thing, only six tiny little pieces. The next time I ordered sausage I ordered double sausage since they were skimpy, but maybe 10 pieces of sausage. I expect that when I order a specific pizza like a pepperoni or sausage pizza that there actually be topped as advertised in the photos, if you google it you will see a vast difference on how they scam you on toppings at this location. On one of those occasions I got home and the pizza was burnt, took it back and the oldest looking lady in there treated me like I made a mistake and mouthed off a bit saying I asked for well done, however I never asked for well done and well done pizza shouldn't be burnt. The staff is nice otherwise, they're obviously young trying to make it through college. On a side note, I now want to visit all of the locations on the island and order the same pizza and see if there is any difference. Why not 1 star... But I chose 2 stars because I've been hungry with nothing open but always regret my decision afterwards. If I can give you some tips, if your staff is standing around and you see someone, like me, struggling with a screaming toddler with pizza in my arms a simple door opening helps greatly, it's the little things that count. read more

Look, it's Domino's. If you're expecting some sort of gourmet pizza, look elsewhere. You'll get the standard, consistent pizza that Domino's makes. Ordered 3 medium pizzas for dinner tonight after a long day at the beach. They came out exactly as I expected. Hot, fresh, and good enough that both kids ate their entire pizzas. I ordered the hand tossed cuz I like the feel of butter crust. Exactly the same as when we've ordered at home. Here's why this franchise is getting 5 stars when most would only get 3-4. The staff. We ordered on a Sunday night when most other restaurants in the area are closed. The website said it would be 12-22min before our pizzas were ready. We were right around the corner so we were there in less than 10. They had our pizzas hot and ready right as I was walking in. They were all friendly to interact with and seemed pleased to provide such quality service. I overheard an employee helping a customer on the phone and she was just as friendly and professional as those helping me and other customers in the store. In a time when customer service seems to have become a lost art, this location has it nailed. Great job! read more

Came around 5pm on a Sunday night ordered a 12" pepperoni pizza and a Buffalo Chicken sandwich NO CHEESE. Order took 30 minutes and my sandwich had cheese on it so I asked them to remake it which they did quickly. Not quite enough sauce for me. Pro tip = order using the Dominos app. For those of you who already use the app you know what I mean for those of you who don't, you're missing out on great coupons and free pizza. OK so this is a Domino's Pizza location. I noticed that it has 3 stars overall... I'm not quite sure why or what the people were actually expecting. It's just like any other dominoes you've ever been to with higher prices because you're in Hawaii. That said, the pizza's always fresh, they are reasonably quick even when I have had to place large orders for parties. My only complaint is that I wish their delivery area was slightly bigger... I live about 7 miles from this location and it is outside of their delivery area. I also get that 7 miles in Hawaii can take 20 minutes one-way so having to spend 30 minutes plus in there and back to deliver a pizza? I don't blame them. The place is great I recommend it! read more

Many places on Oahu are showing their age and are often overpriced for what you get. This dominos location is a solid establishment with great service and consistent food quality and flavor. Unfortunately, this is probably one of the worst businesses on the north shore. Ordered pizza which was expected to be delivered at a specified time. The specified time came and went but we waited an extra 15 minutes before calling to check on the order. The worker who answered said the driver was leaving the establishment as we spoke. 30 minutes later and still no pizza. We waited nearly an hour before canceling our order. We don't recommend putting your faith in this business. read more

Last minute decision to stop at Domino's Pizza during our recent weekend stay-cation at the Courtyard Marriott, We had plans to stop at Five Brothers for dinner but when we arrived after 8 pm the sign on the door states that they were closing early with no exceptions. Although Pizza Hut was right next to Five Brothers, I remember seeing Domino's when we went to Papa Ole's for lunch, I prefer Domino's over PH since they have a lot more varieties besides pizza. I noticed out in Laie, business don't stay open that late, so after checking business hours on Domino's Yelp page, we drove over. I didn't phone in my order so I placed my order at the store, waited 15 minutes and we got our food within the estimated time. Service was great, the girl who took my order was helpful with my questions. I've decided to get pizza, which is not part of the 7.99 line up. I love the 7.99 menu, which I got wings and chicken alfredo with penne pasta. When the girl asked if I wanted my order in a bread bowl, I said YES, which was even better. The 7.99 line up, with purchase of 2 or more, has better selections of pasta, sandwiches, chicken, and sides to choose from and my opinion, its is a better deal. We are happy with our orders, went back to our hotel and enjoyed our meals there. Overall, Domino's came to the rescue and last minute decision worked out. read more

I placed an order at 5:25pm, place wasnt busy, maybe 2-3 orders ahead of me and was told it would take 15 - 20 minutes. I sat down to wait at the booth for my order. I kept watching the clock and it was getting later and later - still no order. I finally went up to the counter at 6:18pm to ask if my order had been put in because I was still waiting. The girl looked at me like she had never seen me before. When I gave her my name, she looked around for the order and found it in the holding oven. I left the restaurant at 6:20pm and got home at 6:30pm. The pasta was all dried out and the amount was about half of what a usual order is. read more

A lot better than expected It's been a while since we've had Pizza from Domino's (...and that was on the mainland). We felt like Pizza that day....who doesn't from time to time. And this one here was closest to our rental condo. So we went there for a quick take-out Pizza. Shop was pretty empty and the pizza was ready fast. Peperoni, mushroom, meat and pepper bells as topping. And we chose the thin crust. And it turned out to be a really good pizza. Still hot, still very crispy and a good load of peperoni. Could be a bit cheaper though. Since we were really satisfied with the Pizza we went back a few days later. A bit more customers this time, but still not a long wait. We used the coupons from the last pizza (were on the box) and got away cheaper than last time.....and even one size bigger. Topping: Peperoni, onions, pepper bells. And again....a very good pizza. Hot and crispy. So Domino's in Hauula is the perfect place to take out some good pizza. You could eat there....but only a few tables with parking lot view. Best to take-out....or let them deliver it. read more

Quality of pizza is to be expected. I'd like a thicker crust and better ingredients but it is what it is. I give 3 stars because it's not the workers fault. They bust a$$, the company needs to pay them better and give them better health insurance. PERIOD. So the 3 stars is for them the two negatives is for dominoes executives for providing subpar working conditions and third rate ingredients and expecting the workers to produce miracles then letting them carry the blame for trash pizza. Smdh do better dominoes execs. read more

Not sure why this place only has 3 stars. As someone law said, it's a great option when you're not feeling a burger, seafood, or a food truck. We ordered online and drove over to pick up our food. I love everything here except the customer service. My sister's kids were staying with us on Oahu while she and her husband were living on Maui. They wanted to order the kids pizza, so they ordered and paid online. We went to pick up the pizza but they wouldn't give us the order because we didn't have the credit card with us. The kids were so sad, so I just paid for it and they refunded my sister. Smh. read more

Pizza was good but service was not! Paid for my order with PayPal and they asked for ID. I provided ID and he stated that he needed my credit card associated with PayPal account. I too I'd him it was debited from checking account. Manager butted in and told me to take my food and leave. They treated me like I was defrauding them!Think I'll make the drive to Pizza Hut in Laie and skip Domino's. read more

First time ever wanted to order dominoes and they tell me that my address is not on their map. I hung up and waited and called back got a second person that found my address but said that there would be an hour and a half delayed due to traffic because of an accident going in the opposite direction of the plaza ( toward Laie) then the direction to my house for delivery. I did have one good pizza with my nephew from there but very disappointing they can't make a four minute delivery due to an hour and a half delay in the opposite direction read more

My wife ordered pizza for the whole family ( during this whole quarantine crisis) and the Dominos App did confirm or place my order, but charged me anyway. I called my neighborhood dominos and was instructed to try the app agian; in doing so I now got charged twice. I called the store agian and was instructed to go to the store to see the manager. I showed workers of the hauula hi store and no one could help, everyone looked lost. Manager was no where to be found. When one of the employees called the manager, I was given the run around and told there was nothing that could be done. $100 is gone because I was charged twice i got no food and my money was not refunded to me. read more

It's domino's.... you can get better pizza if you are will to spend the $$. But the consistency is always there. And their new menu and quality is definitely an improvement. Here's my biggest complaint- I live nearby so unusually just pop in and order on the way home. So I don't know off the top of my head what the specials and current deals are, and when I ask the dominos employees that are working they always up sell me to a more expensive coupon. They always neglect to mention the cheapest deals. read more

I have ordered from this store several times this year. First two times were fantastic but last 3-4 times have been not good. I ordered double cheese with pepperoni for one large pizza order but pizza had almost no cheese and no sauce. It was almost burnt to where the crust was too hard to Bite into it. I also did not get receipts from them. It should be always asked if I don't want one instead of defaulting to not give a receipt. Since I cannot order online due to app issue I have to have the receipt to redeem my points. So today I got no points added for my crappy pizzas I got. I wanted to at least get my points for crappy pizzas. With these bad experiences I have had at this store I'm planning to never go back and make sure people I know will do the same so they don't get disappointed. read more

Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service. Ordered pizza drove 30 minutes to pick it up and when we got there they wouldn't give us the pizza because we didn't have the physical card with us (we paid online) we had all of the info, the order number, name it was under, and email confirmation. They were rude and dismissive and offered no help at all. We left without out pizza and had to go elsewhere. Seriously bad people there was not reason to be that rude. read more

The kalbi and pulehu are just about the same cuts of meats just a different marinade and you get to choose how you want it cooked. We got it medium rare. Kalbi is more like a sweeter Korean bbq and pulehu more smoky bbq. Meat was good and tender and shrimp was a nice creamy taste. Getting a bite of everything with the Mac salad is a must! Only downside is I tried to phone order in advance knowing they would be busy but I couldn't get the phone call through. We had to order once we got there and there was about an 1.5 hour wait for our order. The area is a dead zone for phone service so although they'll call to let you know your order is ready, you may not receive the call. But the wait was expected so we decided to go hang around the beach while waiting. There was a line of people wanting to order. I'd recommend to go early in the morning while they still have everything in stock because we got there at about 10:45AM and they had just sold out of their peanut butter rolls! It is cash only as well. Sad to see the business go but happy there is a lot of locals supporting them, giving fond farewells and wishing the Papa Ole's ohana the best!

I have been exploring the variations of the iconic dish ever since. My favourite restaurant in the world is Vietnamese-owned and operated, back in Canada. While visiting the Islands, I only recently had occasion to spontaneously stop and try "Pho Vientiane," a long-time frozen-in-place food truck--secreted along the Kamehameha Hwy, Hauula - on Oahu's North Shore. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of Vietnamese street food this wonderful eatery was offering. The proprietors of this humble food truck were quintessentially customer service-focused. The menu options are impressively diverse, especially considering the size of the space in which they are stored and prepared. The service was impressively expedient, and the quality and generous size of the offerings were extraordinary. I was sufficiently impressed by Pho Vientiane to offer up five stars for the authentic tastes they offer. They are every bit as addictive as those I experienced when I visited South Vietnam - back in the day.

Ken is usually the one taking orders. He's fast and efficient and will not be making small talk or smiling at the customers, but he sure runs an incredible business. There is a sign in the place that says takeout only, you cannot eat there. However, they do have benches for customers to sit on while they wait for their food to be prepared. The mahi mahi tacos take a while for them to make; so just be prepared for longer wait times if you order those. It's really worth the wait, though! Since the place is takeout only, all I can say for the ambiance is that it's focused on efficiency and cleanliness, rather than on fancy decor or a certain look.

It is topped with a combo of sweet katsu sauce and garlic mayo all over a bed of rice and a simple pile of dressed lettuce. Always look for the second fresh fish of the day. If available, the ono done katsu style eclipses the ahi. Just the nature of the fish, it is more tender and moist. Total weight is again, about a pound. Note: Fish can also be prepared in garlic butter. It's good but come on, garlic butter vs deep fried in a crispy coating? Good selection of half pound pre weighed containers of fresh ahi poke (ahi sesame ogo, just sayin') and fresh fish filets including ahi, mahi, ono, and marlin. Go early for best selection. Inexpensive. As of November 2025, $16/regular plate. Fresh fish filets, $7.50 / lb less than Costco. Fresh poke, $10/half pound. Cash or card. Same price. No nonsense counter service. Takeaway only. IMPORTANT: they are not active on socials. Last minute closures are posted on their door. Have a backup plan of where to eat ready. All that said, the best and based on the crowd of locals every visit, word is out.

In 2021, it had abbreviated hours due to the pandemic but in 2024 it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, although there are breaks between meals when it is closed. The menu offers a lot of choices for each meal. There seem to be people eating here all the time so I guess it is a convenient and popular option for guests at the hotel (like us). This trip we had a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, and potatoes; bagel; pancake;, oatmeal; and assorted drinks (latte, tea, juice, hot chocolate). The food is genrally good, but it is a bit pricey. I suppose that is to be expected in Hawaii and in a hotel. A very modest breakfast for 2 with tax and tip usually exceeds $50. Service is friendly and the food comes out moderately quickly. You order at the cash register, they give you a number, and you find a table inside or outside and they bring your food. We like to sit outside and enjoy the weather so the ambience is pleasant. There are other restaurants in the area that are cheaper if you want to get in your car. Or, you can walk to the Polynesian cultural center where there are quite a number of food trucks and some of them serve breakfast. All trucks are open during lunch and dinner time.
