Pizzas we ordered tasted great. However, this was probably our third delivery order where something went wrong (order delayed followed by unforeseen cancellation, wrong order delivered, missing items). This time one of our three pizzas was forgotten at the store. Upon arrival, it seemed another employee had been calling the delivery driver to notify him. We appreciate that the delivery driver returned with our pizza, but the third pizza arrived as pictured. As this wasn't the first time something wrong happened to our order, it was becoming more upsetting this time around. Hopefully this doesn't occur as often for others who order from here as it has for us. Mahalo.

Came around 5pm on a Sunday night ordered a 12" pepperoni pizza and a Buffalo Chicken sandwich NO CHEESE. Order took 30 minutes and my sandwich had cheese on it so I asked them to remake it which they did quickly. Not quite enough sauce for me. My hub and loved his pizza and said it was the best dominos he's had in a while

Last minute decision to stop at Domino's Pizza during our recent weekend stay-cation at the Courtyard Marriott, We had plans to stop at Five Brothers for dinner but when we arrived after 8 pm the sign on the door states that they were closing early with no exceptions. Although Pizza Hut was right next to Five Brothers, I remember seeing Domino's when we went to Papa Ole's for lunch, I prefer Domino's over PH since they have a lot more varieties besides pizza. I noticed out in Laie, business don't stay open that late, so after checking business hours on Domino's Yelp page, we drove over. I didn't phone in my order so I placed my order at the store, waited 15 minutes and we got our food within the estimated time. Service was great, the girl who took my order was helpful with my questions. I've decided to get pizza, which is not part of the 7.99 line up. I love the 7.99 menu, which I got wings and chicken alfredo with penne pasta. When the girl asked if I wanted my order in a bread bowl, I said YES, which was even better. The 7.99 line up, with purchase of 2 or more, has better selections of pasta, sandwiches, chicken, and sides to choose from and my opinion, its is a better deal. We are happy with our orders, went back to our hotel and enjoyed our meals there. Overall, Domino's came to the rescue and last minute decision worked out.

By now, anyone who is a fan knows their food so rather than another review, some tips for securing that last taste. 1. They are in a cellular dead zone. All calls made to their number from a cell phone will fail to connect. You MUST call using a land line phone (those things plugged in the wall with physical buttons to press). BUT... 2. They do not answer their phone if they are busy helping customers. Good luck. SO... 3. Go early and order in person. Popular items like the roast pork and hamburger steak sell out by 10am. Others like the kalbi and pulehu shrot ribs by 11:30. 4. Be patient. The wait time is 45min - 1hr. It is accurate. Use the time to grab poke and drinks in neighboring Laie or Kahuku. It's all worth it. Same loaded plates. Same nostalgic taste. Same aloha delivered with a smile. One last time.

My personal favorite is the kalbi ribs. They've got that backyard BBQ taste that feels like a homecooked meal, and it's usually what I end up ordering. Simple, comforting, and it just hits. I also love grabbing food here and taking it down the street to eat at the beach. It's one of those meals that feels even better when you're eating it by the water. I just read that they may be closing soon, and if that's true, thank you for all the delicious meals over the years and wishing the team nothing but the best moving forward.

We were welcomed into the small hole-in-the-wall restaurant in a neighborhood strip mall by a young woman named Telani. Telani could not have been more excited to tell us everything there was to know about the entire menu and the history of the family who owned it. Telani was so genuinely interested in us and asked question after question that made us feel like we were celebrities that had just walked into a small town diner. Telani is the star of this story, but I want to mention that the other two employees left a positive impression as well, amazing service is clearly a culture at this restaurant. Our shake took a little longer than usual because they were accommodating a young boy with a severe peanut allergy. At the end of our meal, Telani walked over and handed us a personalized postcard that she had written to commemorate our visit! This 17-year-old medical student at BYU Hawaii just put my own customer service expectations to absolute shame. I cannot wait to get back to my hotel staff and share this story and hopefully inspire them to start writing some postcards of their own. I've just finished writing one of my own. P.S. All the food was AMAZING! We got the Shez's paniolo burger, the Sterlings teriyaki burger, the paniolo fries, the banana bread, and a vanilla shake with Nutella and Oreo. Pho Vientiane...food truck extraordinaire…read more I admit that I'm a bit of a foodie and I'm always looking for new and tasty places to eat. I have even traveled abroad in anticipation of experiencing the local cuisine. I was originally introduced to the world of phở by a Vietnamese friend a lifetime ago. I have been exploring the variations of the iconic dish ever since. My favourite restaurant in the world is Vietnamese-owned and operated, back in Canada. While visiting the Islands, I only recently had occasion to spontaneously stop and try "Pho Vientiane," a long-time frozen-in-place food truck--secreted along the Kamehameha Hwy, Hauula - on Oahu's North Shore. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of Vietnamese street food this wonderful eatery was offering. The proprietors of this humble food truck were quintessentially customer service-focused. The menu options are impressively diverse, especially considering the size of the space in which they are stored and prepared. The service was impressively expedient, and the quality and generous size of the offerings were extraordinary. I was sufficiently impressed by Pho Vientiane to offer up five stars for the authentic tastes they offer. They are every bit as addictive as those I experienced when I visited South Vietnam - back in the day.
