I stopped here on my road trip road trip to Zion National Park. We ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas for thin crust and one cheese pizza. This Domino's is right on the main area and easy to locate, parking could get little busy but you can find a parking. As you enter the store, you are greeted and provided your wait time, and you can watch your order getting ready on the screen also. Sarah at the store was running all the orders online as well as received over the phone efficiently. KUDOS to Sarah. The pizza was delivered hot, and we enjoyed both the veggie pizza and the cheese pizza. No complaints about this Domino's store meets the needs for a travel food. read more

This is the first time I've been totally disappointed!took over an hr to finally get ordered on line because of technical difficulties. I ordered at 6:33 it arrived 7:24 which was ok because it's Friday and busy, but website never updated and not notified that driver was on her way. I ordered 2 small pizzas, the Hawaiian I asked for bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce. So much better if it wou had bbq sauce. Other pizza was ok. the plain chicken wasn't crispy. This Donino's is horrible. Been a Domino's customer for over 35 years in several states. This one started off great. Great pizza, Great service but then a new manager named Summer took over. They should do a Seinfeld episode on her. Instead of the Soup N*** well you get it. We ordered pizzas tonight and asked if they deliver to us since once in the past they refused. The gentleman stated yes they did and took our order. This was at 636pm. At 735 pm I called back to check on the order. Was told there was no order in the system for us. Nada, Nothing. So we verified our address again, placed our order and waited among her hour. We called back and asked for the manager. She said she was the manager and her name is Summer. I remembered her from months ago. She was very rude to me. She says they don't deliver to our address even though they have dozens of times. She said she tried to call us. What a lie. Our phone works great and no one has attempted to call us. Summer is a terrible representation of Dominos. Once the order we placed was in the system is was made. So that means she has tossed two complete orders in the trash rather than deliver them to an address they have delivered to so many times and we tips really really well. Also the second exact same order was $4 more than the first with no explanation. Okay, we accepted that. So we would have driven the 5.5 miles to the store if they stated they would not deliver but both times they said yes. Now we waited over two hours and no pizza. I wouldn't trust now getting from a store manager by a horrible customer service manager such as Summer. The owner of this Domino's needs to replace Summer with someone who gives a sh*t and actually caress about their long time customers. If they tell a customer that they will deliver to an address. Not once, but twice. They should do so. PERIOD. Especially to to customer they have delivered to for years. Maybe it's time my friends and I open a Pizza delivery that actually cares for it's customers. This town is very limited and growing very fast. This is a second time this has happened I called to order one of their pizzas give them my name spell my name four times . They tell me it'll be ready and 40 minutes this is at 6:00 p.m. I get over there at 6:45 p.m. and I can't even see my name on their board the pizza had not even been ordered . The person that took my order over the phone was helping me and did not seem to know what was going on as usual . For me, pizza isn't pizza without anchovies so I was thrilled to learn that my local Domino's in Hurricane Utah could deliver my favorite sausage, black olive, and anchovies pizza! I swore off fast food chains since 2015, but after an 11h hike at Zion on Labor Day and getting back to the hotel in Hurricane, UT late, our options were limited. I placed our order for a large pizza with chicken, sausages, mushrooms, and red peppers on the website and hopped in the shower, checked my phone and it said my pizza was ready. When I get there I cringed as I watched a pincher bug scramble across the counter top and the cashier did nothing to try to get the bug. Then when I give him my name, he tells me that they did not have the chicken topping and that they had called to try to inform me. I had no messages or missed calls on my phone. So I asked for a price adjustment, but they said it was the same price with or without the chicken. At this point I was too tired to argue so I grabbed the pizza and left. Needless to say, it was an exceptionally disappointing experience and I'll definitely steer clear of those fast food chains for awhile again. read more

Very, VERY slow and poor service. The Dominoes tracker said my order was ready at 6:31, I went into the store at 6:33 and was informed that the pizza was still being worked on. When the pizza finally finished 12 minutes later, the person on the register left the register to take a phone call before ringing me up, so that took an extra couple of minutes. Don't make your customers wait longer than they expect--I understand that it gets busy, but I shouldn't go to the store thinking I'm ready to pick up and sit around for 15-20 minutes. Customers in the store should be the main priority, don't leave me to help someone that's calling AFTER your started helping me. read more

Very disappointed in my most recent experience with dominos. Personally I am not a huge fan due to past bad experiences before (with other locations). I decided to give this location a chance. we ordered loaded cheddar bacon tots and the special spinach feta pizza. our tots came without bacon, and without the sauce drizzle, so just had cheese. the cheese was burned unfortunately. I thought the special spinach feta pizza came as pictured with thin crust, but unfortunately it was hand tossed. I called the store to explain the issues and request a refund for the messed up items. I explained to the first worker and he passed the phone to his manager, who asked me again what was wrong, I explained again nicely, then I was passed a third time to someone else and asked again what was wrong. It was getting a little old repeating myself. the final person I spoke with told me it was me who ordered incorrect on the pizza. he didn't really apologize for the tots. my boyfriend got frustrated and took over again just asking for a refund. we even said we would forgive the pizza but still wanted refund for the tots.we were told we could come in to get new tots. (this was a delivery, I cannot go get more myself). we didn't want credits because I do not want to purchase from dominos again. we were told to be nicer and then the worker hung up. I will never be purchasing from any dominos location. this store in specific was the worst experience of all. read more

Domino's was just what we needed after a long day of driving and exploring Zion National Park. Hurricane, the town Domino's is in, is the closest town outside the park with food options, gas and basically civilization. You will pass it entering and exiting the park. We love their thin crust but only when it's served piping hot and we can dig right in. Though this is only possible where there are sit down locations. While I would call this location a carry out establishment, they did have two tables for those that wanted to eat on site. There is no service though, it is merely for sitting down. Our pizza was ready in under 15 minutes and we were even offered a coupon that allowed us to get unlimited toppings, woot! We quite literally gobbled it down! Fast, fresh and most importantly easy, would highly recommend a stop when all the other options (because there are so few) are closed! read more

Good for: ordering in, movie nights at home, lazy nights when you don't want to cook/clean, hungry hungry hippos Overall verdict: Gotta admit I was shocked by this Dominos. Never seen my pizza order go through online this quickly and get made so fast. Very impressed with their generosity on the BBQ sauce too. I have had problems at this location before and decided to give them another try. I was wrong. We asked for a "well done" bake and they COMPLETELY BURNT IT (charcoal level). Went back to exchange it and the Manager (lady) was so rude and blamed it on us. The entire time she was also texting on her phone. She finally said they would make a new one and when we asked what to do with our boxed pizza (she ripped off the label) she replied "throw it in the dumpster...I don't Care". This is my go to place for pizza. It's always hot and always exactly the way I requested it. Today I tried something different, the cinnamon bread twists. They were horrible. Eight pieces of hard dough over cooked and all the cinnamon and butter laying on a paper in the bottom of the box. There was no spreading it back on. We chucked these and luckily I had some cookies for desert. If you want a pizza this is the place but for dessert stop at Lins and get it there. read more

I generally would not be disappointed, but the order tracker includes a step that says "quality checker" which is supposed to make sure your order is "perfect". If you are going to advertise a product that includes a step like this, I (the customer) expect to have my order "perfect" when it arrives. After a very long day and not having anything to eat all day, we decided to go to Domino's to pick up a pizza and wings which we thought would be a quick and easy meal. We were fooled! We watched the order tracker and noticed that after the quality check was done so was our pizza. We sat there for a few more minutes but still no pizza. I finally went to the counter to check on where my order was and was told by Tamara that it was still in the oven!
