I've never had a problem with this store. I live nearby so I always do carry out. The employees are always very kind and on top of things. The pizza is also great quality. My only complaint is that because I live so close, those on break are sometimes a little loud at the later hours, but I do understand it's break time. Really a great place to get some grub, and there's usually wonderful coupons except for gluten free. I have another minor complaint. Our tenant parking keeps getting completely filled by employees and customers. I know parking in the area is limited, but sometimes tenants aren't even able to park in our spots. read more

we ordered 2 pizzas and 1 spicy buffalo wings, the driver delivered the 2 pizzas, i ran back after noticing the wings were missing, the fat ass guy said it was with the pizza, i went back it wasn't there, when i walked out the door he drove off FAST, called the store, some guy with braincells resembling a gummy bear, "hold up im giving him too much credit" anyways, he said there were only "2 pizzas" Maybe Next time i'll record the call, then get the usual wrong Order, and file for Risk Management and put there business down just like dickeys BBQ, horrible service and horrible food. read more

I absolutely approve of the "contactless" delivery. However, if the driver doesn't knock or ring the doorbell, how are you supposed to know when it arrives? I pulled in two icy pizzas. Thanks for nothing. Literally wasted $30. I tried to cancel the driver's tip, but it was too late. read more

Never delivered my pizza delivered it to the wrong house the guy on the phone just hung up on me when I asked for my money back.

Today I had a pretty large order from them and two different ways of payment. The first order was done on the debit card and the second was cash. The deliver guy took the money out of my hand and walked off before I could even ask for change. Then when opening our bread sticks there were no marinaras and cinnamon twist had no icing. Very disappointed with the customer service this store provided when calling and explaining the issue. read more

Probably the worst Domino's I've ever been to in the United States. I ordered wings from there about 2 weeks ago and they never even showed up and I got charged. They didn't care or refund me. I also got a coupon for a free medium pizza a ordered it and they refused to give it to me and denied that I ever made a order. Definitely would like to see some better quality come out of them. read more

It was very weird walking up to the counter as the guy stared at us like we were idiots. Me and my friend ordered our food. My brownie took a while and was way undercooked. It made me very angry how one worker was supposedly watching the TV above my table but was looking straight at my face every time I looked up. I do not at all appreciate being made uncomfortable. It is unacceptable not feeling comfortable in a public place and I will not have it. I won't be going back again. read more

I just ordered a 40 pc. hot "buffalo" (it wasn't remotely buffalo) from domino's. The wings were extremely fatty, likely undercooked, and just tasted terrible. It's been a long time since I've ordered from Domino's Pizza. Broke down and got a medium pizza and a marbled brownie. order was prompt delivered by a courteous driver. I'm under the impression that 90% or more of the employees are college educated or currently a student. That being said, one ore more of them need to learn how to read, and interpret instructions when completing customer orders. Called the store- no manager available. The chicken Alfredo on top was hard. And I ordered and paid for 2 marinara sauces with my breadsticks and got none! This is the second time I have ordered from this store and has been less an adequite food! I don't think I will be ordering from here again. i ordered two small pizzas tonight, one was a Hawaiian and the other was a Philly cheese steak both we suppose to be thin crust but showed up as deep crust and $10.99 each with a delivery charge of $2.70 which would make it a total of $24.68. We was told there would be an additional charge$9.02 for being small pizzas. This is the second time I have been mislead by your stores. We usually have a home delivered pizza once a month, witch is no big deal to you, but it is when we are a fixed income. The Hawaiian pizza had very few pineapple pieces on it but was covered with red peppers and the Philly pizza had very steak on it but was covered with green peppers. Like I said this is the second time I feel we wasted our money, and it will most likely be my last. read more

Went to pick up my to go order and unfortunately there was a mess up with the computer system, but Lloyd the manager was great in getting my order re-entered and even threw in some delicious lava cakes on the house. Have you ever heard the f-bomb dropped by an employee while waiting for an order? He didn't fall and hurt himself, just said it casually...and loudly. It's Domino's. Most people never even go in and instead choose delivery or takeout. Well, I went in. I waited the 15 min it took for my pizza to be made inside. Holy crap these employees were loud. Makes sense, they're talking over the sound of all the things going on in the kitchen. But this one guy was so freaking whiny and annoying that i couldn't even block him out. I happen to know that the manager on duty was there because someone asked if they were hiring when i had first gotten there. Look, they did their job, i got my pizza, etc. But it is borderline unacceptable imo for employees to be this annoying. Yes, annoying. They didn't go out of their way to offend me and weren't even rude; just FREAKING annoying. I'm a 27 year old guy and idgaf if people curse in front of me but come on. read more
