This is the worst Domino's Pizza location imaginable. It took them more than two hours to make a nine minute drive. When the driver arrived and I mentioned the two hour wait he said you've got to forgive us. I'm not in a forgiving mood after two hours of waiting. Super friendly delivery driver (Carly) and super friendly person taking orders over the phone (missed her name). The website was not working but it was nice to call in and speak to a happy staff member. Deals were great, food was hot, delivery was quick. Dominoes always strives for satisfaction. Deliverers and cooks don't leave you guessing. If anything ever goes wrong they will stop everything they're doing, apologize, and fix it. There food is too greasy and it is not fresh and I had a food allergy and they did nothing about it and they did not change their gloves or wash the stations down it was touching the food allergy when I told them I was allergic to tomatoes they just looked at me and starting to laugh. Placed an online order through their app, received a call stating they don't deliver past 5 miles.. I stated the address is less than 2 miles away. The woman said she didn't know why systems says they can't deliver and she will do it this once and then consult a manager... I stated I had ordered from their many times over the last year and what had changed ? The woman stated may be the delivery area changed or her system, I said ok just trying figure out the delivery area. She stated don't worry I'm making your pizza, Ok Honey(sarcastic). She then mentioned there are only two of them and it would be a while before delivery would happen. Once the drive made it to my place of business he parked in the middle of the street and wouldn't pull into the parking lot. I stated plainly white car in parking lot on your right when you get to business( I was parked alone). I then got a call asking where I was and I stated in front of you by white car.. he pulls up and parks again in the middle of the road where he could have been hit by a car.. I asked could he please pull forward into the lot so he or his car isn't hit and he said write me a ticket and throws pizza at me to catch and drives off. Did not receive my delivery order. I waited for two hours, attempted to call the store 10+ times and couldn't get anyone to answer. Their pizza tracker showed 'complete' and no delivery details. It was late one night and feeling kinda funky, I guess because me and the crew were drinking brass monkey. This place is hit or miss. I just cancelled my order because they failed to deliver in the said time. I placed my order online @ 5:10. The confirmation said delivery time would take 22-25 mins. Lets just say 1 hour and 15 mins later i was still hungry. I called to see what happened and was told it would be there shortly. A few mins later i get a call from the driver that he had finally arrived around 6:30. He was asking for the gate code was i clearly put in my order instructions. I kindly told him to i didn't want it anymore. I'll be damn if i pay for a cold pizza. Especially since i'm only about 5 miles from the place. Like i said, they're hit or miss. It's been too many times they've had to remake orders because i sent it back cause it was wrong. I think it's time i discontinue my business here. Carry out or delivery only. It's Domino's. Place is clean and the staff is friendly. Be forewarned that if you are picking it up late at night, doors will be locked so you'll have to knock on the window to get someone to let you in. Wish the parking was better lit at night. read more

2 and a half hours and I still haven't gotten my pizza. The location is 1.5 miles away. I called this place an hour after my order was to have supposed to been sent out to make sure my info was correct and I was told it was on the way and everything was fine. Then An hour after that i still had no pizza so I decided to call again and I was told I didn't put the apartment address in (which I did) and that they canceled the order. I told the guy he could look into the call logs (I use to work for a different dominos in a different state so I know the systems) to verify that I had called. I was offered no credit and basically was told it was my fault. Seriously bad customer service and lack of communication. read more

I love the reorder on line feature; I can get a reorder in minutes and no Hassle! The service is great; never more than 30 minutes order to door time!
