I have to agree with one reviewer.... I'm not understanding the low rating. We're in Northern NJ. Obviously if you want a solid pizza, you're not going to a chain. You're going because they have something they you are craving. That's exactly what to place for me. I ordered online and it went very smooth. I'm talking to the point you can see where the delivery car is on their site. It's quite cool to watch. I got the feta and spinach cheesy bread and boneless chicken. I'll get the negative out of the way. Yeah, the chicken is the equivalent of a bag of frozen weaver chicken you get from the supermarket. It's a quick lunch with a BBQ sauce dip. That was kind of rough. The cheesy bread is SOOOOO good. I haven't had any but the spinach and feta. And it's covered in cheddar cheese. I believe there's like 8 pieces. It's greasy, you can taste the feta and the cheddar is gooey. Delivery is contact less. You put where you want it left when ordering. I got it while at work and the delivery guy poked his head in to let me know he was leaving it. I never had their pizza, but the cheesy bread hits the spot for lunch. We've been avoiding Dominoes for 20 years or so, but gave them a shot with their recent $8 3-topping deal. We're happy we did. Excellent pizzas with excellent crust varieties. Their new sauces are delicious. We usually get a mix of crusts...the New York style, the regular hand tossed and the thin crust. Each one is great in it's own way. Our favourite topping is shredded Asiago cheese as it adds a nice salty flavour. We also get sausage and extra jalapenos. The service at the Midland park location is very nice. The food itself was good but I didn't get any of the sauce that came with the cheesy bread OR the sauce i paid extra for. When I called they offered no resolution to the situation and I know it was only a few extra bucks for the sauce, but it is something that I paid for and didn't receive which was really upsetting. After the second of two miserable experiences with the store, I am compelled to write a review. A couple of months back, I used their mobile app to place an order for pick up. Upon my arrival at the store approximately 20 minutes later, I discovered that no one was present in the store. Literally not a single employee in the store. This was about 6 o'clock on a weekday afternoon. No one had made the food, several orders waiting on their order queue. A bit bewildered, I waited about four minutes before an employee arrived and entered through the back door. She did not acknowledge my presence or take any action to help me. I ended up leaving, calling the store, and canceling the order. Tonight, I decided to give the store a second chance by ordering delivery. The tracker feature of their app informed me that the food was all ready to go and checked at 6:39. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. At 7:06, after spending four minutes on hold, I was informed that the delivery guy had not gotten back yet. My food had been sitting for almost half an hour at this point. Once again, I cancel the order. Since this isn't baseball, I'm going to call them out at two strikes instead of three. I will not order from this store ever again, and would highly recommend that people stay away, so that either this store will vacate and make room for a better business or the management can get its act together. read more

2 stars, "Meh, I had better." Some days you find one guy behind the counter and running the place himself. Other days five people running around and bumping each other in chaos. Angry customers are a regular occurrence here with our Domino apps saying our pizzas were ready for pick up, yet we are still waiting there for nearly 30 minutes to an hour later. On a few occasions I found my pizza to be sitting on the shelf even before I arrive and even asking to see if that particular pizza was mine, being told no, but after a serious amount of time going by and inquiring about my pizza, turns out that pizza was mine. Another incident occurred where the delivery guy took my pizza from the shelf, drove away, and eventually returned it. If I was there, gave my name and order, why was it on the shelf just waiting only to be taken away by the delivery guy? Don't they honor the 1 hour or your pizza is free rule? Guess that does not apply to pick ups. I got stories on end, and a new one every 3 out of 5 times I order pick up from here. Saving grace is my order has yet to be wrong, and I have yet to be poisoned. read more

I sent complaint report on the app last time but never heard back from them. I am infuriated. I called dominos to order food and we canceled the order because they don't deliver. Then we decided to pick it up so we called again and they hung up on us. We called multiple times and they hung up on us. We had many people trying to call and still nothing. The customer service is ridiculous and I've never seen such awful service. I'm beyond mad. I've ordered from this place a couple of times and both times I couldn't help but notice the rather haphazard way the toppings were placed on the pizza (as in, a whole bunch of them in certain slices and almost none on a few). It's as if the worker throws the toppings in the air, thinking, "they'll land SOMEWHERE on the pizza." AND it seems that they give fewer quantity of the ordered toppings. The place is obviously brand new so it is clean and all that, but who cares? Nobody cares for ambiance when going for food pick-up. Wow, where to start. Placed an order for a pizza and cheesy bread at 11:45pm. Was promised delivery in 33-43 minutes. My pizza had left the store at 12:27am (tracking feature is pretty cool). 12:45am rolls around and still no pizza. So we give Vernon "the store manager" a call to see what the scoop is to find out our pizza is among others that are currently being delivered. Fair enough, we ask for an accurate time of delivery and he promises he will contact the driver and call back. Well another 45 minutes go by (1:30AM) and good ol' Vernon doesn't call with an update on the delivery (shocker). We call Vernon back and get the same response that the driver is out on multiple deliveries and she may have not been able to find us. May not have been able to find us.... Its called a GPS or call and i'll direct you the 5 minutes it takes to get from your store to my house. Eventually at 1:45 AM, 2 hours after the initial order was placed our pizza and cheesy bread arrives, ICE COLD. I will never order from this location again.
