Pizza was hot, fresh and delivered incredibly quickly! I've never ordered from this location so I was expecting a mediocre pizza (especially for ordering at 930 on a Monday), but it was great, and the delivery guy (Henry? Hector?) was nice as well. I walked in and made a carry out order for Regular cheesy bread with light jalapenos. When I got my bread and finally opened it to eat it I was extremely confused. First off there was bacon, and a lot of it all over the top of the bread. I can understand where the guy taking the order may have gotten confused. But he should have asked if he was.. When Domino's left Monroe, there were few options left to consider. When they returned I was glad to hear they were back. Now after trying different pizzas over a considerable amount of time since their return, I wish they would go. Something about the Sauce isn't right, it's too bland and almost tasteless. Also they skim on cheese and their "delivery charge" is atrocious. What goes into the cost of "delivery charge". I don't understand what is going on here but this Domino's is terrible. I've had multiple problems with this dominoes, starting with getting my order wrong multiple times. I can say I have just ordered from there for the last time. My husband and I really enjoy EXTRA, EXTRA sauce on our pizza and I have gotten pizzas that have had light sauce multiple times. Today, I ordered the same order I always do I noticed my bread bites didn't have the marinara that they ALWAYS do. So, I went in and told them it was missing after explaining to the worker that it has always been in there I was just told it would be 50 cents. After I just spent $22 bucks (not including the tip) I'm not going to pay additional money on something that has always been included. Bad customer service all around. If the pizza wasn't good I would have stopped going a while ago, but this was the final straw. Btw just got home and the sauce is wrong again!!!! read more

they deliver to my house a few times a week and usually they're really good but tonight they managed to mess up my order but i didnt really care because the delivery boy was pretty hot but as i sit in my room trying to eat away the feelings i found myself getting a dry mouth bc my pasta wasn't saucy enough and the meat was dry but it's ok because the pasta was about as dry as my phone and i'm used to that.. the noddles were also a tad under cooked and hard but i didn't mind because that's the first time anything hard has been in my mouth for a good 6 months so it was a nice touch anyway i gotta love this place they are always able to hook me up even at midnight when i listen to britney spears and cry in the shower.. im just hoping that one of them will write their therapists number on my receipt.. it would be well appreciated read more

Positives: Super fast delivery time, orders have been accurate (except for total rip off on boneless chicken..see below in negatives), coupon prices are great, pizza has been great. Negative: Online order tracking does not work like it should. I can see when I placed the order and it's in process, but after that...left in the dark when it's supposed to track baking, out for delivery etc.. The 8 piece boneless chicken was a joke. 3 of the pieces were like crumbs and for the $5.99 "special" it was literally like 2 or 3 bites of food...total joke. read more

I called long-distance to this Dominos to order a pizza for my husband's cousin's birthday. He has an odd sense of humor which we try to honor on his birthdays by sending him random things; last year it was a Honeybaked Ham that sat on his porch for 3 days. (He still ate it.) This year we decided we wanted to send him a pizza with the pepperoni arranged in the shape of a phallus. The person I spoke with (Michelle, who is new, and was hesitant to do this as she understandably did not want to get in trouble for putting pepperoni in the shape of a dick on a pizza), but agreed to do it if I was willing to leave a review online explaining that I did indeed ask for this! Dumb cousin was at a Mariner's game so we ended up asking the wonderful folks at Domino's to deliver the pizza, cold, to a bar he was going to hit with his friends 6 hours later. This bar looks seedy as hell, so I applaud the courage and professionalism of the Dominos crew. Next year we'll just send him a tub of KY Jelly and a box of Kleenex to celebrate. This pizza was the most spectacular surprise I've ever received. I ordered a pineapple pepperoni pizza. YES I PUT PINEAPPLE ON MY PIZZA. Anyways, it was the most perfect fluffy, cheesy, chewy, delectable treat I've ever had. OH MY GOD I ORDERED THE COOKIE BROWNIE TOO! Twas also SUPERB. Anyways, best pizza ever. 5 stars. We love Dominos Monroe! Have lived here 17+ years and it is our in town "go to" pizza place. I have never had a problem. Just wish their delivery driver "Tiffany" was still there! I have eaten dominos pizza for years at 5 to 6 dominos around the state. Monroe dominos is by far the worst one. just no TLC in the making of there pizzas. have given them 5 tries now just in case it was due to circumstance. must be management and training. they just don't seem to care about the product there producing. time to find a new pizza joint. read more

As good as a disgusting greasy pizza restaurant can be. Delivery is on time, pizza is decent, and the company has creative ways to order.

Been using Domino's in Monroe for about 10 years or more. We use them when we haven't got time to cook due to work time, usually late in the evenings. In the last 5 years, their service and products have deteriorated steadily downhill. Tonight was no exception. We ordered 3 items and 2 of them, a sandwich and chicken hot wings, were wrong. The manager was called and she sent out the correct sandwich, received a half hour later. The hot wings weren't hot wings but plain chicken wings and no sauce. The first sandwich was a completely different one than ordered and didn't even match the box. Online delivery time said 24-34 minutes and it was 40 minutes. Some of the deliveries have been up to an hour, and more than one time, things have been forgotten. Food is usually lukewarm to cold, even the pizzas. Order extra toppings at a dollar extra on sandwiches and they do not include any extra toppings usually. In some cases the sandwiches haven't included the actual items it is supposed to include. We have even had them call us to tell us they are out of specific meats so we have to get something else. We're looking for someone else that might be at least responsible enough to check what they are sending out on delivery. This Domino's is no longer on our list. read more

so I order the cheesy bread tonight!! it was great no complaints, even remembered my sauce, which is a first but it all went wrong with the delivery driver. this guy either needs to get fired or taught how to do his job right. it was so bad I was about to call the police on this guy. first he comes to my door and hands my stuff which is fine then I ask if I have to sign the receipt and says oops I forgot it, then he randomly fines some piece of paper and tells me to sign that. I ask for his pen and he doesn't have one. Day One: Delivery driver school: always carry a pen... so I go into my house to find a pen come out side and he is playing with the gate on my porch. I sign the paper because I need to get this creep out of my life. I turn around to look out my window and he is standing at my car looking through the passenger side window for a good 2 minutes. So if a driver with long hair down to butt comes to your door keep an eye on him. I feel like he was looking in my car for stuff to steal later in the night. yes I did call the manager and complain and all they said is they will talk this guy. thanks dominos... when he steals my car you better be paying for more then a pizza. read more
