Nothing but buffalo sauce on one side (seriously, that's just sauce on bread). Why?

Wow, BELIEVE the bad reviews! TL;DR: awful customer service, even worse pizza. This is bad even for a Dominos. I came here a few weeks ago and ordered a couple pizzas, one was to be half plain cheese, half buffalo. I ordered through the website, the picture and text confirmed what I was ordering, and I went to pick it up. I wasn't sure about whether I was allowed in or not, so I tried to call and got put on hold by a guy for over 5 minutes before I just figured ok, I'll approach the door anyway and see if it's alright. I got in and there was no one around, waited a few minutes for someone and a young woman came out, I told her my name and she said it would be another 5 minutes. No big deal, they probably got a lot of orders at 2 pm on a Monday, right? Hm. So I waited. And waited. And waited. She seemed like she was alone so I felt bad for her, but remembered a guy answered the phone, and wondered where he was. Meanwhile this entire time she is on her Bluetooth having a conversation with a friend, which to me is unprofessional while at work, but whatever. Finally after 20 minutes - literally 20 minutes - after my order was supposed to be ready (and 15 of me standing inside the restaurant with only one other customer coming in), the 2 pizzas were ready to go and I got ready to bring them home. Something told me to check out the order though to make sure it was right, and the half-cheese/half-buffalo one was (see picture) unreal. One half had cheese and chicken, the other half had just buffalo sauce on the bread. No pizza sauce, no cheese, just buffalo sauce, on the bread. And the buffalo side had none at all. I brought it back in to get it cleared up and the girl laughed and said "Oh yeah, I thought it was weird, but the app must have screwed it up." Well, if you thought it was weird, why not ask me and confirm since I was standing RIGHT THERE? I told her I didn't use the app to order, I used my PC at home. She showed me the label on the side which showed everything as I had ordered it, which I mentioned, but she said, "No, this part said it was supposed to be on the left side," which, uh, it did not, everything was listed as I had ordered it. But I didn't want to be a jerk and argue and she offered to remake it, so no harm, right? I get the pizza, go home, and realize the other pizza I had ordered (with veggies and sausage) was missing mushrooms and had ham on it. I didn't notice at the store so that was my fault a bit but really, maybe if she had been focusing on work and not the phone conversation she was having, she wouldn't have messed up both the pizzas. To add insult to injury, it still tasted awful (undercooked crust on both, barely any veggies, sauce tasted like nothing but cayenne pepper and rancid tomatoes) and we ended up just tossing it when we couldn't fix it up after baking it longer and trying to add stuff. Just a rotten overall experience and I'm sorry I didn't listen to the Yelp reviews.

It is…read moreattached to a spa, which is really cool but unfortunately we have not had time to try it out. Our party of 5 adults and 1 baby came for brunch. The service and drinks were ok. The food as very good. The Chicken Cranberry Croissant (toasted croissant with pulled chicken and cranberry salad with arugula salad) was our favorite. I've come back while driving through just for that chicken sandwich. Unfortunately we were traveling with it and I asked them to separate all the items for us and they did not. Would have been nice to reconstruct it ourselves and not have a soggy sandwich when we got to our destination. Much better to eat immediately so make sure you do that. I would have to say space is limited and the placement of the furniture makes it hard to dine in. It was very interesting because there were parties smaller than us and they all seemed cramped as well. We sat at the corner table right when you walk in on the left, we all had to sit on the bench because the circular table in the middle of the space blocked us from sitting on the other side of our table. It was very awkward because it was hard for our party to get out and the other table was full and wasn't being helpful by scooching a bit haha. I would recommend the food here but only if you're in a small party and looking for a quick bite.

It is a unique; concept that I never imagined the food to be delicious, and honestly didn't know what to expect, as my first impression was it was mainly for kids; until I read the omlet review. Needing a place for an early dinner, after stopping at Walmart and Cambelback Resort, to do the mountain coaster...on went my YELP search for local places. Pocono Rocks& Little Rock Cafe, received higher ratings and something important, when your a YELP Elite a long time . The ambiance was overall welcoming, not noisy at all with the kids inflatables, and rock climbing next to cafe..Keep in mind, I was there this past Sunday after 4 pm. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and in my opinion went above and beyond. The cafe side had cute, charsmatic signs, by the front area , near the register. Later, found out the story with there meaning, from chatting with the owner. Farm to fresh, everything made from scratch, food and bake goods. I ordered the 3 egg omlet, your choice of meat and veggies, came with home fries and toast. To go, I ordered the pierogi's; little different then I'm used too, as I am Polish. They even had a full size kitchen, where the omlet was one of the best. These pierogi's had cheddar cheese onion and green pepper. They were still filling and tasty, and decent size.Overall, yet another memorable, delicious experience for me supporting a local business. I'm sure it can get busy at times with mix of parties, kids and the cafe. Step out of the ordinary cafe, dining experience, and do stop in; you won't be sorry. The owner was a pleasure to chat with, and would stop back in ,when in town for food again. Don't let a cafe/ bounce/ rock climbing space; deter your decision , to stop in and check out the food and space in general .

(The ducks game is bonkers! You'll leave with 15 ducks. It was the most generous claw game I've ever experienced.) The space isn't frilly. There are folding tables and chairs throughout to drop your stuff or have some food. It's neat to have the kitchen and cafe such a part of the experience, too. I could see spending even more time here with my family. Crossing the street is tough. Try to park on the side of the facility.
