I understand that I made a mistake with my online order, but the way they handled it showed they could care less about any future order I would have made. When I saw the "no sauce" button I thought it was asking about a side dipping cup. When I took a bite it was the driest pizza I ever tasted. When I called and told them it didn't have any sauce, they said I was the one who punched the button and basically "tough luck". I wouldn't recommend this Domino's unless you want your order messed up. Ive had 3 orders in a row arrive at my door with something wrong. I've left comments on the website with no response. I shouldve quit when I was ahead but I'm in college and Domino's is nearby. My mistake. I've had chicken left out of my pasta, recieved a burnt cookie brownie, and been charged for an extra sauce (that I never recieved) to put on wings that were soggy and mostly fat. Ordered a large pizza with pep/cheese, and onion. The guy took my cc number then said there was a $3.00 balance which I did not understand. He re-figured it and I was under the impression he ran the card again. Pizza showed up and the driver informed me it was not paid for. I explained what happened and he was going to go back and check. Meanwhile I checked the online banking and saw where they debited the checking then refunded it but did not re-run the credit card. I called back and spoke to a female who said she was the manager. I explained all this and told her I really felt after all this they could just give us the pizza which is what I thought she did. I went to check the online banking again and see where they charged the full amount with delivery charge. I will Never deal with these people again. Period. read more

Nobody answered the phone so I hung up and called right back and then what I believe was a manager answered and said sorry we don't have any drivers. I would give zero stars if I could. I have not had Dominos after moving to Knox county six months ago so decided to give it a try. Massive mistake. Ordered online and was there five mins later knowing it wouldn't be ready but didn't think it should take too long (I worked at dominos and know the process of ordering) I was told it would be about ten more mins. Sounded about right so I went out to my car and about 8 mins later went back in to wait inside. 30 mins have passed and with 14 people working you would THINK someone would acknowledge that I'm standing there but they were too busy throwing pizza pans on the floor cussing yelling or on their phones. I finally gave someone my name not once but four times and they still could not find my order. (Which I had paid for 30 mins earlier.) Finally someone looks in the warmer and yep. There it is, cold of course and all I got was I'm sorry. Yea well so am I because I will not return and will be filing a formal complaint what a sorry shithole it is. $25 for cold food that I picked up so it wasn't like it was delivered. wow. I bet Domino's really wish Yelp had not asked me how my experience was a Domino's the other day. My experience the other day was my wife and I ordered the pizza 2 hours early we got there we waited for 20 minutes and we were asked her name five different times by a very rude and inconsiderate woman named Molly it wasn't until she clearly saw we were upset that she changed her attitude after I had asked her name the pizza we received was literally cold the cheese on it head already tightened back up on my pizza the wife's pizza was a thin crust and it was soggy on the bottom from we're at one time it was actually a hot pizza unfortunately we never knew that after they had tried making us pay for it the second time we told them that it was already paid for and none of this would have been so bad if for one she hadn't been so rude and two we actually saw her looking for pizza instead of hugging everyone else behind the counter making some kind of a joke out of our rush. Although Domino's has decent food, this particular shop has been terrible for me. Many of the employees are good people, but they make mistakes with orders. And if you should be unfortunate enough to order in the evening and try to get the night manager to make good on an incorrect order, good luck to you. The manager I dealt with was unbelievably rude. Domino's has *the best* online ordering experience, hand's down. Don't believe me? Try the other guys web sites! Always fast, always punctual, and always consistently GOOD. We order twice a week sometimes because the deals are so good, and we don't have to wonder what the food will be like. Every once in a while we stray away to try something different and we always come back to out local Domino's. I know not everybody has the same experiences that we have had with this chain, but the Mt Vernon Domino's is *outstanding*!! read more

We placed our order in the Drive-Thru window late at night and server 7186 was so nice and friendly. She helped us to take advantage of the best discounts for what we wanted. It only took about 15 minutes to get our order completed. Everything was correct and very good, would definitely eat here again. read more

The restaurant is located in the middle of town, so the drive (or delivery wait) isn't too long. I've never had an issue with orders taking a lengthy period of time to be made, but one problem with this particular store is the bubbles. Sometimes their pizzas contain lots and lots and LOTS of bubbles, which effectively ruins the pizza. This doesn't happen often, but it does happen. Usually a quick phone call and the problem is solved with either a free credit, or another pizza sent out. Customer service here is excellent. I've lived here for nearing a decade now, and I'd say out of 100 pizzas ordered, maybe 20 had excessive bubbles. This usually only happens with their Large pizzas, and never with their Pan. I imagine it's the difference in crust that causes this. Whatever the case, when you receive a pizza done well, it's really done well. 5 stars for quality, but I have to take one away because of the bubbles. read more
