Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - first pizza is regular tomato sauce with bacon and pepperoni on one side and Italian sausage and Philly steak on the other. Second pizza is a garlic parmesan sauce with mushroom and chicken on one side and spinach and sausage on the other. Both pizzas were cooked well but on the greasy side as it soaked through the bottom of the box. Well sauced and good number of topping. The garlic sauce at this place is extremely garlicky so it's great! Most of this team is awesome!! They make better pizza than the other Dominos stores, not sure why, but it just tastes better here. I drive all the way from Lacey for them, it's that much better. My only complaint is they say "the rules" don't let them mix sauces, which is not true. The red sauce & garlic sauce on top of each other together are AMAZINGLY good! The website says it's "at staff's discretion if they are willing to do it", to add another sauce on top of another. This is disappointing that it depends on the staff person. I would buy pizza every week if they would let me pay extra for a 2nd sauce (in addition to other sauce, not just on one side of pizza). So that's the only reason I don't give 5 stars. And a big thank you to the friendly staff people in the past who were willing to do this special request, as it was amazingly good those couple times. I like Domino's Pizza! Yep. And that is from a guy who lived in NYC and knows better. Is it NYC quality? No. But outside of the city, what few pizzas are??? The is a good pizza, chewy dough and crust (I order Brooklyn style) and very flavorful sauce/toppings. The service is quite prompt (I'm a walk in) with the pizza made to order. Let me preface this review by first stating that normally this location is a 5/5. My family and I have visited this location many, many times for many years. They've always took care of us if there were an issue, and have been speedy, accurate, and polite throughout our visits. Now, onto the issue and the reason for leaving 1/5 stars. I went inside to pickup my order, and per my usual, I declined to sign the credit card receipt. Reason why is A. I don't like to touch a community pen during these times and B. I pay through PayPal, so I don't feel the need for a required signature. They have always been ok with me not needing to sign, and the usual manager on duty (not manager of the store, but usual shift leader) never has had any problems with me doing so. He's actually a very nice fellow who is usually always there; at least when I've visited. However, this time, when I declined.. it was a different story. This gentleman felt the need to act bewildered by my declining to sign, and even followed it up with a snark, and shaking his head as he said 'ok.. well. There ya go.' And skid the pizzas towards me while looking very upset. I asked if he was mad that I wouldn't sign his receipt. He said no. I said you're shaking your head and looking quite upset so it definitely appears that way. He starts laughing. I ask what he's laughing about and that it's quite rude to laugh at customers. He laughs even more. I get quite upset at being seemingly trolled by an employee of a restaurant that I frequent and I loudly proclaim that what he's doing is not ok. He laughs more, like it's a huge joke. He then says it seems like you're the one who's mad, now. Like, what? This is 100% trolling. I asked his name, and he said Josh or John, I said John? To verify, and he said yeah, sure? John (so I'm thinking it was Josh with that reply). I asked for the regional managers information, and he just laughed. I was absolutely upset at this point with the employee, and the manager on duty, whom was getting pizzas out of the oven during all of this, heard the commotion and said he'd be right over. I told him it's absolutely not ok for his employees to be laughing at their customers, trolling them, or talking back; all of which was just done. Another employee who had returned to the storefront took Josh to the back of the store while The manager on duty talked to me. He did his best to calm me down, by giving me the regional manager's information. It was on a picture over in a wall. I got it. Thanked him for being polite, and for always being polite and helpful whenever I've ever come in. I told him I have never had an issue with anything or anyone from the store, but what that kid did and how he treated me was definitely far from ok. He said he understood and agreed and would talk to him and the manager of the store. I said great, but I was still calling the regional manager, as this needed further addressing. I left the store and called right when I drove him. The regional manager, Mike Lewis, answered his phone. I informed him of the situation, and explained the above, in its entirety. Mike Lewis said it was definitely not ok, and he would get together with the store manager, and discuss it ASAP, and then call me back promptly. I thanked him, and we hung up. Well, it's now been weeks since that phone call. Never heard anything, from anyone. Went back to pickup my family member their food a week later, and did the 'car side pickup' and had them put it in the trunk of my vehicle, so I didn't have to go in, and low and behold, it was Josh who put it in the trunk of the vehicle. So, not only did the store/manager/regional manager leave me hanging and not ever communicate with me again about the situation, apparently they decided to continue allowing josh to be the forefront of customer interaction. Unfortunate. I'm assuming they just think I'd forget about it or it would just blow over.. really unfortunate customer service decisions. I ate way too much pizza from there, anyways. So maybe this is just a helpful boost in the right track to eating less pizza, haha. Or at least less domino's pizza - I mean. As I definitely don't feel appreciated enough to continue giving them my hard earned dollars if they can't even take me or my issue serious enough to even call me back about it; let alone do anything. The skimpy sauce and cheese situation has gotten so much better! So glad. I'm lazy and I love getting delivery! They still make pretty pizzas and I like all the delivery drivers. So nice! EDIT: last 3 times I had pizza here they were skimpy on the sauce and cheese. It was so dry!!! I was basically eating dough...I shouldn't be able to see the dough because there is a meager amount of sauce and cheese!!! Love LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION. They're faster than their average time. The pizzas aren't made like a drunk made it. They're actually pretty! Used carry out and delivery. And both are great. The delivery guy is always nice and quick to deliver your food. Ordering by phone was super easy. Employees were very nice... but the pizza was horrible. As you can see from the picture it was very greasy and for large pizza it was very small. I had ordered black olives on the pizza I maybe got 1/8th of a cup (at the most) of black olives and only a few sprinkles of sausage. The pizza was soggy in the middle had to go home and re-cook it. We used to enjoy Domino's Pizza not sure where they are going wrong (other than all of the above) I seriously doubt we'll be back. Costco pizza ( Hopefully they'll be bringing back the pizza with everything on it) is a much better deal. read more

So... Ann Arbor MI is my home town, and home town of Domino's. I went to school on Domino's farms. We had their pizza every Friday, and... I HATED IT. They REALLY have changed. I love the stuff now, I recommend their white sauce or marinara for the 'za. Buttery crust, not too doughy like it used to be. No more over corn starched mouth scratchy bottoms. They offer gluten free as well, but I have yet to try it. This shop has the kitchen completely in sight, which is pretty neat to watch be you child or adult- especially if you've not worked in a pizza shop before. They have 2 registers, so check out doesn't take too long. Lunch specials and lots of coupons in mail and on doorways, also online. A ++ :) read more

Why is it that restaurants and food outlets spend so much money remodeling their buildings, and, like Domino's, have fancy delivery cars, but absolutely refuse to improve their products? Listen, Children, and you shall hear, of a time when you couldn't see the dough in the middle of the pizza! When a "3-topping" pizza had more than three pieces of pepperoni on it! When the cheese was so thick, the other stuff actually stuck to the top of the pizza!! But if you're on a diet, you'll love the big crouton with tomato sauce on it. read more

Dominos is dead to me. I swore off dominoes about 6 months ago because when I went in and asked for pepper flakes they said they were 15 cents per packet. So fast forward to right now and my buddy insists on dominoes because it's his favorite. I said I'm only going there if you give me 25 cents to buy pepper flakes. He agrees. So I drive to dominoes only to find out that now dominoes feels entitled to charge 1 dollar for the worlds tiniest jar of pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese. Is there anything better than spending 38 dollars on three pizzas and being told your god given right to pepper flakes has been revoked? If I'm lucky maybe tomorrow I will get charged for the cream to go in my coffee. Seriously avoid dominoes at all costs. What happened? There was so much sauce on my pizza that it looked like someone took a shotgun to a Costco-sized can of tomato paste. Also, just tons of corn meal on the bottom of the large. I could make a sand castle from the stuff. The carryout is cheap -- and nobody expects Domino's to be top shelf -- but why serve me a Lunchables pizza? I didn't feel like cooking and decided to order pizza. I'd heard there was a Domino's in town, and I used to love their pizzas back in college. I'd also read an article that the franchises had recently started strongly focusing on improving their quality. I must have caught them on a bad night. I had a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. The crust was undercooked and doughy, the sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce with oregano sprinkled on it, and the tiny amount of toppings were lost. Worst of all was the salt. I had some left over the next day and thought to myself that I had made a mistake. I ate a slice and I could almost lick the salt from my lips. I tossed the rest in the trash. Gross. Good pizza and reasonable prices. Now for the bad. I went to this location and when I arrived no one knew where my order was. Finally when the manager came they found it. I got the pizza home and it was at best lukewarm. One pizza was to only have Canadian bacon and pineapple, but also had peppers. Definitely not the best experience. read more
