Since I'm a vegetarian and gluten free I decided to try their new tots. I got the cheesy ones which sounded good. They were delivered with my partners pizza & cheesy bread. They tasted as though someone had dropped a container of salt on them. After eating 4 tots I threw them out. They were awful. After ordering and receiving my receipt and the confirmation email, they said they never got my order once I arrived at the store--thus I had to wait literally 30ish minutes to get my pizza. For the mistake on their part, I received no apology; all I received from the employee was that they have to charge me if I wanted red pepper flakes. I busted out laughing...What a joke! Second time ordering, which was today (I thought I'd give them another try) I received the pizza on time, however, once home, I opened the pizza box to find the pizza in a terrible condition. First, I don't think the pizza was fully cooked--by the taste of cheese and the toppings--and due to all the air bubbles in the dough prior to baking, half of the pizza had internal air-pockets. These air-pockets made the bottom of the pizza to split from the top, making it difficult to eat while degrading the taste. Due to all the air-pockets and the crapastic placements of cheese and toppings, the pizza experience was terrible, and more than half was thrown out as I couldn't force myself to eat the pizza. Our last delivery order was just a pan style, nothing special. After waiting 60 minutes we gave up and cancelled the order. Our last two orders were both for pick up. I waited in my car for 20 minutes after it was to be ready and the last one took 40 minutes after the site told me it would be done. When brought up to the employees I received a "care less" attitude. Based on the long delays, poor service and indignant attitude of the staff we will not be back. The thing with the PG Dominos is they lack consistency. I've ordered pizzas at 10pm and they are the best pizza I have ever had. Exactly as I ordered, plenty of sauce and toppings and just mmmmm. And then I have ordered pizzas earlier (like today at 4.30pm) and they are just disgusting. Barely any sauce, stingy with the toppings, and the pizza is cold when it arrives and burnt all around. I just need to stop ordering before 8pm or on any expected busy day. Seems like they don't know how to handle a rush hour. I always order online, so there can't be any confusion with my order, but it's a 50/50 if they get it right. I was told I would still have to pay the delivery fee of $4.88. The manager said they only had one delivery person and it was raining and Sunday. Not my problem.
