I sent a worker to pick up a $20.00 large one topping pre paid pizza. Apparently there was a mistake on the order which turned into an arduous conflict with the staff. While I have very low expectations from Domino's, the outright refusal to provide pepper flakes, napkins or a couple paper plates ensured that those expectations were not met. Called this store around 10:15am to place an order. The lady who answered seemed rushed and told me my order would not be ready until 10:45 since they were closed. When I arrived I was barely acknowledged. She did ask if I had ordered the three medium pepperoni pizzas and I said yes. She said it would be another 10 minutes. I saw her and another worker making pizzas.... I knew they were not working on mine bc the toppings were different than mine. I did patiently wait but when it came time to pay there was no register in the drawer. I was not provided a receipt and given inaccurate change. We are talking about maybe .08 cents not a big deal but I found this store to be dirty, unorganized and inconsistent. The store hours read they opened at 10am. Not sure why I was told they were closed. The receipt I was given says "not paid" but I did pay. Parking is difficult especially for a big car like mine but there are maybe about 10 parking spots ( one obviously occupied by their delivery car). The pizzas were just ok. I am assuming it is for the "tip" that I did not add on the bill because I was going to give cash to the driver but he/she left. It is rude to add any amount with the customer's authorization! This is Domino's, by now, you should know what you are getting. The pizza has improved over the years and is pretty much the baseline, Americanized, inexpensive version of "pizza." I use the app and my pizza is ready quick and they have a good deal for take out pizzas. My kids are happy and that's it. If you are expecting authentic pizza, Napoli style that will transport you back to your honeymoon in Italy and have you saying that this was the best pizza experience you've ever had, go elsewhere. read more

Can I give this Domino's negative stars? I ordered on Feb 19th through the mobile app. I called the store to let them know that my Feb 9th veggie order pizza ended up with bacon bits in them. I had left feedback about this on the app but never heard from the location. This time, a boy that answered at Domino's ensured it wouldn't happen again. However, this time there were 2 pieces of chicken on my veggie pizza. I called the store and the same boy answered. I requested to speak with the manager. His response "wait, did you find meat on your pizza? There is no way - I checked it myself and I'm not a liar. I did my job". He absolutely refused to give his name, transfer the phone to a manager, and over and over just laughed about how I was a liar. I could not believe the absolute level of unprofessionalism. He then spoke with the "manager's brother" who also said that there is no way that there was any meat on a veggie pizza. Working at a pizza store isn't exactly a corporate job. But take some damn accountability and pride in your work and learn to be professional. I am taking this review to Twitter, Facebook etc. read more

Pay attention to your receipts compared to your credit card statements! They changed my tip amount 3 times over a few months..........Not cool but, they agreed to credit me, when you call them on it! which was very big of them little thieves! Every single time I order from this place, I never get the complete/right order. There's nothing more frustrating than waiting 45 minutes to an hour to get your food while everyone is starving. then, when it _FINALLY_ arrives, it is wrong _AGAIN_. Got fed up and just returned the order this time. If you think ordering delivery from Domino's will save you time, think again. You'll end up with not enough food (do to an incomplete or wrong order) or no food at all...then you have to either wait a long time for them to rectify the situation or you'll have to leave to go pick something else up! Pretty consistent normally but extremely poorly equipped for Friday nights+big sports events. I expected much slower delivery time for a Friday World Series game night, but my order was incorrect and not warm enough upon arrival. We ordered a large pizza with deluxe (everything) on one half and Hawaiian on the other, a crispy bacon and tomato Specialty Chicken, and the Cinnamon Bread Twists. The toppings for the deluxe side were haphazardly placed and were concentrated on one slice and on the Hawaiian side. The pizza was not really cut and we had to use our own pizza cutter to make slices. We also ordered garlic crust but received regular crust. The Specialty Chicken was not the bacon and tomato, but the BBQ bacon one. It was hard to eat because it was mostly burnt. The Cinnamon Bread Twists were excellent. I am sympathetic in that the staff must have been extremely busy and the location is usually fine, but this was one of worst experiences with peak hour food delivery I've had. read more

Some friends & I ordered a bunch of desserts from here. The iPhone app was extremely convenient for ordering & tracking purposes. However, they failed to include the 2 extra icings that we were charged & paid for. That issue aside, everything was very prompt from the time of order to delivery. The desserts we all delicious (great for Super Bowl Sunday)! We got 2 of the chocolate cakes (2 per order), 2 brownies (lots per order, we would've ordered 1 had we known), and 1 cinnamon sticks. The manager, Brian, needs to focus more on the logistics during delivery, customer service, and fix the tracker bar. I ordered two pizzas and a big soda. The order took over an hour to get to my house in addition the tracker said it delivered 19 minutes earlier than it actually did. As far as customer service, the tracker said my order delivered so I called to double check with the establishment and literally got hung up on 4 times during the advertising message. I wasn't up set until this point, I don't deserve to be hung up on. I've always supported dominos for their charitable donations to st. Jude. Just in 2016 they've donated over 7 million dollars. So it was a real disappointment for my recent order and the unprofessional staff. I must say the delivery guy was very nice, that's the only reason I'm giving 1 star. read more

Yesterday I had the worst phone ordering experience. They called back to say they had forgotten to add a specialty chicken to my charge and they need my card number again. I said forget that item. Then they called again saying the charge hadn't gone through. Then I complained for a fee side. I called dominos and complained about my experience with the cold pizzas and they were honest and said the reason they were cold is because it took so long for them to arrive - they said they got suddenly very busy that evening.
