I was craving cheese pizza and saw this place on the map. I'm a simple gal...I love a thin slice of pizza. It hit the spot and was good. I'd def hit this place up again for another slice. Service was quick and the workers were very pleasant. Atmosphere was chill ... all you really need in a beach-side pizza joint.

I stopped by a local pizza place and tried a slice that looked like spinach and cheese--maybe a mix of a couple different cheeses. They warmed it up, and it was pretty thin, crunchy, and overall good, though nothing spectacular. But for what it was, I enjoyed it. The slice was pretty big and cost $5.85. The staff was friendly, and they had a lot more options on the menu but only two options on display when I was there (the cheese and spinach and pepperoni and veggies) which I'm looking forward to trying something else next time. The place was quiet and small but NO restrooms.

I ordered through Yelp for pickup. Staff was extremely friendly, the gentleman knew I was headed to the beach afterwards since I asked for a water cup. Very polite. I ordered an Italian sub 10/10, a pizza - it was the basil and mozzarella it was also good - slice thin pizza and wings also very tasty . Overall I'd definitely return For take out, they also have dine in tables. Plenty of street meter parking.

Last night was another good experience. We were going to order a whole pie to take home but seeing some fresh slices ready to enjoy we decided to get a table. Marcus the cashier greeted us and brought our slices to our table. He was very friendly and created an overall happy atmosphere for both the customers and the other employees. The slices were good as usual. After so many years coming here we highly recommend it either for takeout or for a pleasant no frills dining experience.

I made it back to Santa Monica Pizza Kitchen for a slice of cheese pizza the other week. Nice place. I enjoyed the chill atmosphere and the slice was good for lunch.

Pleasantly surprised with Santa Monica pizza kitchen that I was actually compelled to write a review right after we started eating. I really loved the pizza. We ordered half cheese and half pepperoni/mushroom. It's cooked perfectly and a really nice crunchy crust. The portions on each slice are perfect. The buffalo wings are good, nice and crispy. We ordered buffalo and plain -both very good. The ceasar salad was fresh and crisp! Hands down to the hard working chefs moving at super speed to serve us a nice hot meal. The service was spectacular, Marcus & Ruben were managing the front a couple of cool, hip guys who were very friendly and welcoming. They're not cheap with the condiments, they even offered free fountain drinks to my boys. Overall rating is excellent because food was good and comforting and the vibe here is pretty awesome!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I love this restaurant for so many reasons. 1. The vision. Candace has created something that truly stands out. Her concept feels fresh and intentional, and she's incredibly transparent and receptive to feedback, which is surprisingly rare these days. Her recommendations have never steered me wrong, and I honestly can't think of a single disappointing bite from her thoughtfully curated menu. 2. The food. Whether you're ordering a pizza, one of the seasonal pastas, or the meatballs, come hungry. Everything arrives fresh, hot, and surprisingly quickly. My personal favorites are the Cacio e Pepe Pizza and the Meatballs, but I've yet to try something I wouldn't order again. 3. The service. Every server I've had has been fantastic. The staff is consistently knowledgeable, warm, attentive, and efficient. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, and it makes the entire experience even better. 4. The atmosphere. The restaurant somehow manages to feel both cozy and elevated, like you're gathering in a friend's beautifully designed home. It's intimate enough for a date night but still works perfectly for larger groups. Trivia nights are especially fun--they really create a sense of community, and the host's enthusiasm makes the whole experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, I'll be back very soon.

I got the New York cheese slice and the cheese was already a little crusted over, kind of oily and congealed, and reheating it just made the oil warmer instead of actually fixing it. We also got a pepperoni slice and a Sicilian slice, and those were just okay too. Nothing special. I even tried to make it better myself by adding more parmesan and red pepper flakes, which helped a little, but honestly... I shouldn't have to workshop a slice of pizza like that. Also the workers kind of had an attitude... not rude-rude, but definitely not trying to talk, so I'd just keep it short with them. And slices are like $5-6 which honestly...
